Muslim rapist Aymen Smaili came to the UK on a visitors visa from the Middle East, had no fixed abode and raped a stranger leaving a Cardiff nightclub. Why oh why are filth like him granted entry visas in the first place allowing them into the country to ruin peoples lives.
Unbelivably the Islamic sexcase even had the nerve to ask his victim for her name and number after raping her.
A man has been jailed for five and a half years for a sex attack on a young woman on Cardiff’s Queen Street.
Aymen Smaili, 35, followed the woman as she left a busy nightclub after a night out with friends. The defendant – who was in Britain on a six month visitors visa from the Middle East – had been loitering outside the Live Lounge in Cardiff city centre and spotted his victim as she left. The woman, who is in her 20s, began walking home alone in the early hours of the morning when Smaili followed and raped her.
The Live Lounge just off Cardiff’s Queen Street
Prosecutor David Pugh said: “The victim had drank three shots of vodka before entering the night club and was ‘fairly drunk’ by the time she arrived.”Whilst at the nightclub she drank very little, just one glass of rum and coke and did not finish it.” She and her friends left the nightclub at about 2.30am and they asked if she was okay to walk home alone, to which she replied:’Yes’, as it was only a short walk.”Smaili saw her walk by him and then followed her.”
The court heard Smaili approched the woman after she left the nightclub but she couldn’t understand what he was saying because of his strong Arabic accent. She tried to walk away but Smaili followed her and put his arm over her and pushed her against a wall.
The court heard the woman was “frozen” as he raped her just in a lane off the main Queen Street shopping area in Cardiff in September. The victim statement said that the she was ‘frozen’ because of what he was doing to her, was ‘really scared’, and had ‘tears in her eyes’.After the attack, Smaili asked for her name and phone number, to which the victim gave fake versions of both.
She told police: “This makes me feel dirty, and I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin.”I feel contaminated. I just want to scrub it all away. I don’t feel clean.” Judge Michael Fitton QC said to Smaili: “You waited in my view to see if anyone was going to go with her, and it was about a minute before you moved after her.”At that stage, in my view she was particularly vulnerable.”I give you full credit for your guilty plea, so reduce your sentence to 66 months.”
He pleaded guilty at his first given opportunity in October, which reduced his sentence from eight years and 3 months.Smaili, of no fixed address, must serve half of the sentence before he is eligible for release and must also register on the sex offenders list.
A man from Cardiff has been charged over alleged sexual offences against children said to have been committed at a mosque in the city.
Mohammed Haji Saddique, 80, from Cyncoed, taught at the Madina mosque between 1976 and 2006.
The alleged offences involve four girls and are said to have happened at the Madina mosque between 1996 and 2006.
Charges include eight assaults of a girl under 13 by touching and seven indecent assaults on a girl under 14.
Mr Saddique was charged at Cardiff Bay police station and has been released on police bail. He is due to appear before Cardiff magistrates on 16 December.
Det Insp Rob Cronick said: “Despite today’s charges we are still continuing our investigation and ask anyone who believes they have information which will be of assistance to come forward.
“There are a number of support agencies available to anyone who wishes them to be their point of contact if they have any concerns.”
“I want to reassure anyone who is thinking of getting in contact with us or any other support agency that all information will be treated in the strictest confidence and that you will be listened to and supported.”
Why oh why would a woman get into a car with two Muslim men and not realise the risk of imminent danger that they are putting themselves into!! People will continue to go about their lives with their eyes shut and paying no attention to those of us who try to warn them about the Muslim rape wave epidemic going on day in day out all around us. Unfortunately they end up finding out the hard way when it happens to them!
Appeal after sexual assault on woman in Port Talbot
A woman has been sexually assaulted in Port Talbot, prompting police to issue an appeal.
South Wales Police said the woman, 41, was standing outside Port Talbot railway station on Sunday evening when she got into a car with two men inside.
She was driven from the town centre to Baglan Moors where the attack took place at about 23:00 BST.
The driver and front seat passenger are described as being Asian in appearance and both aged in their early 20s.
The car has been described as a bronze five-door saloon.
