Muslim Who Threatened Old Lady With Knife In Her Own Home Gets Soft Suspended Sentence!

Another Muslim winner in the British 2 tier justice system. Threatens his elderly neighbour in her own home with a knife . Leaving the old woman that traumatized that she is now to scared to even go back home. All he gets is a pathetic suspended sentence.

Judge Wajeed Khalil claimed that he was disturbed by the frail old woman’s account.Obviously just not that disturbed by it given the soft sentence he gave the offender. Looking after his own maybe???

Pensioner’s terror after neighbour threatened her in her own home with a knife

Woman too afraid to return to her bungalow after early hours attack

A pensioner was too terrified to return to her own home – after her neighbour turned up in the middle of the night armed with a knife.

The 72-year-old was woken at 1am by Mohammed Khan knocking on the bedroom window of her Lockwood bungalow.

Khan urged her to open the door, pleading: “Let me in, I’m bleeding.”

Believing him to be hurt, the elderly woman answered her door.

The 48-year-old then walked into her home carrying a kitchen knife, which he made stabbing motions with.

Sentencing him to a suspended term of imprisonment, Deputy District Judge Wajeed Khalil said that he was disturbed by the frail woman’s account.

He said: “He’s placed her in such a risky situation in her own home and failed to recognise the impact of his behaviour.”

Khan, of Oxford House in Swan Lane, pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article in public.

Prosecutor Jill Seddon told Kirklees Magistrates’ Court that the victim was asleep in bed when she was disturbed by him at around 1am on July 29.

She said: “She said that she got up and went to the door and he was stood there with a kitchen knife, saying that he was going to kill himself.

“He then walked past her into the kitchen and said to call an ambulance.

“She tried to take the knife off him but he kept hold of it, making stabbing motions and motioning towards himself that he was going to cut himself.”

The victim told Khan that she was going to call police, not an ambulance and he refused her requests to put the knife down.

Mrs Seddon told the court that following her ordeal, the woman struggled and was fearful that Khan might return and cause harm to her.

She has since put herself on the waiting list to be rehoused by Kirklees Council.

Mrs Seddon said: “The victim said she was frightened and it made her want to move.

“She couldn’t sleep and is being supported by the council’s former Asbo unit.

“She’s frightened that the defendant, who left some property at her home, will go back and get it.

muslim grooming gangs target british schoolgirls. islam allows sex with children

Another Muslim grooming gang trial that the mainstream media failed to report about for the four week long court case!!!!  Only once the trial was over with the four  Muslim child rapist sentenced and shipped off to prison did it become public knowledge.

All in the best interests  of community cohesion no doubt!!  No chance of any flash demos at the courts  by concerned citizens who are sick of the Muslim committed grooming epidemic which could  rock the  multiculturalism boat.

2 Tier Justice: Beat Up A ‘White Tw*t’ Leaving Him Needing Surgery In Racist Pack Attack Get Suspended Sentence

Described as a pillar of the community, Haroon Adam, was found guilty after a trial of racially- aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm for attacking a rival football coach in front of children. The  racially motivated assault left the victim being hospitalised needing surgery as a result of damage caused by Haroon Adam, his brother and other unidentified males in a racially motivated pack attack.

The hate attack happened at the end of an under 15s football match taking place in Dewsburys Islamic ghetto, Savile Town. The victim was the manager of the away team and the Adam brothers were the home sides coaches. At the end of an ill tempered match the victim offered his hand as a sign of good will to the opposite coaches which is when the trouble began.

 Prosecutor Mrs Seddon said:

“Mr (Haroon) Adam became aggressive, told him to ‘f*** off’ and called him a white t***.

“The complainant pointed out that there were children present and the reply was: ‘We don’t want your sort here, just f*** off’.”

Mr Bird then tried to walk away but was followed by Adam and a punch was thrown towards him. Mr Bird was dragged to the floor and assaulted by the men and some others who have not been identified.

“As he fell he felt his knee twist and he was kicked and punched whilst on the floor.”

Despite all this, Haroon Adam managed to avoid being sent to prison because apparently he tries to steer youngsters away from becoming terrorists. Big deal. What kind of example is he setting by calling somebody a white tw*t and beating them in front of those children who he is meant to be mentoring to stay away from Islamic extremism. Hardly promoting peace and harmony behaving like a racist thug.

