Communist Corbyn And His Support For ISIS Fundraiser Who Stole OAPs Life Savings

Yet another controversy surrounding the extremist Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn by support for a Muslim fraudster who swindled pensioners savings and donated funds to ISIS.  Corbyn wrote a letter on behalf of Muslim fraudster Mohamed Dahir to the Crown Court asking the judge to spare him a prison sentence

Criminal Mohamed Dahir was part of a gang of Muslims who preyed on old age pensioners, the most vulnerable in society. The victims who had an average age of 83 were scammed of almost a million pounds by the repulsive gang in total . Anybody who can target frail OAPs repeatedly and steal every penny they have saved without a second thought mustn’t have any decency or morales what so ever. They are the absolute filth of humanity and should be put down like you would do to an incurable rabid dog.

It just about sums up the kind of person Jeremy Corbyn is. His support of IRA and Muslim terrorists is already well-known. Support of this piece of vermin shows without doubt that he is a disgrace. He hates the country and its people who much that he will give his support to the Muslim immigrants who commit the lowest of the low crimes over our nations elderly who have lived through the war and done their bit for our nation over the years and now left with nothing.

Does he have that little respect for the poor victims and their families!!

God help us should the Labour party ever make it in to power with its communist leader Jeremy Corbyn at the helm. One term with him as Prime Minister drag the nation so far down that there would be no recovery leaving the UK on par with some third world countries. He would happily see every foundation that this country has made torn down at the first chance he got if it helped implement the extremist communism ideology that he craves.

He should be locked up for treason not serving as an MP representing the people. The only people he represents are his communist string pullers such as Unite the union and the SWP aswell as Muslims who they see as vital in their quest for power as they can play upon ‘victim of imperialism’ how Britain are bad ticket.

Corbyn takes Muslim appeasement to a totally new level. He makes Neville Chamberlains appeasement to Hitler look like hard balling and even eclipses traitor George Galloways cozying up to extremist Muslim regimes.

Lawyer for Muslim fraudster accused of funding ISIS tries to use letter of support from Jeremy Corbyn to keep his client out of jail over Christmas

  • Fraudster was part of a gang of three who targeted elderly people for cash
  • Scam was uncovered by police investigating the funding of terrorism
  • Although investigated they were never charged with terror offences
  • Lawyers for one of the gang handed letter from Corbyn to judge in the case
  • But today a judge turned down pleas for the conman to be given bail

A lawyer today tried to use a letter from Jeremy Corbyn to keep a Muslim fraudster accused of funding Islamic State terrorism out of jail over Christmas.

The Labour leader wrote a letter on behalf of Mohamed Dahir, asking for him to be granted bail when he was first charged.

The plea from Mr Corbyn emerged as Dahir, 23, and three other fraudsters were found guilty of conning pensioners out of their life savings of almost £1million by posing as police officers. Five others pleaded guilty.

Detectives believed that the gang ran a ‘bank of terror’ sending some of the money to Syria to support Islamic State, a court hearing was told in May.

Mr Corbyn originally sent the letter on behalf of Dahir, who is one of his Islington constituents, in May – four months before he became leader of the Labour Party.

He argued that Dahir had ‘roots in the area’ and was unlikely to abscond. The letter played a part in securing bail for him during the course of the trial.

But when Dahir’s barrister Patrick Harte attempted to use the letter again yesterday (Thu) to keep him on bail until sentencing, judge Anuja Dhir QC refused and remanded him in custody.

She said that now he had been found guilty there were significant grounds to believe he would fail to appear at his sentencing hearing next year.

The nine fraudsters are facing jail after conning the elderly out of £904,000 by pretending to be policemen investigating bank account scams.

The conmen told their victims their money was not safe in their accounts – and needed to be moved.

If any of them became suspicious they advised them to call their bank’s fraud department or ring 999. But the conmen kept the line open so the pensioners were actually speaking to one of the fraudsters.

Fraudsters visit Devon address and leave with wad of money

They preyed on the ‘frailty, vulnerability and isolation’ of pensioners with an average age of 83 and tricked them transferring their life savings into another account or into handing over cash.

The pensioners from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Bedfordshire, London and Kent thought they were talking to genuine policemen and willingly handed over their money for safekeeping.

Some were told they were helping an important undercover investigation and were ordered not to tell the bank clerk or local police officers in case they were part of the scam.

The gang, based in London, also played on family ties, allegedly claiming a victim’s grandchild had been caught up in the fraud and arrested and that cooperating with police was the only way they could help.