Police said it was parked on Baglan Industrial Estate, near the DJ Thomas coach depot, prior to the attack.
Det Insp Phil Sparrow said: “While this is clearly a serious incident I would like to reassure the public that a full investigation is continuing and we are doing everything we can to find those responsible.”
Just like the prophet of Islam who he was named after. Cardiff resident Mohammed Amin was a sexual deviant of the worst nature with an unhealthy twisted interest in pre-teenage girls. The Muslim paedophile knew full well that his behaviour was wrong having previously been jailed for sexual activity with the same child. He served his 6 month sentence and was released where he immediately resumed his sick pursuit of the child.
Sending filth like this to prison is a waste of time. It acts as no deterrent and they return to the streets showing no remorse or realising the error of their ways. The only solution is treat them like the wild animals they are. Give them a needle and put them down like you would do a dog with rabies
Mohammed Amin sentenced to 15 years in prison at Cardiff Crown Court for rape and sexual activity with a child
Mohammed Amin was sentenced to 15 years in prison at Cardiff Crown Court
A rapist who took advantage of an 11-year-old girl and seduced her by throwing notes through her bedroom window has been jailed.
Mohammed Amin, 27, was sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday after pleading guilty to raping his young victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The court heard how Amin was jailed for six months last year for sexual activity with the same girl but this was on the basis he had kissed her and had inappropriately contacted her on Facebook .
The truth was he had coerced his victim, who was aged 11 and 12 at the time of abuse, into a sexual relationship which lasted around 18 months, the court heard.
The abuse came to light after the girl confided in a member of staff at her school.
Relationship was inappropriate
Prosecutor Ieuan Bennett said the girl was interviewed by police and said she and Amin had become “boyfriend and girlfriend”.
He added: “It appears the defendant realised the relationship was inappropriate because he told her not to tell anybody else about the it as he might go to prison.
“She explained they would sometimes go in his car to Cardiff Bay for a day out and she would go to his flat almost every day.
“It seems the kissing started almost on the first day of them becoming friends.
“He wrote her notes and threw them up through her bedroom window. One said ‘Will you go out with me?’.”
Lied about age
Amin initially lied about his age, saying he was 22-years-old, but later admitted to being 26-years-old.
The girl told him she was 14 but she later admitted to being 11-years-old early on in the relationship. She said Amin’s response was: “I don’t care”.
The girl’s mother called the police after she saw Amin and her daughter through his bedroom window.
When asked by police why she didn’t tell them sooner about the more serious accusations, the girl said she didn’t want Amin to go to jail but over time she had come to realise the effect the relationship had had on her.
When he was arrested during his initial prison sentence, Amin denied anything other than kissing the girl on the lips.
He later pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault against a child under 13, two counts of rape of a child under 13, two counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and one count of sexual assault of a child under 13 by penetration.
Defence barrister Susan Ferrier said her client had accepted his guilt which prevented the case from going to trial.
She added: “Perhaps it took some time to have full comprehension about what was taking place and why it was taking place.
“It was a relationship the defendant stopped and a relationship the defendant regrets.”
Broke into sobs
Amin broke into sobs as Record Jeremy Jenkins sentenced him.
The judge said: “You took advantage of a young complainant and bombarded her with notes and letters.
“You knew or must have been aware of her age and vulnerability. She was half your age.
“You have taken away her childhood and her innocence.”
Amin, of Bedford Street, Roath , Cardiff , was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment.
He was also made subject of a sexual harm prevention order until further notice and was ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register indefinitely.
Detective Inspector Dinlle Francis, of South Wales Police , said: “This sentence sends out a clear message, sexual exploitation is an abhorrent crime and we are committed to working with our partner agencies and families to prevent and tackle sexual exploitation in all its forms.
“I want to thank the victim in this case for their bravery in coming forward.
“It is because of their courage that this man has been found guilty of serious sexual offences against children and potential victims are now safe from him.”
Another fine example of the justice system at its very worst. Often we have heard of Muslim justifying their violent behaviour on the fact it was ramadam and they were fasting resulting in them feeling volatile at the time of their criminal act. That tactic was successfully used recently in Bolton by a group of Muslim thugs who pack attacked an anti mosque protester to avoid a prison sentence .
