12 Muslim Nonces Sentenced To 140 Years For Raping Schoolgirl In West Yorkshire

Twelve Muslim beasts have been jailed for a total of 140 years. They were members of a sex gang who raped a 14 vulnerable schoolgirl in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

Little over a month into the year and already we have seen 2 large Muslim grooming gangs slammed for a catalogue of offences relating to sexually exploiting vulnerable white schoolgirls. Last week 10 Islamononces from Rochdale were found guilty and now 12 from Keighley. There is also an ongoing grooming gang trial of Muslims from Rotherham also.

The judge at Bradford Crown Court said of the grooming gangs attitude towards the victim:

“They saw her as a pathetic figure who had no worth and who served no other purpose than to be an object that they could sexually misuse and cast aside,” he added. “They showed her no shred of decency or humanity when as a vulnerable child she so needed care and understanding.”

That is not only the attitude of those beasts being sentenced here but the attitude of most Muslim men in general.  It is who they are as people. This is how Islam teaches them to think that men are superior to women. That Muslims are superior to non Muslims so in their eyes a white non Muslim girl is pretty much the lowest of the low. They treat them no different to the way Mohammed did, as objects to use and abuse for their own sexual gratification.

A GANG of 12 men who took raped and took “terrible and heartless sexual advantage” of a vulnerable Keighley schoolgirl before “casting her aside” have been locked up for a total of 140 years.

Ten of the men were jailed after being convicted of raping the girl in the town when she was aged between 13 and 14. Another man was found guilty of sexual activity with the same girl.

The 12th man pleaded guilty to rape and sexual activity with a child.

A trial last year heard how the teenager was repeatedly raped by the men in encounters arranged by a violent drug dealer over a period of 13 months between 2011 and 2012.
The drug dealer, described as the “evil mastermind” of the group, Arif Choudhury, is thought to have fled to Bangladesh. Choudhury, now 18 and formerly of Victoria Avenue, Keighley, was accused by the girl of raping her in the grounds of a Keighley church when she was 13 after she refused to sell anymore drugs for him.

On one occasion, the girl was gang-raped by five of the defendants.

The Recorder of Bradford Judge Roger Thomas said the men had been “heartless and demeaning” when the girl, who was 13 and 14 at the time, “clearly demanded pity and understanding.”

“They saw her as a pathetic figure who had no worth and who served no other purpose than to be an object that they could sexually misuse and cast aside,” he added.

“They showed her no shred of decency or humanity when as a vulnerable child she so needed care and understanding.”

The judge said the defendants had “largely tried to hide behind their silence” when interviewed by the police and given the opportunity to speak in court, but added, there were “nevertheless some good indications of their real attitude”.

“Listing a few of those references is insightful. They show the same contemptuous and disrespectful attitude to the girl that most of them have demonstrated to this Court throughout the trial and which I have already commented upon,” Judge Thomas said.
When the trial finished, in December, the judge described the behaviour of some defendants in court as some of the worst he had seen in his 40-year career.

Today, he added to those comments.

“I have had a very considerable opportunity during the course of the trial that lasted several weeks…to observe you defendants in open court and see your behaviour and attitudes. Things that I have had to publicly comment on on many occasions as I have attempted to regulate the proceedings. Comments and enjoinders that fell though on deaf ears as your appalling attitudes to these proceedings persisted nevertheless,” the judge said.

“As I have said previously the attitudes that the majority of you have so clearly demonstrated to these proceedings has been contemptuous, disrespectful and arrogant on a scale that I have hardly seen before in many years of practice in the Criminal Law. Exactly the same as your attitude to the 13/14 year-old-girl who you all sexually abused and exploited for your own selfish gratification.

“I cannot, and will not, sentence you now for your appalling attitude to these proceedings but it is something that is very informative in my assessment of you as individuals and your offending for which I am sentencing you.”

The judge said he had read pre-sentence and other reports about the defendants and commented on the intelligence of two the men, Israr Ali and Sufyan Ziarab.

“Although they have produced very low scores in formal IQ testing it is nevertheless entirely apparent from the circumstances of these offences, their demeanour in court, their interviews with the police, their previous convictions and in their use of social media that they are far from being anything other than totally understanding of and responsible for their reprehensible sexual misconduct in this case,” the judge said.

Four of the men abused the girl in the underground car park of a disused police station in Keighley.