Pensioner William Goodall was even persuaded to cancel an important medical appointment so that he could help ‘police’ with their undercover operation.

Pensioner Elizabeth Curtis, 71, from Helston in Cornwall, lost £130,000 and Michael Garratt, 70, from Weymouth in Dorset, was conned out of £113,000. Meanwhile an unnamed 94-year-old man from west London had £130,000 stolen.

Last night Scotland Yard’s counter-terrorism division described the scam as ‘one of the biggest courier fraud investigations carried out by British police’.

Commander Richard Walton said: ‘We uncovered this fraud after a separate terrorist investigation found suspicious payments into a bank account of an individual who is now believed to have travelled to Syria.

‘This callous group of criminals stole vast sums of money from extremely vulnerable and elderly people from across the country.

‘Their despicable actions have had a terrible and devastating impact on their victims with some losing their life savings.

‘The targeting of vulnerable men and women in their 80s and 90s is quite simply beyond belief.’

Commander Walton said the fraud was on a ‘huge national scale’ and involved 5,695 calls to 3,774 different phone numbers across the UK.

At least three of the conmen had attended London universities and some had experience in call centres which made them sound plausible on the telephone.

They often played background noises simulating bank call centres to make their calls appear genuine.

At an earlier hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, prosecutor Edward Aydin described it as financial terrorism ‘on an industrial scale’

He said the ‘sophisticated criminal network’ was ‘a threat to the national security of this country’.

Mr Aydin said: ‘Terrorism overall takes a new form in 2015 – it’s not on the battlefield. These people before you, they are the bank of terror. They are not small fry, they are deadly and dangerous.’

Dahir, Shakaria Aden, 21, Yasser Abukar, 23, and Mohammed Abokar, 28, were found guilty of conspiracy to commit fraud between May last year and May 2015. Ibrahim Farah, 23, was cleared of the same charge.

Mohammed Abokar was also convicted of converting criminal property.

Fahim Islam, 20, Achmed Abdulaziz Ahmed, 23, and Makzhumi Abukar, 23, previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud.

Anrul Islam, 24, and Mohammed Youssfi, 37, pleaded guilty to money laundering.

All nine will be sentenced next year.

Last night a Labour spokesman said Mr Corbyn had been approached by the constituent prior to the trial, and wrote a letter on his behalf as is standard for a constituency MP.

This was before the full facts of the case had emerged, and was on the basis that Mr Corbyn was informed the constituent needed to be at home with his children and would not abscond and could not travel abroad‎.

‎ The ‎spokesman said: ‘Jeremy Corbyn condemns the actions of his constituent as appalling acts against vulnerable people and wholly unacceptable.’

Living Descendent Of Mohammed Tells Muslims To Vote Azhar Ali In Pendle

Another Muslim voting scandal. It appears that Allah is a Labour Party supporter and thinks Muslims should vote Azhar Ali in the heavily Islamized area Pendle.

Religious voters ‘intimidated’ to vote Labour after claims candidate endorsed by holy man

MUSLIM constituents are being urged to vote for a Labour candidate who is claimed to have the blessing by the Prophet Mohammed’s living descendant.

Messages said Azhar Ali had been blessed by Sheikh Bahauddin

Anonymous text messages have been sent to the electorate in Pendle, Lancashire, a key marginal seat for Labour. If the anonymous text messages are discovered to come from Labour campaigners and they lead to a Labour win, there could be a criminal prosecution and render any win void.

The Whatsapp messages, which include words understood by devotees, tell voters the Labour candidate Azhar Ali has the blessing and prayer of religious scholar Sheikh Bahauddin, believed to be a direct relative of the prophet Mohammed.

It also says his brother, Sufi master Sheikh Mohammed Adil Haqqani, has given his backing.

Labour needs to overturn a previous 8 per cent majority by the Tories, and Muslims make up 17 per cent of Pendle’s population.

According to The Times the message reads: “We were requested by Mr Azhar Ali to request blessings and prayer from the World Renown(ed) Sufi Master.”It added: “Mr Azhar has the full support and dua (prayers) and with the blessings of our Mashaykh (religious leader) we request everyone who possibly can please make the effort to vote Mr Azhar Ali.”

Sheikh Bahauddin told the newspaper he and his brother did not have a political allegiance, while a Labour spokesperson said Mr Azhar “has no knowledge of this text”.

The messages come as Tower Hamlets elected mayor Lutfur Rahman was found guilty of using “undue spiritual influence” to religiously blackmail the Bangladeshi community to vote for him.