Whilst over in Wales it seems that abstaining from illegal activities because its ramadam is a Muslim get out of jail free card. Such is the case of drug dealer Moumin Ali from Swansea. Before the bench and looking at a spell in the bighouse. Ali’s defence laid it on to the judge big time about it being the Islamic holy month of ramadam. His poor drug dealing client was a devout Muslim you see. Not only was he fasting during daylight hours like the rest of his people. But he had decided to stop the non halal activity of smoking skunk for ramadam also. Something that here in the UK is illegal . Just for good measures through in about the shame this devout Muslim has brought on his family to tug a few heartstrings.
Result…. incompetent judge gives him the almost customary suspended sentence for Muslim offenders almost as though the dealer not doing something illegal that he shouldn’t be doing anyway because its ramadam is enough of a punishment in itself for a strict Muslim. Ali walked out a free man, no doubt having a good laugh about getting off with it whist smoking a fat spliff to celebrate.
I wonder if the judge will be just as appeasing to a Christian drug dealer near Christmas!!
Cannabis plant s Illegal high:
A Muslim drug dealer was spared jail after telling a judge how he gave up cannabis for Ramadan.
Moumin Ali, 24, walked free from court after the judge heard how he’d “fastedre” from the class B drug for the holy month.
Ali faced jail after being caught with 50 grams of pot – and police found texts on his mobile phone organising drug deals.
But the strict Muslim managed to stop smoking the drug during the Ramadan month of prayer in the Islamic calendar.
John Tarrant, defending, said: “Ali has abstained from cannabis during Ramadan – the Muslim month of fasting. Cannabis has been a persistent problem for him. But he now wants to stay free of the drug.”
Ali was caught following a police search of his family home in Swansea, South Wales.
He was found sitting in his dad’s car smelling strongly of cannabis months before the start of Ramadan.
Ali admitted being concerned in the supply of cannabis and possession with intent to supply.
Swansea Crown Court heard how his crimes had brought shame on his family – particularly his father.

Ali, who was selling cannabis to fund his own habit, was given an eight month prison sentence suspended for 12 months and told to complete a rehabilitation programme.
Judge Paul Thomas said: “I have given you a chance.
“If you commit another offence or do not comply with the requirements of the rehabilitation order you will be brought back before this court.
“In particular you will be brought back before me, and I will send you to prison.”
A police investigation is underway following a fire at the former MAA Tandoori Takeaway on High Street, Connah’s Quay,Wales. Police are treating the blaze as being racially motivated because ‘EDL’ had been sprayed onto the properties wall. The premises are currently unoccupied.
Call me suspicious, but this has false flag wrote all over it. Since when does the words EDL automatically mean they must be responsible ruling out other possible motives.
Now im not a criminal so can only speak hypothetically not from experience. If i was the arsonist i would want to leave as little evidence as possible that may lead back to my direction. If it was racially motivated because of a hatred for Asians and i wanted to get at them. Then for a kick off i wouldnt set fire to an empty building that is not even trading. I would go burn down Spices Of Bengal or whatever name curry house doing business up the road. Or Abduls open all hours shop next door. Somewhere it would have an impact.
As for the EDL graffiti….come on….only a complete idiot would write that before setting fire to the place if they had any real ties to the group. Besides why waste the time messing around spray painting the wall on a building you going to try burn to the ground. Any extra time in the vicinity increases the chance of being caught. With a long prison sentence at stake would you risk it?
If somebody was that much of an extremist that it drove them to burn down an empty building. Then i think they would also be clued up as to local anti Muslim groups and stuff and would of been aware of the Welsh Defence League and painted that on the side of the building instead of EDL, after all it is in Wales.
The only logically explanation is that the arsonist wrote EDL because they wanted people to think it was a racist attack instead of an insurance job maybe? Not being local had no knowledge of the WDL, writing EDL because that is the only group they had heard of near them, in lets say Oldham for example?
ARSONISTS have struck at a former Indian restaurant in a “racially motivated” attack.
An investigation is underway following a fire at the MAA Tandoori Takeaway on High Street, Connah’s Quay.