The four men were two pairs of brothers and neighbours who lived very near to the old building where they would hang out and smoke cannabis extensively.

“Although Tauqueer Hussain was employed and held down a job, their lifestyles were generally feckless and unattractive,” Judge Thomas said.

The girl was often forced to perform sex on the men and one time was there for several hours.

“More than one defendant would have her perform sex immediately after another had just done the same,” said the judge.

“There are many highly unpleasant details that [the victim] does give about what happened to her in the car park which reflect the degradation, humiliation and violence that she was subjected to.”

Yasser Kabir, 25, of Belgrave Road, Keighley, was found guilty of three counts of rape and was jailed for 15 years for each count, to run concurrently.

Kabir was also sentenced for raping and abusing two little girls when he was a boy. He was given five years for those offences, to run consecutively to the 15-year sentence, meaning he will serve 20 years.

Kabir’s half-brother, Tauqeer Hussain, also known as Toki, 23, of Belgrave Road, Keighley, was also found guilty of two counts of rape, relating to two victims. He was jailed for 13 years for each count in relation to the Keighley schoolgirl, to run concurrently, with five years added for his second victim, meaning he will serve 18 years.

Sufyan Ziarab (Sufy) 23, of Kendal Mellor Court, Keighley, was given two concurrent 15 year sentences for two counts of rape.

His brother, Bilal Ziarab, (Billy or Browny) 21, of Sedgwick Close, Manningham, Bradford, was given two concurrent 12-year sentences.

Five of the men were found guilty of lining the girl up to rape her on Dalton Lane, Keighley.

The judge said this was an example of the “the vile practice of Arif arranging and facilitating the gang rape of the girl by having you men ‘line up’ to take turns” with the girl.

Nazir Khan (Khany) 24, of Buxton Street, Keighley, was jailed for 13 years for one count of rape.

His brother, Faisal Khan, (Buller) 27, of Buxton Street, Keighley, will also serve 13 years for one rape count.

Hussain Sardar (Dolly) 19, of Bradford Street, Lawkholme, Keighley, will serve six years detention in a young offenders’ institution for one count of rape. Judge Thomas said the sentence reflected his then age of 15 years and the victim’s description of his “somewhat pathetic participation.”

Saqib Younis (Saqi Butcher) 29, of Bradford Street, Lawkholme, Keighley, was jailed for 13 years for one count of rape.

Zain Ali (Droopy) 20, of Buxton Street, Keighley, was given an eight-year detention sentence in a young offenders’ institution, to reflect his age of 16 and 17 at the time of the offences.

Israr Ali, the youngest defendant in the dock, raped the schoolgirl when he was 15-years-old, about 18 months older than the girl. He was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in a young offenders’ institute.

Ali, also known as Sari, now 19, of Devonshire Street West, Keighley, was told he took “vile sexual advantage” of the girl and looked upon her as “no more than a worthless object.”

Mohammed Akram, a 63-year-old cab driver, of Holker Street, Keighley, was convicted of sexual activity with the girl once in his cab when he was 59 and she 14.

The judge jailed Akram for five years.

The 12th man to be jailed, Khalid Mahmood, is already behind bars for raping another victim.

He pleaded guilty at the start of the trial to twice raping the teenager and three offences of sexual activity with a child.

The 34-year-old, then of Gordon Street, Keighley, was given extended sentences of imprisonment, concurrent on each rape count, of 17 years. He was told that extended sentence comprised of a custodial term of 13-and-a-half years and an extended licence period of three-and-a-half years.

After the case, Detective Chief Inspector Nicola Bryar, of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said: “We are pleased that these men have now been sentenced for their terrible crimes against vulnerable young girls.
“We would like again to praise the victims for their courage in coming forward and enabling these men to be put before the courts. We hope that today’s sentences will give them some closure and help them with rebuilding their lives.

“Child Sexual Exploitation remains a priority for West Yorkshire Police. It totally unacceptable and it is the responsibility of all agencies, communities and individuals to identify those responsible and bring them to justice.

“West Yorkshire Police, the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner and partner agencies are committed to doing everything they possibly can to ensure that children are safe, cared for and protected from harm. We are committed to working closely with these partners and will take positive action against those who abuse or neglect children.