Preston Council Fly Palestinian Flag At Town Hall In Support Of Hamas

Labour Party controlled Preston Council are the latest local authority to display their pro Muslim feelings. In a controversial Muslim appeasing move the leftist council raised the flag of Palestine above Preston Town Hall as a show of support to the people of terrorist controlled Gaza.

The Labour Party council leader claimed the flag was raised to raise awareness of the goings on in Gaza.  I think we are all perfectly aware of what’s going on there as the TV and newspapers are full of reports with a pro Muslim bias and pallywood filmed images.

The flag of Palestine was raised at Preston Town Hall this evening. But then taken down a while later.

Mukhtar Master Chair of Children of the Ghetto, which made the request had earlier said, “The gesture is small however its symbolism and meaning is monumental and historic.”

Over 800 people have died in Gaza since violence in the region started.

Councillor Peter Rankin, Leader of Preston City Council, said: “We are flying the flag in solidarity with the people of Gaza who are locked in a bitter and long lasting conflict with Israel.

“As well as the military conflict, there is also a blockade that is having a devastating effect on the people living in Gaza, causing un-necessary hardship and misery. By flying the flag we can raise awareness of the suffering of the people of Gaza and have empathy for them. “Obviously, we don’t condone violence and there is wrong on both sides of this particular conflict. “Our hope is that there is a ceasefire and then for dialogue to try and somehow see a way through towards a lasting peace.”

Bolton MP Yasmin Qureshi Aplogises For Anti Semitic Comments

Muslim Bolton MP Yasmin Qureshi has been forced to apologise for anti-Semitic comments she made regarding the holocaust. Despite the apology she still maintains that no offence was intended. Muslims love to play the victims claiming they are discriminated against. Yet when it comes down to treating others as they expect to be treated its a totally different ball game. Anti Semitism like homophobia is deeply embedded in Islam

A Labour MP has apologised for the offence caused by remarks about the Holocaust but denied seeking to equate its horrors with Israel’s treatment of people in Gaza.

Yasmin Qureshi was accused of drawing “offensive and inappropriate comparisons” during a Westminster debate about the Middle East.

In a speech decrying the lack of international action over the treatment of Palestinians in the occupied territories, she cited the creation of Israel.

“Israel was founded because of what happened to the millions and millions of Jews who suffered genocide,” she told MPs.

“Their properties, homes and land, everything, were taken away, and they were deprived of rights.

“Of course, many millions perished. It is quite strange that some of the people who are running the state of Israel seem to be quite complacent and happy to allow the same to happen in Gaza.”

Her words drew sharp condemnation from the chief executive of the Holocaust Educational Trust, Karen Pollock.

“We expect our politicians to speak responsibly and sensitively about the past and about events today,” she said.

“These lazy and deliberate distortions have no place in British politics.”

Ms Qureshi, MP for Bolton South East, said she had not intended to draw a direct parallel and felt “personally hurt” that anyone could think she had done – especially as she had visited one of the most notorious death camps.

“The debate was about the plight of the Palestinian people and in no way did I mean to equate events in Gaza with the Holocaust,” she said in a statement.

“I apologise for any offence caused.

“I am also personally hurt if people thought I meant this.

“As someone who has visited the crematoria and gas chambers of Auschwitz I know the Holocaust was the most brutal act of genocide of the 20th century and no-one should seek to underestimate its impact.”

Ms Pollock said: “Whilst current events in the Middle East understandably stir emotions, it is astonishing to think that anyone could visit Auschwitz-Birkenau, learn about the industrial nature of the Nazis’ murderous regime, even walk through a gas chamber – and then make these offensive and inappropriate comparisons.”

Tower Hamlets Islamist Mayor Lutfur Rahman Claims Theres An EDL Witch-hunt Against Him

Tower Hamlets mayor Lutfur Rahman  is now claiming he is a victim of a witch-hunt. He has accused the Labour of starting it off leading to it being picked up and exaggerated by the English Defence League because of  anti-Muslim bigotry. With local elections next year he is doing the often used Muslim tactic of playing the victim to further his own agenda.

When he was elected as mayor there was lots of accusations of postal vote rigging aimed at both Rahman and his backers Islamic Forum Of Europe. IFE are an extremist Muslim group who control the notorious East London Mosque/ London Muslim Centre. They are said to hold much behind the scenes power with great influence on Lutfur Rahman and his Islamist controlled council.