Police are treating the blaze as being racially motivated because ‘EDL’ signs – alluding to the far-right group English Defence League – were spray-painted on the front and back of the property.
The owner, Mr E Rahmam, who lives in Oldham, said he was in “shock” over the attack.
He bought the building four months ago and has been having renovation work completed.
He said he had planned to rent the building out once complete but that the blaze would set back those plans.
“There is just no need for it,” he said.
“I wanted to come straight away when I found out but I couldn’t because they wouldn’t let me into the building.”
Mr Rahmam made the 100-mile round trip from Oldham yesterday to assess the damage.
He said the inside of the property was not that bad and he was unsure how much it would leave him out of pocket.
The attack has also been met with outrage by Connah’s Quay councillor Andrew Dunbobbin.
“I condemn this extreme, radical behaviour,” he said.
“It is not welcomed in Connah’s Quay and won’t be tolerated.
“I would ask anybody in the local community who has any knowledge regarding this incident to come forward, in confidence, to help find the culprits.”
The blaze happened at about 10.50pm on Monday. Two fire crews went to tackle the flames.
The fire service said there was minimal fire damage to the ground floor but smoke damage throughout the first floor of the property.
The building had been undergoing refurbishment, according to residents, and had not long had a new roof on the building.
Police were yesterday doing door-to-door inquiries as a joint fire service and police investigation was launched.
Insp Ceri Hawe said it was an “isolated incident” and “does not reflect the attitude of the local community”.
Colin Everett, Flintshire Council’s chief executive, added: “We fully agree with North Wales Police that this is an isolated incident.
“The public should not be over concerned by any implications of a random act of criminal damage of this type.
“Deeside has a reputation for being a tolerant community and acts like this are out of character.”
One resident, who did not want to be named, said he watched the fire take hold.
“I had just finished watching the football and I heard a big bang,” he said.
“I went out the back and I could see the fire. The flames were big enough.
“The fire brigade were here quick enough though.”
No one was injured.
The attack comes in the same week that North Wales Police joined other forces across the UK pledging support for the ‘We Stand Together’ campaign, which promotes community cohesion along with encouraging people to stand together and celebrate differences.
A disabled man, confined to a wheelchair was the victim of a savage hate crime attack in a South Wales street. James Rees was targeted by a car driver who called him a cripple and threatened him. Shortly after the altercation with the car driver the disabled man was violently attacked by two low life bullies who punched, kicked and tried to pull the defenceless man from his wheelchair. No surprises to hear that the scum who attacked him were described as ‘Asian’
Muslims have no morales what so ever. They prey on those most vulnerable in our society picking the easy targets. Disabled people, women, the elderly, children or those they heavily outnumber. Violence comes as second nature to Muslims. No doubt those responsible for this will think the are some kind of big men now…well i’v news for them…..they aren’t hard or clever…..they are vermin, the lowest of the low, no more than cowardly bulling scum
Thugs attack man in wheelchair, kicking stump of right leg and trying to drag him to the floor in Penlan
James Rees lost part of his right leg after a motorbike accident last year and said that he was kicked on it a number of times.
A WHEELCHAIR-BOUND man claims he is living in fear after being threatened by one man and then attacked by two others.
The trouble began at around 9.30pm last Sunday after Mr Rees, aged 28, of Heol Gwyrosydd in Penlan, returned from a local shop in his wheelchair.
“I crossed the road in Heol Gwyrosydd and started to make my way home,” he said. “Then a man drove up beside me. He wound the passenger window of his car down. He called me a cripple and a peg leg. He threatened to run over my wheelchair and then he drove on.”
Soon after two other men arrived on the scene, he said.
“The one in the front grabbed my jumper and tried to pull me out of the wheelchair,” he said. “Another man came from behind me and pulled my hoodie. He punched me in the face from behind.”
Mr Rees said the other man kicked the stump of injured leg a number of times, leaving him screaming in pain. He has since had to see a specialist at Morriston Hospital to assess any new damage to his leg.
“I don’t want to go out,” he said. “Why should it be like that? No one should suffer this. My girlfriend is 10 weeks pregnant and I want to go out with our child.”