“We hope that this case will encourage others who may have been victims of child sexual exploitation, whether recently or in the past, to come forward and report it to the police, who will always seek to take positive action against the perpetrators.”

Speaking after the case, the MP for Keighley and Ilkley Kris Hopkins said: “In November 2012, I made a speech in the House of Commons expressing my horror at the fact that there were gangs of Asian men going around Keighley raping white girls.

“I was castigated from many quarters, received many abusive pieces of correspondence and on one occasion was forced to clear my constituency office after receiving a threat.

“This case, the many guilty verdicts reached and the heavy sentences rightly handed down underline the nature and the truth of the evil I spoke about back then and will continue to raise until it has been eradicated.

“I am very well aware that there are numerous white paedophiles out there and they should be dealt with just as harshly. But the sick model of organised groups of Asian men grooming young white girls to be sexually abused remains a blight at the heart of many communities across this country. And sadly Keighley is at the top of the list.

“I want to congratulate all of the police officers who played a part in bringing these guilty men to justice. It can often be a harrowing task to collect the necessary evidence to secure convictions and, once again, West Yorkshire Police has done an outstanding job.

“I hope that the force’s dedication and professionalism will encourage other victims to come forward and help put other perpetrators behind bars. I am very happy to provide all necessary support through my office to facilitate this.

“I continue to work very closely with senior police officers and ministers, including the Home Secretary Theresa May, to see what more can be done to uncover child grooming rings and track down those involved. We have already achieved a number of improvements to national law and I am confident that further positive changes will be made.

“But I must end with a plea. Whilst the police, the Government and I as the local MP will continue to join forces to tackle these issues, we need the support of the entire community behind us.

“I love Keighley, it’s the town I grew up in and I’m privileged to be its Member of Parliament. But Keighley’s proud name has been dragged through the mud too many times in recent years because of the heinous acts of sick men preying on vulnerable young girls.

“I appeal directly to members of the local community that if you know of any individual or groups of individuals who may be involved in these activities, you have an obligation to pass this information on. We must work together to rid ourselves of this cancer, and we all have a part to play.”

The leader of Bradford Council David Green said: “Child sexual exploitation is a dreadful crime which all right minded people deplore and we are pleased this is reflected in the sentencing of these men. We also acknowledge the courage and commitment of the young women in giving their evidence which led to these convictions.

“We are determined, working closely with the police, to ensure all perpetrators of child sexual exploitation are pursued and prosecuted, no matter when the abuse took place.”

“We have invested additional resources in recent years to tackle child sexual exploitation and keep children safe. Our multi-agency hub, which has been operating since January 2012, involving the Police, Council, NHS and voluntary organisations across Bradford District, means we can make sure risks are identified and there is fast and effective intervention.

“We need help from the community as a whole, from parents and carers, to take responsibility for vulnerable young people and help from neighbours to give us third party information if they suspect that CSE has or is taking place, or that children are at risk. This is an issue for everybody. It goes right into the heart of every community.

Married Paedophile Jailed After Having Sex 50 times With Girl,15, Who Police Twice Warned Him To Stay Away From

Muslim sexual predator Naieem Khan from West Yorkshire jailed after admitting in court having sex with a schoolgirl as many as 50 different times. Amazingly he had been warned twice previously by police over his perverse relationship with the child. Yet still carried on abusing the grooming victim.

A 32-YEAR-OLD married man who had sex up to 50 times with a damaged and vulnerable Keighley schoolgirl has been jailed for more than four years.

Naieem Khan, a father-of-two, persisted with the “jealous, controlling and manipulative” relationship with the 15-year-old despite being twice warned off by the police, Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday.

Khan, of Hillcote Drive, West Bowling, Bradford, began seeing the girl after she shouted “sexy” as he drove past in 2012.

Their “inappropriate and illegal” sexual relationship continued into the spring of 2013, with the girl moving in with Khan for a time.

On December 18, 2012, he was pursued by the police around Keighley when he had the girl with him in the car.

The high speed chase on roads including Parkwood Street, Halifax Road and Oakworth Road, saw him rip the bumper of his vehicle when he hit a wall and then collide with the back of a taxi.

The girl fled from the car in Fell Lane and Khan sped off with the passenger door hanging open.

He drove at double the 30mph speed limit before screeching to a halt.

He was pursued by officers on foot and arrested.

Khan pleaded guilty to three offences of sexual activity with a child, dangerous driving and child abduction.