Mayor Lutfur Rahman does a pretty good job of bringing the criticism and heat onto himself without the need for the Labour Party or anybody else starting a campaign against him off. His own actions  do that. Like wasting public money on a full-time car and chauffeur to have at his disposal. Or his publicly funded self promotion drive in the councils free paper that costs 1.5 million pa to print and distribute. The TV adverts on UK Islamic channels to push his agenda and big himself up. Kafir Crusaders very own FOI request to Tower Hamlets Council just a couple of weeks ago that revealed that the Mayor and his council had been gifting the boroughs Muslim groups( including many IFE linked) £millions each year in grants and funding   Any criticism the Mayor and his council received are very much deserved.

Since being elected in dubious circumstances he has gone out of his way to unfairly look after his fellow Muslims. Siphoning council funds off to various Islamic Forum Of Europe linked organizations. Instead of promoting integration to the non-English speaking Muslim immigrant community by giving them free English lessons. Rahman did the complete opposite and offered Urdu lessons to enable people to communicate with the immigrants. Personally I think he well over stepped the mark on that one. It shows utter disrespect to every British born person.

Tower Hamlets has been rapidly going downhill to the point where its a no go area for the infidels. A full on Muslim ghetto centred around the extremist East London Mosque with its regular hate preachers. Unsafe streets where sharia is enforced and non-Muslims are targeted for attack. With their own IFE ‘religious police’ providing the law enforcement as we saw at the recent EDL demo there

Mayor says ‘McCarthyist’ critics fuel the EDL

Mayor Lutfur Rahman has been accused of hitting a “new low” after saying the local Labour Party started a witch-hunt against him.

Labour also rejected his claim their criticisms of him have been “picked up and amplified by the English Defence League” and “other parts of the local and national media”.

The article by the mayor, in an online newspaper last Wednesday, discussed anti-Muslim bigotry in some of the press.

Mr Rahman wrote that his problems with sections of the media started when his “local opponents on the right wing of the Labour Party” disagreed with him being selected as Labour’s mayoral candidate in 2008.

He said: “Their lurid claims that I was ‘extremist linked’ were taken to the Labour Party National Executive Committee and my candidature was blocked, re-instated and blocked again.

“I have no doubt that this latter day McCarthyism gave the green light to sections of the media to do its worst.”

Cllr Sirajul Islam, leader of the Labour group, said: “We know that the mayor is afraid of any public scrutiny, but this is a new low to avoid what are genuine concerns about the approach of his administration.“The mayor knows full well that Labour have campaigned consistently against the EDL.“To suggest otherwise is nothing but a cynical and sad attempt to use the EDL’s deeply divisive agenda to further his own personal political aims.”

Labour added that Mr Rahman was expelled for standing as an independent candidate in breach of party rules. The word “McCarthyism” refers to Joseph McCarthy, an American senator in the 1950s who led a ‘witch-hunt’ against supposed communists that cost many people their jobs for their political beliefs. In the piece, Mr Rahman called on Labour leader Ed Miliband to “get a grip” on the local Labour party and “stop the borough being exploited by sections of the media”.

A free newspaper delivered to 90,000 addresses every week by Tower Hamlets Council has been reported to an independent auditor by the Labour party over what it calls “political bias” in its reporting. In a letter to the district auditor, Labour said the council-run East End Life was a “flagrant waste of taxpayer money” and called for an investigation before the local elections next year.

The controversial freesheet has been criticised by Eric Pickles, the communities secretary, for flouting a government ban on what he called “Town Hall Pravdas”, referring to the official paper of the Soviet Union.Earlier this month, Labour councillors found 158 quotes and 92 pictures of the Mayor and independent councillors over the course of three months to August 13.

A Labour group inquiry revealed the freesheet is costing taxpayers £1.5 million a year.Cllr Sirajul Islam, leader of the Labour group in Tower Hamlets, said: “People need to see action is being taken to stop the mayor abusing his position and running the council as his own personal publicity machine.

“The bias that has been revealed in East End Life makes it clear that taxpayer money is being run for the mayor not for the people of the borough as it was intended.”

John Biggs, Labour’s candidate for mayor, said the use of East End Life “for political self-promotion is totally wrong” and pledged to review the paper immediately if elected mayor.

A council spokesperson said: “Local authorities have a duty to report back on the performance of the administration and the services available for residents, including those that affect health, community safety and social cohesion.”He said the council follows the guidelines in the Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity to make sure the council’s publicity is “fair, balanced and politically neutral”.