The double standards make my blood boil. When people are getting the book thrown at them and jailed for things such as burning the quran or putting bacon on a mosque which at the end of the day results in no physical harm. It is being treated more severely than a racist thug hospitalising somebody. Two tier justice where Muslims get preferential treatment and softer sentences when in the wrong. Yet those who do something against them are treated much harsher.

Should this man even be working with children???

CPS sentencing guidelines:

Racially/religiously aggravated actual bodily harm (s.29(1)(b) CDA) Racially/religiously aggravated

Crown Court – 7 years imprisonment
Magistrates’ court – 6 months

Non Racially/religiously aggravated

Crown Court – 5 years imprisonment
Magistrates’ court – 6 months

Hang your heads in shame Kirklees Magistrates’ Court for your shameful display of two tier justice.

A ‘pillar of the community’ working to steer young people away from terrorism has escaped jail – for a racist attack after refereeing a children’s football match.

Coach Robert Bird was left needing surgery to his leg after being kicked and punched in the floor following a row over the final 3-2 score.

His attacker and the referee, Haroon Adam, was found guilty after a trial of racially- aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Despite labelling the attack “despicable” Kirklees magistrates kept Adam, of Wharf Street in Dewsbury, out of jail.

They told the 43-year-old they only did so due to his work in the community during the current uncertain climate.

Haroon Adam at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court
Adam’s brother, Idris Adam, was also in court over his part in the group attack in the town.

The Huddersfield court was told that Mr Bird, Adam and his 48-year-old brother, also of Wharf Street, were involved in a children’s under-15s match on March 22 last year in Savile Town.

Mr Bird was coaching the opposing team to Adam, who was acting as referee, and his brother who was also a coach.

Jill Seddon, prosecuting, said: “The game was not played in very good spirit but at the end of the game Mr Bird decided to go over and shake the hand of the two defendants.

Mrs Seddon said: “As he fell he felt his knee twist and he was kicked and punched whilst on the floor.”

Mr Bird was taken to hospital and an MRI scan on his leg confirmed that he had suffered a ruptured cruciate ligament with lateral tears.

Kirklees Magistrates’ Court, HuddersfieldKirklees Magistrates’ Court, Huddersfield
Magistrates heard that the final goal three minutes before the end of the match was heavily disputed by Mr Bird’s team and he called Adam a cheat before the attack happened.

Adam had denied the charge but was found guilt after a two-day trial alongside his brother who was convicted of an offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The court heard that both men were highly respected members of their community.

Adam founded Engage Dewsbury, a voluntary community project set up to tackle radicalisation.

His brother, a taxi driver, devoted his spare time to coaching and helping the youth community.

Bench chairman Wayne Perriman said: “We do acknowledge the work you’re doing within the community, especially at the current vulnerable time we’re facing which has to be congratulated.

“However, this was a children’s sporting event and we find it despicable that these children and Mr Bird had to witness such atrocious behaviour from

Adam was sentenced to 26 weeks in jail, suspended for 18 months, and orderered to complete 240 hours of unpaid work. His brother got a 22-week suspended jail term and must serve 200 hours of unpaid work in the community. Each will have to pay £500 compensation to Mr Bird, £482.50 prosecution costs and £80 victim surcharge.

Bradford Restaurant fined £15,000 for rats infestation

A greedy Muslim restaurant owner from Bradford who couldnt be bothered to get his rat infested premises sorted out has been hit with a 15 grand fine. His disregard for peoples health and well being by letting disease carrying vermin live in his curry house making no attempt to exterminate  is simply inexcusable. At the end of the day he could of at least made some attempt and gone down the pound shop and bought some of them glue traps that they sell there for a £1. If he cant be bothered to spend a fiver and do that, i dread to think what the quality of  meat and other ingredients must be like that he puts in his currys

The owner of a restaurant was fined £15,000 after a Court heard he ignored a “long-standing” rat infestation in a cellar.

Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court heard yesterday that 34-year-old Javed Iqbal, owner of Omar Khan’s on Little Horton Lane, had been told by staff that four rats were “living in the cellar” eight weeks before Bradford Council workers carried out an on-the-spot inspection last December.

Harjit Ryatt, prosecuting for the Council, said Iqbal had called in a pest controller to identify how the creatures were getting in, but failed to take any further action until inspectors saw rats running across a cellar littered with fresh and old droppings.

The rodents had established “rat runs” and had “heavily gnawed” a box of pappadums and a bag of onions stored on the floor, which had evidence of rats’ urine, he added.