His barrister, Ian Howard, said he was paying a heavy price for his involvement with the girl.

“They were both equally keen for contact to take place. He should have realised it was inappropriate and he should not have succumbed to his desire to form a relationship,” Mr Howard said.

Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC said the girl, who has now left the area, had also been sexually abused by other men and was “very damaged and vulnerable”.

The girl’s mother was powerless to stop the relationship. Her daughter self-harmed and had been very keen to continue seeing Khan.

She told Khan she was 17 and he pretended to be 19.

The girl said she and Khan had sex up to 50 times, despite the police intervening to warn him off in October and December, 2012.

Jailing Khan for four-and-a-half years, Judge Durham Hall said: “This is a very vulnerable young woman who incited the contact in 2012 and lied about her age.

“She was very anxious to continue in this relationship and she did not know you were married. When she discovered that, she took an overdose.”

He made Khan the subject of an indefinite Sexual Offences Prevention Order and ordered Khan to sign on the sex offenders’ register and banned him from driving for three years.

After the case, Detective Inspector Mark Long, of the Bradford District Safeguarding Unit, said: “Khan took advantage of his vulnerable victim and entered into a sexual relationship with her, even though he knew she was under the age of consent.

“We would like to thank her for her courage in coming forward and reporting his crimes.

“Child sexual exploitation of any kind ruins victims’ lives and will not be tolerated.

“In Bradford, we have a strong partnership with the local authority and other key agencies to share information and identify those at risk.

“The Bradford District Safeguarding Unit has specialist investigators to target offenders. It also works closely with partners to support victims through the court process, and see those who exploit them brought to justice.

“Parents can also play a key role, and I would encourage them to take an interest in their children’s activities and who they are speaking to.

“I would also urge them to view our dedicated webpage for our ‘Know the Signs’ campaign, to help them recognise the indicators of Child Sexual Exploitation at westyorkshire.police.uk/cse.”

E-Fit Of Islamononce Wanted For New Year Sex Attack In Yorkshire

West Yorkshire Police have released an efit of a rapejihadist wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a teenager in the early hours of New Year in Keighley. Hardly the start to a year the victim would of wished for. Lets hope the vile sex case is caught soon before he tries again.

The man police want to speak to

POLICE have today issued an e-fit of a man they are hunting in connection with a sexual assault on a 16-year-old girl in Keighley.

The girl was walking along Halifax Road at about 3am on New Year’s Day when a car pulled up.
She got into the vehicle, believing it was a taxi, and asked to be dropped off at the Great Northern pub a short distance away.

But the driver continued past and stopped at a grass banking, opposite Damems Road.

He then grabbed at the girl over her clothing, but she managed to flee and ran back towards the pub.

The vehicle drove off towards Cross Roads.

The assailant is described as Asian, aged between 40 and 50, about 5ft 11ins tall, clean shaven, of medium build and with very short hair, possibly almost bald.

Detective Inspector Ian Bryar, of Bradford District CID, said: “We would urge anyone who recognises this man to contact Bradford District CID on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.”

Army Veteran Aged 70 Pack Attacked, Has Beret And Medals Stolen As He Walked To Cenotaph In Muslim Area

70 year old army veteran George Gill formally a sergeant with 1st Battalion Duke of Wellington Regiment was disgustingly pack attacked on Remembrance Sunday as he made his way to the cenotaph. The attack happened in the Yorkshire town of Keighley, a place that has suffered badly from Islamization over the years. In some areas Muslims now make up over half of those living there.

The filthy scum who pack attacked thought they was big attacking an OAP, gloating and laughing about it as they walked off. There is nothing clever or big about attacking a defenceless pensioner if it was just one scroat responsible, let alone a gang of them. They are the lowest of the low, nothing more than bullying cowards.

Their behaviour is fairly typical Muslim behaviour, always picking the vulnerable easy targets who cannot defend themselves. They are spineless and could care less if their victim is old, a women, a child or disabled, morales is something they severely lack.

Mr Gill described them as attacking like a pack of animals. Despite their animal like behaviour, they are actually far worse. Animals can be tamed and quite happily live alongside us in peace. Muslims will never be able to do that.