Police said they were investigating allegations of threats made in Heol Gwyrosydd at around 9.30pm last Sunday.
“The victim and the suspect are known to each other and inquiries are ongoing to trace him,” said a spokesman.
“Officers are also investigating an assault of the man by two men in the same location which happened at around 9.45pm.”
Police described one of the two men on foot as of Asian appearance, aged mid-20s, of slim build, black hair, with short back and sides, with a pattern shaved in the sides of his hair, near his ears. He was clean shaven, and was wearing a dark blue hooded top and dark coloured Nike tracksuit bottoms. He ran down Heol Gwyrosydd in the general direction of Mynydd Newydd Road, and was with the other man.

The imam of a Cardiff mosque has been relieved of his duties by the Mosque council after he quite rightly voiced concern about an unnamed extremist Salafist being invited as a guest speaker at the mosque. Cardiff has become something of a breading ground for Islamic terrorists and jihadists after radicalization by Salafist Muslims.
Salafi is the hardcore branch of Islam that idiots in the UK like Anjem Choudary, Abu Walaa, Abu Hamza etc all follow and wish to force on the British people. Saudi Arabia is a good example of Salafist Islam in action, often this is called Wahabbism.
The Mosque chairman Mohammed Bashir Ahmed who is clearly a closet extremist denied the imams claims saying he resigned of his own will. Then quite bizarrely played the Muslim tactic of taqiyya (lying for Islam/Allah) by first claiming the committee didn’t invite the extremist speaker, he was invited by others.Which if that was so why do they need a mosque council then??
Then he even had the audacity to claim that he does not even known what a Salafist is. This is find very puzzling as Salafi is one of the main branches of Islam, something that all Muslims would be aware of. Yet Mohammed Bashir Ahmed is not just a random Muslim, he is in charge of the Mosque.
Welsh mosque at centre of extremism row after Imam claims he was forced out after objecting to a speaker
The Jalalia Islamic centre’s chairman denies all the allegations made against the institution in Cardiff
Wales’ high profile Jalalia mosque is at the centre of an extremism row after the Imam resigned.
In a letter leaked to Wales Online, the Cardiff mosque’s religious leader, or Imam, Mohammad Bashir Uddin claimed his position became untenable after he objected to a Muslim speaker he regarded as extremist, and a follower of the Salafi strand of the religion.
This is the branch of the religion followed by Nasser Muthana, Assel Muthana and Reyaad Khan – the Cardiff terror suspects who left to fight in Syria.
“People don’t understand the relationship between Salafism and terrorism,” Mr Uddin said.
Salafism has been accused of restricting women’s rights and music, teaching that democracy is a sin and that anyone who leaves Islam must die.
“The impact of Salafism is very dangerous for the Muslim community,” Mr Uddin, who follows the more liberal Hanafi sect, said.
“It creates confusion in Islam. It makes children enemies of their parents. Boys and girls think their forefathers are enemies because they do not follow it.
“They tell their fathers, ‘Dad, what you do is wrong, please don’t do it any more’ and dad says, ‘No, we have to do this, Islam does not forbid us to do this thing and we will do it.’
“Sons then tell fathers, ‘No, it’s not good’ and there are clashes in families. Father-son relationships are broken.”
Mr Uddin feared Salafism was spreading confusion.
“It will have a negative impact,” he said.
“I have concerns about Salafism and about what it teaches youngsters.
“Their teaching is very attractive to youngsters. The way they teach them, they give very convincing arguments.
“I think they will be more inclined to fight abroad because of Salafism.”
In 2010 Jalalia mosque, in the Riverside area of Cardiff, made headlines after leaflets were distributed outside warning Muslims who voted would burn in “hellfire.”
Extremists from the Islamic far right and from the communist far left once again joined together in a protest that ended in violence. Both sides united by their racist views and an immense hatred of Jews and Israel took to the streets to support the terrorist state of Palestine.
Chairs and tables are thrown and restaurant diners flee as trouble flares during Gaza protest in Cardiff
Police say they made two arrests for public order and assault offences after violence erupted in popular Mill Lane
Trouble flared at a march in Cardiff as hundreds turned up to protest against the ongoing violence in Gaza.