GREAT!!! Now Tony Blair will help 3 million Muslim Albanians get the right to work in the UK

Leftist dhimmi Tony Blair is not content with the damage he did  to the UK with his open arms immigration policy as PM, allowing millions of unskilled, uncivilized and anti social Muslim immigrants in who have contributed nothing other than drag our nation down while bleeding the government money pot dry. Now the tosser wants to flood us with more Muslims only this time the Albanian kind.

Tony Blair will help three million Muslim Albanians get the right to work in the UK

FORMER PM Tony Blair today announced he is helping Albania to join the EU – a move which could see a further three million people gain the right to settle in the UK.

[Note: The violence and crime from Albanian Muslims in France, for example, is sky high and a major concern. Tony Blair is a complete extremist leftist lunatic, like many of his Brussel\’s compatriots. How can someone so deeply hated and despised by his own people for destroying his country, give advice to reform another country? It\’s almost like a parody.]

Tony Blair (L) and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama [EPA]Mr Blair is backing the new Socialist leader of the country in his goal to join the 28-strong group of countries, something which would bring economic benefits to one of Europe’s poorest countries.A recent survey shows one in seven Albanians live on less than £1.20 per day.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama said today Mr Blair would be “personally, totally and voluntarily” advising the Albanian government and helping with his “extraordinary experience and political geniality.”

Mr Blair and his team will provide advice at no cost to the Albanian government on how to modernise and implement a reform agenda.

Spokesperson for Tony Blair

Speaking at a briefing in Tirana, Mr Blair said “the big challenge with the government today is getting things done.”A spokesman for Mr Blair said he was helping Albania join the 28 nations in the EU in part because of its proximity to the Balklands. The spokesman said: “Mr Blair and his team will provide advice at no cost to the Albanian government on how to modernise and implement a reform agenda.”As Mr Blair has previously said were Mr Rama to become PM he would be happy to help, as both Albania and the region mean a huge amount to him, the conflict in Kosovo having been an important period in his Premiership.

“He congratulates him on that now having happened and looks forward to working with him in the future”

Mr Rama, who was sworn in as prime minister last month, has promised to create 300,000 jobs and reduce poverty.

Bolton Council Of Mosques Has Received Over £1.1Million In Council Funding

Following a freedom of information request made to Bolton Council, Kafir Crusaders can reveal that the Labour run council has given ‘Bolton Council Of Mosques’ in excess of £1.1 million in grants over the past 8 years.

FOI to Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council:

1.How much money has the council paid in grants and funding to
Islamic charities and organisations in Bolton since the year
2.What organisations are they
3.What were the grants for

Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council reply to FOI:

Bolton Council has not grant funded charities and organisations
on the basis of their religious background. However, the main faith groups
(Christian, Hindu and Muslim) have received some grant funding to support
community cohesion in Bolton.

Bolton Council of Mosques  (BCOM) has received £1,142,138 in grants from
the Council

Grant to BCOM to promote community cohesion, neighbourhood and
youth activities, on the same basis as the other faith groups who are

The extremely large sum of money BCOM  received shocked me, i had been expecting a fairly large total given to Muslim organizations but certainly not that much. Nor did i expect to see it all going to a single Islamic group but lots of small amounts to several different groups.

So who are Bolton Council of Mosques  (BCOM) and what do they do?

Their website states :  “Representing all the 22 established mosques in Bolton with approximately 20,000 Muslims, BCoM is often seen as the gateway to the Muslim Community. It is an organisation that ensures that Muslims are represented at the highest levels, locally, regionally and indeed nationally”

Having delved a little deeper into BCOM and what they actually do to justify this “community cohesion” mega grant. Other than a couple of members attending an interfaith meeting every 2 months, they do nothing for the community as a whole. Unless you happen to be a member of the Islamic community that is. In which case they organize youth haji pilgrimages. Day trips for Muslim kids to Blackpool. Campaign for prayer rooms in Bolton’s schools, arrange Islamic funerals and child circumcisions(FGM??).  BCOM have in the past organised fundraising for good causes….Islamic 1s obviously. Such as George Galloway and Yvonne Riddley’s Gaza convoy where Galloway handed over vehicles and supplies to HAMAS.

Isn’t community cohesion meant to be all about bringing different communities together and promoting tolerance, understanding and integration ? A benefit to the community as a whole and not just Muslims ?  Is giving a Muslim only group over a million pounds, whose community who are already intolerant and refuse to integrate a worthy recipient and value for money ? Is it better the council fund all these Islamic activities in the name of community cohesion rather than say opening a couple of youth clubs, getting teenagers of all races and religions off the streets, encouraging them to integrate in a safe environment ?