Army veteran, 70, assaulted as he walked to cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday by gang of thugs who stole his regimental beret and medals

  • George Gill was walking through a park when he was attacked by a gang
  • He said Asian youths tore at his beret and medals ‘like a pack of dogs’
  • Gang of around seven teenagers then ran off laughing with their ‘trophies’
  • Mr Gill was left shaken and with a cut lip but continued to the cenotaph
  • He believes he was attacked because of his uniform, as gang left his money
  • ‘I want my medals back, I was proud to earn them and wear them,’ he says

An Army veteran was assaulted as he walked to a cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday by a gang of thugs who tore off his regimental beret and medals.

George Gill, 70, had been walking through a park on his way to the service in Keighley, West Yorkshire, when he was attacked by a gang of Asian youths he said had grabbed his beret ‘like a pack of dogs would a piece of meat’.

The gang then ran off laughing, leaving Mr Gill with cuts to his lip, but the courageous former soldier dusted himself off and continued to the cenotaph to pay his respects before reporting the mugging to police.

Mr Gill, who served as a sergeant with 1st Battalion Duke of Wellington Regiment, had been wearing his khaki beret, navy blue blazer, maroon and grey striped tie – all three of which bore the regimental badge and the motto ‘Victory Favours the Brave’, when he set off on Sunday morning.

He had a poppy pinned to his chest and proudly wore his United Nations Cyprus and Northern Ireland medals on his right lapel.

‘I was walking to the cenotaph in the centre of town for Remembrance Sunday, the same route I have taken every year for as long as I can recall,’ he said.

‘I’d had stopped in Lund Park to look at the embers of a fire which had been lit near a sign when out of nowhere I was grabbed or hit from behind.

‘My beret was knocked off my head and I stumbled to the ground. I tried to stay on my feet because I didn’t know what would happen if I went to ground.

‘I had not seen the gang of about six to eight Asian lads before this and I think they had been hiding in bushes.

‘I had not seen or heard them or done anything to intimidate them. They were laughing and joking and speaking in a foreign language, not in English, so I don’t know what they were saying.

‘I was shaken and couldn’t understand what was happening. They had taken my beret as a trophy and they were tearing it at like a pack of dogs with a piece of meat. They thought it was funny.

‘They ran off laughing and joking out of the park near the bowling green, and then I realised my medals were also missing, so they must have taken those as well. My poppy had been ragged at but they had not managed to steal that.’

‘My lip was cut and I was shaken.

The courageous former soldier dusted himself off and continued to the cenotaph to pay his respects before reporting the mugging to police

‘I can only think I was targeted because of what I was wearing because it was not a mugging or robbery, because I had £200 in cash on me and they didn’t take that or ask for money.’

Mr Gill has only recently returned home from hospital following an operation to fit stents in his heart and he is currently on 13 tablets a day for his condition.

He lives alone about 200 yards from the gates of the park and said the gang were aged 16 or 17 years old, but he did not recognise any of them..

Stoic Mr Gill continued his walk to the cenotaph for the 11am act of remembrance, paying tribute to fallen heroes and old friends.

‘There I met my nephew and I told him what had happened and he told me to report it to the police,’ said Mr Gill, who still attends monthly regimental meetings at his local Army Reserve centre.

‘I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it, but I thought I should report it to prevent anybody else being harmed.

‘After the Remembrance Sunday service I got home at noon and went straight to bed, I was that upset.’

Mr Gill joined the Army in 1966 and rose from Private to Sergeant until he left after completing 18 years of service and found a job in security.

During his Army career he served in Cyprus, Hong Kong, Japan, Gibraltar, Malaysia, and Northern Ireland, where some of his colleagues were killed.

He has lived near the for 60 years, and has seen its gradual decline.

‘It really has deteriorated,’ he said.

‘It used to have tennis courts and people played football there, the duck pond has gone and fires are being lit. The bowling green and pavilion have high security fencing to protect them from vandalism.

‘I used to have no fears about walking through the park, but I am now reluctant to use it – but if I don’t continue to go in they have won, haven’t they?’

Mr Gill said some of the gang were wearing hoodies, but because of the suddenness and shock or the attack he could not describe them in any better detail.

‘I want my medals back, I was proud to earn them and wear them. I also want my beret back, but I think that has probably been torn to bits,’ he said.

Inspector Sue Sanderson, who leads the Keighley Area Neighbourhood Team, has appealed for anyone who may have seen the gang to come forward.