In ugly scenes, as protesters passed the city’s Mill Lane – popular with diners and drinkers – chairs and tables were thrown at them by people drinking outside in the bars.
Witnesses saw chairs and tables being thrown into crowds as the protest passed by.
Placards were also apparently used as weapons as anger erupted on the busy street, which is packed with bars and restaurants.
Videos posted on YouTube and Facebook showed men throwing chairs into the crowd.
South Wales Police said around 1,500 people took part in the march while the disorder broke out on Mill Lane and St Mary Street in two separate incidents.
A 22-year-old man, from Caerphilly, was arrested for assault and a 33-year-old man, from Pontypridd, was arrested for affray.
Police said neither of the men were from the rally group.
Both men have been bailed pending further enquiries and police are speaking with witnesses and examining footage from the event.
Chief Inspector Dan Howe said: “The police were there to ensure the safety of everyone involved and the vast majority of people behaved in a calm and sensible way, however extra officers attended to provide reassurance to the community.
“Unfortunately not all of those in Cardiff yesterday afternoon were well-behaved and violence broke out with a small minority which disrupted an otherwise peaceful demonstration.
“Disruption was kept to a minimum and the rally went on to conclude peacefully and we are grateful for the support we received from the local community.”
Newport councillor Majid Rahman said the marchers heard confrontational chanting as they made their way past Walkabout on St Mary Street before violence erupted on Mill Lane.
“A lot of marchers were injured but because there was no police presence, the people who hurled glasses, tables and chairs got away with it,” he told BBC Wales.
“South Wales Police were poor – it was a lack of presence.
“When I got back to City Hall, I saw two police officers then a van of police officers turned up, but by then it was too late because we were back safe at City Hall.
“The response was inadequate, it was poor and they need to answer for this.”
South Wales Police defended the way it handled the march.
Chief Inspector Dan Howe said: “This was an alarming and violent incident. It was, however, an isolated occurrence.
“While a protest in the previous week drew smaller numbers, and passed without incident, Saturday saw a larger scale event which also coincided with a busy Saturday afternoon in the city.
“Officers in Cardiff police this scale of event regularly and the violence that occurred is an exceptional occurrence, but one that needs to be examined.”
The force said they are reviewing the events and that a “robust investigation” was under way into how the “violent events” arose.
Marchers unconnected with the violent scenes told why they were there.
Tariq Mohamed, 36, from Barry, said he was marching to show his solidarity with the people of Palestine.
He said: “We need to protect the innocent people who are being killed every day. It’s not about race or religion. It’s all down to the Government. They need to do something. They need to stop the oppressor and protect the oppressed. That is what today is all about.”
Israel’s incursion into Gaza has killed more than 1,000 Palestinians, including at least 192 children.
Efforts by international powers to broker a complete end to the violence have so far proved fruitless, with Israel’s defense minister warning Israel may soon “significantly” expand the ground operation in Gaza.
Kimberley Chambers, from Cardiff, said she was protesting against the “obliteration” of Palestinians.
The 29-year-old said: “Every time I watch the news all I hear about is the Israelis who have been killed. They are the ones who are being given millions of pounds to slaughter Palestinians. It’s an unfair war. It’s not right. There needs to be more awareness. That’s why I am here.”
Project manager Shamim Rahman, 42, came from Newport to participate in the march.
He said: “It is very bad now. It is so sad for humans to do that to each other. Young children and women are being killed for no reason. It must stop.”
Unite, the biggest union in the UK, has branded the killing of young people as “deplorable”.
A statement of solidarity with the Palestinians stated the retaliation from Israeli settlers and the Israeli authorities was “utterly disproportionate and unjustified.”
Further events against Israel’s military operation in Gaza were underway in other towns and cities across the UK yesterday including Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Newcastle. Over 45,000 people gathered to protest in London.
Anyone who was in the vicinity of Mill Lane or the Retro Lounge in Cardiff on Sunday afternoon and witnessed the incident or has any information in connection to it, is asked to call South Wales Police on 101 quoting reference number 1400271933.