I’m sure all the non-Muslim people in Bolton will be pleased to know what a fine job Bolton’s Labour Council are doing at donating money to Muslims in order to keep them sweet and on side improve community cohesion. Going off the BCOM’s website figure of 20,000 Muslims in the area that works out that Bolton Council have paid over £50 per Muslim person !!

Anti Fascist Salford Councillor Faces Jail Over BNP Tweet

The law applies to everyone yet for some unknown reason self appointed ‘anti-fascist’ activists constantly seem to think that it doesn’t apply to them. Hopefully anti fascist Salford councillor Howard Balkind will receive the maximum penalty for his anti BNP tweet which revealed the result of postal votes before the election was finished. Maybe then communist anti-fascists will realise the law applies to them also and their not above it like they seem to think.

Salford councillor could be jailed over Twitter comment on BNP

23 Jul 2013 17:39

Howard Balkind was reported to police by the far-right BNP for tweeting that the party would be ‘lucky to get 10 votes’ at a by-election last month.

A councillor could be jailed over ‘off the cuff’ Twitter remarks made during an election count.

Howard Balkind was reported to police by the far-right BNP for tweeting that the party would be ‘lucky to get 10 votes’ at a by-election last month.

It is alleged that Coun Balkind broke the law by revealing the results of postal votes before polls had closed the Weaste and Seedley ward.

Coun Balkind, a prominent anti-fascist and anti-BNP campaigner in Salford, now faces a wait while the Crown Prosecution Service decided whether to press charges under the Representation of the People Act.

Under the 1983 act, the maximum penalty for making ‘any statement relating to the way in which voters have voted at the election’ before polls close is six months in prison or a £5,000 fine.

The BNP’s complaint was made after polling closed, shortly before midnight on Thursday, June 20, over the tweet, posted the previous Tuesday.

Coun Balkind was interviewed by police under caution on the Friday morning after the complaint was lodged with police then passing the file to the CPS to decide whether to prosecute.

Labour’s Paul Wilson eventually won the election with 785 votes while the BNP came fifth, Kay Pollitt polling 74 votes.

The election campaign became mired in controversy after Salford council were legally obliged to supply Ms Pollitt with a room to stage a public meeting, leading to protests joined by Coun Balkind which caused the meeting to be moved at the last minute.

The councillor has now shut down his Twitter account and says he and his family have received ‘veiled threats’ from the @BNPSalford Twitter account.

BNP leaflets were also stuffed through his letterbox three days in row, Coun Balkind says.

He added that the police are looking into the claims.

Coun Balkind, 61, told the M.E.N. that the remarks were ‘off the cuff’ and not an attempt to reveal the results of postal voting – and called the BNP’s complaint ‘vexatious’.

He added: “The whole thing has become ridiculous. The BNP are claiming they suffered because what I tweeted cost them votes but it is their poisonous politics that cost them votes.”

A GMP spokesman said: “On Thursday 20 June 2013, police were called following allegations of a breach of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act. A man was interviewed under caution at Pendleton police station and enquiries are ongoing.”

A BNP spokesman confirmed that party members had reported Coun Balkind to the police.

He added: “After legal advice from Salford city council, the Electoral Commission and our own legal team it was established that Mr Balkind acted in a way that breached the secrecy code in regards to the election process by tweeting from his official account, results of the first postal vote opening that he had attended earlier that week, before the close of ballots of the recent Weaste and Seedley by-election.

“We cannot comment any further as a criminal investigation is under way, and for the record the British National Party will press for charges.

“In relation to further claims of harassment, that is nothing more than a smoke screen to cover up the key fact of him breaking the law.”

Outrage as Incompetent Rotherham Council Remove Foster Children From UK-IP Carers

Rotherham is back in the news once again for all the wrong reasons. It seems those in authority there just cant help but make problems and negative attention  for themselves. Hardly creating a good image of the town with constant controversy. If you was looking to move to Yorkshire , then Rotherham would be right at the bottom of the list. First a couple of months ago was the Rotherham Muslim grooming gang cover up which indicated a massive problem with Muslim men targeting white schoolgirls which police and social services had covered up. Then along came local labour MP Denis McShane. First he stunned the public at an EDL demo in the town by telling them “to fuck off” which he was forced to apologize for. Then he was exposed as a thief for fiddling his expenses.

times_front_page Rotherham Muslim grooming gang cover up which indicated a massive problem with Muslim men targeting white schoolgirls which police and ROTHERHAM social services had covered up.