‘We would appeal to anyone who saw a group of Asian youths acting suspiciously in the park at around the time of this incident, or anyone who may have seen them leaving the park afterwards,’ she said.

‘We believe there would have been other people around at the time, perhaps also making their way to the Remembrance Day service.

‘While not injured, the victim is understandably shaken by the loss of his beret and his medals.’

Pakistani Immigrant Mohammed Ansar Jailed For Sex Attack

Pakistani immigrant Mohammed Ansar has been jailed for a sex attack on a lone female in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Even a pregnant wife and a young child wasn’t enough to stop the Pakistani pervert from keeping his deviant sexual urges at bay.

Alone the four year prison sentence is not justice being served. There is one big thing missing….a one way plane ticket to Pakistan on his release from jail.

Keighley takeaway worker jailed after night-time attack on woman

Keighley News: Keighley takeaway worker jailed after night-time attack on womanKeighley takeaway worker jailed after night-time attack on woman

A takeaway worker who attacked a lone woman at the dead of night with intent to rape her has been jailed for four years.

Mohammed Ansar, 33, who came to the UK from Pakistan for an arranged marriage, assaulted his vulnerable victim as she walked home from a night out at 2.30am last August Bank Holiday Monday.

The father-of-one, whose wife was away at the time, tried to force the woman into his car after spotting her sitting on steps on Highfield Lane, Keighley.

Ansar, who lives on nearby Highfield Road, pushed her over a fence, chased her across a park, threw her to the ground and grabbed at her knickers.

The businesswoman, in her 30s, fought him off by hitting him on the head with her high-heeled shoes.

Ansar was convicted by a jury at Bradford Crown Court last month of battery with intent to commit a sexual offence and remanded in custody for sentence. He was cleared of attempted rape.

Today, Recorder of Bradford, Judge Roger Thomas QC, praised Ansar’s “robust and resourceful” victim.

He told the defendant: “I am utterly and wholly satisfied that the intent you must have had in your mind was to rape her.”

The court heard the woman had been left traumatised with night-time panic attacks.

She was now very careful and cautious when socialising and did not stay out late.

It was the most terrifying moment of her life when Ansar grabbed at her under clothing and she felt anger and hatred for him.

Ansar’s barrister, Jayne Beckett, said he came to the UK three years ago to marry.

He and his wife had a young daughter and were expecting another child.

His supportive family had been deeply hurt by what he had done.

Judge Thomas told Ansar: “You saw that young woman and you quite obviously decided you would have some sort of sexual way with her. She was alone, she had had a drink and she was vulnerable.”

He continued: “It was a sustained physical assault with premeditation that amounted to a quite terrifying ordeal for her.”

After the case, Detective Constable Stacey Atkinson, of Bradford District Reactive CID, said: “Ansar tried to force his victim into his car and then pursued her after she fled from him.

“This must have been very traumatic for her and we would like to thank her for the courage she has shown in reporting this to the police.

“We are pleased with the sentence which has been passed down and hope it will help to give the victim some closure.”

New Islamic Centre For Keighley Has Backing Of Bradford Council Planners

Those Brit’s lucky enough to live in an area where Islamization is not yet ripping the heart out of  local communities, spreading like a disease destroying all in its path. Take a good look at the currant situation in Bradford and its ever increasing Muslim problems. Because in the next 20, maybe 30 years this is how your unspoilt part of  little old England will be unless somehow Muslims stealth jihad and the resulting Islamization is stopped. Staying silent most definitely wont stop it happening, if anything it will speed it up.

The latest step towards a full on Muslim Bradford is the construction of yet another new Islamic centre on the site of a car dealership in Keighley.  Bradford Council have backed plans for the proposed Islamic centre. Keighley currently has 8  operating mosques already in the area. Al Hidaayah Foundation, those behind the planned mosque mysteriously want to buy the car dealership and convert the site. Yet according to the Charities Commission records Al Hidaayah Foundation only had a total income of £1,074 for the entire financial year. With such a tiny income I’d love to know where the money for purchasing the site and its conversion are coming from.