Iqbal, of North Park Road, Heaton – who, the court heard, had remedied the problem within a day – admitted six breaches of hygiene legislation, including failing to stop rodents entering the premises, failing to keep the restaurant clean and maintained and failing to store food to prevent contamination.

Iqbal is the nephew of new Bradford Bulls’ owner Omar Khan who, although the restaurant carries his name, does not own or run the restaurant.

Magistrates heard an inspector visiting the premises saw “one large rat running across the wall into a boiler on the adjacent wall” as she entered the cellar.

“She then saw a further two rats appear,” Mr Ryatt said.

The court heard Iqbal voluntarily agreed to close the premises and the officers called in colleagues to make a further inspection of the premises.

He told officers he had called in a pest controller eight weeks earlier to identify the rats’ “various entry points” after staff reported the problem, but took no further action.

“It’s quite telling that while the premises had been voluntarily closed, the defendant did engage the pest controller’s services and was able to remedy the problem within one day,” Mr Ryatt added.

Magistrates were told that during the inspection, officers found no evidence of any disinfectant on the premises.

Mr Ryatt said: “It puts in question the ability of the premises to make sure work surfaces were adequately disinfected before their contact with food.”

Officers also discovered raw meat stored in a fridge above cooked food and a dirty cheese grater.

Abdul Iftikhar, mitigating, said Iqbal had taken over the running of the restaurant after his father became ill and had left staff in charge while he was away looking after his family from March to October last year.

“When he did return to the restaurant he was made aware there was a hygiene problem and he did, to his credit, contact a pest controller.”

He added the pest controller had set traps, but the problem had continued.

Magistrates were shown photographs of the remedial action taken and were told the restaurant had been able to reopen within 48 hours of closing.

“This has been a glitch in the otherwise exemplary record of Omar Khan’s. Mr Iqbal accepts he is responsible for the failings on his part,” Mr Iftikhar said.

Magistrates handed him a £2,500 fine for each of the six breaches and ordered him to pay £1,835 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

After the hearing, owner Javed Iqbal said: “We are deeply disappointed by today’s events but we want to stress to our customers that they have no need to worry about the hygiene or cleanliness of any of the food prepared in this restaurant.

“Rats are a problem for many businesses in this area and we have complained numerous times to the Council about the fact that more effort is needed to control them. This part of the city centre does have a pest control problem and we do everything in our power to ensure that our kitchens are protected.

“The rats got in through a hole behind the boiler in the cellar which we don’t use and we’ve made sure that nothing like this can ever happen again.

“Our kitchens are spotless and there is absolutely no risk to the public.”

Kirklees Council probe into Muslim burial site in Dewsbury

Published on Saturday 4 August 2012 07:00

KIRKLEES Council is investigating allegations about the running of a Muslim burial ground which is partly operated by a newly-elected Dewsbury councillor.

Coun Abdul Patel this week hit back at claims about the amounts paid by bereaved families to himself and former Batley councillor Ghulam Maniyar, who together run the Muslim Mosque Burial Committee.

It has been alleged that the men may have taken up to £1m from families during the 25 years they have leased the private plot near Dewsbury Cemetery.

It is also claimed the burial committee may have questions to answer about tax and accounts and that there is no record of where bodies are buried.

But Coun Patel – who won his Dewsbury East seat for Labour this year – says the allegations are untrue.

“I don’t think this will affect my work as a councillor at all,” he said.

“The community is behind me and I am not worried about the outcome of any investigation.”

Mr Maniyar – a Batley East Labour councillor until 2004 – also insists: “None of this is true. I won’t be losing any sleep.

“We have a lease on the land and pay to Kirklees Council. And we have a record of every grave. If we didn’t pay our rent the council would follow it up.

“There are more than 400 graves there and if we didn’t keep up records there would be an investigation.”

He said the committee was an open organisation, and payments for burials differed because some people wanted more than the basics which pushed up the cost.

“I have no fear about this at all,” said Mr Maniyar. “Our operation is an open book.”

Kirklees Council’s audit team has begun an investigation after a former councillor raised concerns about the committee.

A spokesman said: “The investigation is more than 50 per cent complete. So far there has been no police or tax authority involvement.

“The site in question is privately leased and Kirklees Council does not have statutory requirements regarding the registration and disposal of bodies at the site .”

But he said graves in the Muslim cemetery were not the council’s responsibility.

He added that there was nothing apparent at this stage to stop Coun Patel continuing as a councillor.