Now along comes the latest own goal by the lefty loons from the labour run Rotherham council. The removal of 3 foster children from a couple because they are UK-IP supporters. The council social services in their infinite wisdom have decided that UK-IP a legitimate political party who have had no previous controversies are  far right racists. Down to their manifesto to halt immigration for 5 years and withdraw from the EU. It would now seem anyone with an opinion on immigration or the failings of  multiculturalism is automatically branded a racist like their a white supremacist party like a UK equivalent  of the Klu Klux Klan. I was under the misguided impression that in Britain we lived in a democratic society where people  are allowed to make up their own minds which political party they support.

To brand UK-IP as racist is totally ludicrous. They are hardly anything like the BNP who have  certain views which make them bordering on racists who themselves are a fair way off being on par with neo nazi white power types. UK-IP have landed the same un-justified racist label  that the English Defence League also did for speaking out about Islam. On neither UK-IP or the EDL’s official website or media will you find anything other than party policy’s which the political correctness loving left may not have the same opinion of.Certainly not out and out racism.

The socialist fools behind this decision want to stop listening to  fantasy propaganda that people like the UAF come out with. They will spot 10 nazi’s at a Jewish wedding if it benefited their own communist agenda. Even if they was far right or whatever since when did  some ones  political views make them a bad parent. Why should they be considered any more  a bad parent than any than a Jehovah witness who would refuse a blood transfusion for their child if they became ill.Or any Muslim that has ever attended 1 of the many mosques that has had a hate preacher as speaker.Surely that would make them an extremist. PC lovers who come out with senseless things like that must have that much human rights/pc stuff floating round in their heads that it has blinded them from the reality of the fact it will be those 3 children who will suffer worse from this after being uprooted from a settled environment.

Decision over UKIP couple fostering ‘indefensible’ – Gove

Education Secretary Michael Gove: "This decision is arbitrary, ideological, indefensible" says on idiots from Rotherham council who removed foster children because the carers were UK independence party supporters

Education Secretary Michael Gove: “This decision is arbitrary, ideological, indefensible”

The foster parents say “no discussions” took place between them and the council prior to the children’s removal.

The children – who are European migrants – were removed by social workers who accused the unnamed couple of belonging to a “racist party”.

Council leader Roger Stone said it was launching an immediate inquiry.

The education secretary said the “wrong decision” was made “in the wrong way for the wrong reasons”.

He added that the Department for Education, under his leadership, would “ask the necessary questions” to determine what happened in this case.

Mr Gove told the BBC: “It is entirely wrong for this couple to have been treated in this way. That’s why I believe we need a full explanation from the local authority as to why this decision was allowed to be taken.

‘Ideological and indefensible’

“If we say you cannot foster children because you’re a member of a mainstream political party or because you have views on multiculturalism then that’s utterly wrong.

“This decision is arbitrary, ideological and indefensible.”

The education secretary added that the government was bringing forward new laws in the Children and Families’ Bill to reverse the current position, which takes into account ethnic and cultural factors when placing children for adoption.

“We want to make it clear that you should not allow ideological matters to preclude what’s in the best interest of the child.”

Rotherham councillor Paul Lakin, cabinet member for children, young people and families Services has ordered an immediate investigation.

He said: “Membership of a political party should not stop someone fostering children. The council takes its safeguarding responsibilities very seriously and always puts the needs of the children at the centre of that care.”

jobsworth loon Joyce Thacker, Rotherham Borough Council: The council's strategic director of children and young people's services, Joyce Thacker, earlier defended the decision, saying it was influenced by UKIP's immigration policy.

Joyce Thacker, Rotherham Borough Council: ”We had to seriously think about the long-term needs of the children”

Mr Lakin added he wanted the report on his desk by Monday morning.

The council’s strategic director of children and young people’s services, Joyce Thacker, earlier defended the decision, saying it was influenced by UKIP’s immigration policy.

She said: “I have legal advice I have to follow for the placement of children and I was criticised before for not making sure their cultural and ethnic needs were met.

“If the party mantra is, for example, ending the active promotion of multiculturalism I have to think about that… I have to think of their longer-term needs.

Ms Thacker added she did not think UKIP was a racist party, but said it had “very clear” immigration policies which she could not ignore.

UKIP immigration policy

  • An immediate five-year freeze on immigration for permanent settlement.
  • After the five year freeze, a strictly controlled, points-based system similar to Australia to be introduced.
  • An aspiration to ensure that future immigration does not exceed 50,000 people a year.
  • Regain control of UK borders by leaving the EU.
  • Repeal the 1998 Human Rights Act and withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights.
  • Ensure British benefits are only available to UK citizens or those who have lived here for at least five years.
  • End the active promotion of the doctrine of multiculturalism by local and national government

The unnamed couple in their late 50s, who have been approved foster parents for seven years, were eight weeks into the placement when they were approached by social workers about their membership of the party.