Plans to convert a former car dealership in Keighley into an Islamic education centre have been recommended for approval by Bradford Council.
The Al Hidaayah Foundation wants to buy the Reg Thompson second-hand car dealership in Bridge Street, in the Damside area, which has been on the market for over three years.
The plans, which will be discussed by the Keighley and Shipley Area Planning Panel at Keighley Town Hall on Wednesday, include classrooms, a recreation area, library and cafe.
A report to the meeting says the proposal is for change of use from a second-hand car dealership to a religious education centre, with no alterations to the showroom building.
The charity’s application says: “The existing property requires little alteration to meet our needs, and will complement other community facilities by providing a spiritual, social and civic need of Muslims in the Keighley area.
“We aspire to lead as an exemplar place of learning and worship with the aim of removing the misrepresented image in society.
“It will provide a caring learning environment for pupils offering both basic and elementary Islamic education irrespective of their race, colour, ethnicity or geographical background.”
The Reg Thompson car dealership is looking to relocate, and has assured customers there will not be any noticeable change to its service.

Council officers say eight objections to the plan have been received, including fears about inadequate parking, traffic congestion and the need for another mosque in the area.
But recommending the application for approval, the report says: “The Council is convinced this represents a new, viable use of the site that will sustain its long-term future and provide a new community facility.”

Muslim Rape Jihad: An Open Letter to Joseph Harker of the Guardian

Reblogged From Muslim Rapewave

An Open Letter to Joseph Harker of the Guardian

Dear Joseph,

Recently you wrote an article for the Guardian entitled “It’s time to face up to the problem of sexual abuse in the white community” in which you satirically suggested there was a problem with the indigenous white community in Britain because of the existence of solitary white paedophiles, and that since white paedophilia in Britain was the same as Muslim paedophilia in Britain, it was wrong to draw conclusions about religion or cultural clash when Pakistani rape-gangs target white girls.

You suggested that anyone who thinks the recent spate of Muslim rape-gangs (in Oldham, Rochdale, Rotherham, Keighley, Telford, Oxford and Ipswich to name but a few) may be the result of cultural clash or were ethnically targeted, was being “racist” and pandering to “Islamophobia”.

My question to you, Joseph, is what about when the rapists themselves draw that connection?

  • Muslim Anjum Tahir raped an English woman because, in his own words, he “didn’t understand the English way of doing things”. [Source]
  • Muslims led by Bilal Skaf gang-raped white girls, repeatedly referring to their ethnicity in a derogatory way. [Source]
  • Muslims led by Ashtiaq Asghar murdered a white girl they were having sex with, calling her a “Kuffar (non-Muslim)” and a “Dirty White Bitch Who Opens Her Legs”. [Source]
  • Muslim Adil Rashid had sex with 13 year-old girl and said he didn’t know it was wrong because his Muslim upbringing taught him girls were worthless. [Source]
  • Muslim paedophile Azad Miah called his victims “White Trash” [Source] and said “In My Country Age Doesn’t Matter” [Source]
  • Muslim rapist Abdul Reda Al Shawany raped two women as punishment for reading the Bible, saying “Let Your Jesus Help You”. [Source]
  • Muslim rapists the Khan brothers gang-raped girls and said they did it because they weren’t wearing head-scarves and in their culture women can’t say no. [Source]
  • “Strict Muslim” Sunny Islam raped multiple girls as punishment for being outside. [Source]
  • Muslim Rapist Esmatullah Sharifi said he raped women because of “cultural differences” and he didn’t understand what “consent” was. [Source]
  • Muslim gang led by Shamrez Rashid raped girls as part of their Eid celebrations, and the court was packed with vocal Muslim supporters. [Source]
  • Katie Taylor was groomed by Muslims who “said they couldn’t be seen with her because she was white”. [Source]
  • Nigerian [50% Muslim] paedophile Opemipo Jaji was “obsessed with little white girls”. [Source]
  • Muslim rape-gang in Telford smuggled white girls through the back window of their takeaway because “they couldn’t be seen with white girls”. [Source]
  • Muslim rape-gang leader Shabir Ahmed said in court “It’s not just them who are racist, we are racist too!”. [Source]
  • Girl A in the Rochdale case “was singled out because she was white”. [Source]
  • White Australian girls complain of constant racial-sexual harassment by Lebanese men. [Source]
  • North African rapist in France “was angry at white people” and “wanted to humiliate white people”. [Source]
  • Mufti Shahid Mehdi who said “Women are not entitled to respect when they walk around without a Hijab. They are to blame when they are attacked” rapes a Danish woman, then accuses her of being racist. [Source]
  • Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali says women are asking to be raped by not wearing a hijab. [Source]
  • Muslim immigrants interviewed in Sweden say “It is not as wrong raping a Swedish girl as raping an Arab girl”. [Source]
  • Pakistani who raped white girl told her “this is how it is in my religion”. [Source]
  • “Asian” men in Britain are 5 times more likely to be groomers than white men in Britain. [Source]
  • Black rapist in France asked white women their nationality and religion before raping them. [Source] [Source] [Source]