The wife told the BBC she believed the decision had been taken “prior to the social worker visiting us in person to tell us that the children were being removed because we were UKIP members”.

She insisted they felt they were meeting the cultural needs of the three children.

“We were actively encouraging these children to speak their own language… we enjoyed singing one of their folk songs in their native language.

“Having been told of the religious denomination of these children – we took steps to ensure that a school of their denomination was found.

“The children have now been placed with families who are white British, therefore how are these people going to meet the cultural needs of the children?” she added.

UKIP’s immigration policy states the party wants an “end [to] the active promotion of the doctrine of multiculturalism by local and national government”, and urges Britain to leave the European Union (EU).

‘Very strange’ decision

The party’s leader, Nigel Farage, said he was “very upset and very angry” about the decision and called for “heads to roll” at the council.

He added: “This couple… have been fostering for many years and are very decent people. This was an awful shock to them, not to mention the upset for the children themselves.”

He also accused the Labour-controlled council of bigotry towards his party.

Earlier, Labour leader Ed Miliband called for the council to urgently investigate the circumstances of the case.

even labour party socialist leader Ed Miliband said it should "not be a bar", distancing himself from the decision made by Labour-run Rotherham Borough Council.

Ed Miliband: “What matters is the future of children in Rotherham and elsewhere.”

He insisted: “Being a member of UKIP should not be a bar to adopting or fostering children.

“We need to find out the facts and the council urgently needs to get to the bottom of exactly what happened.

“There are thousands of children who need to be looked after, who need fostering, we shouldn’t have the situation where membership of a party like UKIP excludes you from doing that.

“We need loving homes for children across the country. That can come in different forms, it’s not about what political party you are a member of,” he concluded.

Robert Tapsfield, chief executive of the Fostering Network, said the decision seemed “very strange” considering the council viewed the couple as providing a good standard of care.

“Unless there was something going wrong then I can’t see why they would have been moved, unless it was to a family that could meet their long-term needs.”

He said the placement of foster children should not be influenced by their political affiliations.

There’s been an outbreak of agreement from the main parties on the principle that being a member of a political organisation such as UKIP should not prevent someone from being considered as a foster parent. Michael Gove called it “indefensible”. Ed Miliband said it should “not be a bar”, distancing himself from the decision made by Labour-run Rotherham Borough Council.

The investigation announced by the government and the council will seek to establish the circumstances of this particular case.

But, politically, it will be interesting to see whether it has any bearing on political campaigning in the run up to Thursday’s Parliamentary by-election in Rotherham.

KIRKLEES Council is investigating allegations about the running of a Muslim burial ground which is partly operated by a newly-elected Dewsbury councillor.

Coun Abdul Patel this week hit back at claims about the amounts paid by bereaved families to himself and former Batley councillor Ghulam Maniyar, who together run the Muslim Mosque Burial Committee.

It has been alleged that the men may have taken up to £1m from families during the 25 years they have leased the private plot near Dewsbury Cemetery.

It is also claimed the burial committee may have questions to answer about tax and accounts and that there is no record of where bodies are buried.

But Coun Patel – who won his Dewsbury East seat for Labour this year – says the allegations are untrue.

“I don’t think this will affect my work as a councillor at all,” he said.

“The community is behind me and I am not worried about the outcome of any investigation.”

Mr Maniyar – a Batley East Labour councillor until 2004 – also insists: “None of this is true. I won’t be losing any sleep.

“We have a lease on the land and pay to Kirklees Council. And we have a record of every grave. If we didn’t pay our rent the council would follow it up.

“There are more than 400 graves there and if we didn’t keep up records there would be an investigation.”

He said the committee was an open organisation, and payments for burials differed because some people wanted more than the basics which pushed up the cost.

“I have no fear about this at all,” said Mr Maniyar. “Our operation is an open book.”

Kirklees Council’s audit team has begun an investigation after a former councillor raised concerns about the committee.

A spokesman said: “The investigation is more than 50 per cent complete. So far there has been no police or tax authority involvement.

“The site in question is privately leased and Kirklees Council does not have statutory requirements regarding the registration and disposal of bodies at the site .”

But he said graves in the Muslim cemetery were not the council’s responsibility.

He added that there was nothing apparent at this stage to stop Coun Patel continuing as a councillor.