I invite you to cite ONE case where a gang of indigenous British men gang-raped a Pakistani girl referring to her ethnic background, or ONE case where a non-Muslim rapist tried to justify it with their religion, and I’ll admit you have a point. Until then, I think I’ve blown you out of the water.

Best regards

MP Kris Hopkins Says Answers Needed About “distrust raised by call for sharia law”

Keighley MP Kris Hopkins once again prepared to tackle the taboo like subject of Sharia head on. 1 of the very few to speak his mind on issues about Islam regardless about what the do gooders may think. Just a shame more MPs cant be like him

Kris Hopkins: We need answers to the doubts and distrust raised by call for sharia law

Published on 08/05/2013 10:31

WE have the privilege of living in a free society, in which the rights of the individual are not determined by their gender.

We live in an open, tolerant country, which rightly welcomes people’s different faiths and religious beliefs and is diverse
and benefits socially, economically and culturally from that diversity.

Many individuals have campaigned, fought and given their lives for the freedom and values that make up the United Kingdom.

This is a special place, embracing democracy, free speech and, just as important, a justice system that has evolved over a millennium.

One of the cornerstones of
our justice system is that we
are all equal in the eyes of the
law. Embodied in the law of
our country are the demands for equality, the challenge to
the wrongs that appear in prejudice and discrimination in our lives.

We can be proud – but we should not be complacent – that the vast majority of our judges, magistrates and clerks come from all backgrounds and are of both genders.

When I read that my local council of mosques had issued a press release calling for the Government to recognise
sharia councils – they are
courts in any other country – and ensure that they are better resourced, I was greatly concerned.

Exploring this issue, I find that most of the debate that reaches the public comes from far Right blogs and racist rhetoric. Little thoughtful contribution to understanding or exploring these issues comes to the fore.

There are a couple of notable exceptions: the work of Baroness Cox and the work of the BBC’s Panorama programme, led by the journalist Jane Corbin.

Baroness Cox’s exceptional
work in the House of Lords
seeks to ensure that sharia tribunals and councils operate within the law and should not form a concurrent legal system in the UK. With that aim in mind, I have four questions for the Government.

First, I should like to hear from the Government that we have only one law in this country.

Secondly, I want to hear that sharia councils must comply with UK law. That includes compliance with all equality and anti-discrimination laws and family law.

Thirdly, I should like to understand how the Government will ensure compliance and
what penalties will be applied
to a council or court if it breaks the law.

Fourthly, I should like to know what consideration the Government has given to ensuring that all sharia marriages are legally underpinned by a compulsory civil marriage.

In the recent Panorama programme, it was evident that women were not being treated equally.

In the so-called arbitration process, even a simple issue of cost was clearly discriminatory. Women pay £400 to get a divorce; men pay nothing. Women are encouraged not to report to the police. A woman was given a divorce only after she agreed to hand over her children to the husband. The council or court was only ever made up of men or a man.

I understand that the act of determining child access or contact cannot be undertaken in law by a sharia council or court.

I hope that, if evidence of wrongdoing can be established, those who have broken the law, as shown in the programme, will be pursued.

On seeing the programme’s evidence, the chief crown prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service in the North West said that he was disappointed, but not surprised. If the CPS is not surprised about such findings, why are we, as a Government, allowing such things to happen?

The director of Inspire, an organisation with an impeccable reputation, issued a statement: “Panorama’s programme on
the unregulated and discriminatory practice of some of Britain’s sharia councils has been of long concern to Inspire.

“Secrets of Britain’s Sharia Councils highlighted how some of the services provided by sharia councils, in particular arbitration and mediation services, operate in a way that is at times discriminatory towards women, undermining their human rights which should be protected by British law, especially with regards to child custody and domestic violence cases.”

That is part of a long, detailed release that is a thoughtful contribution to the debate. That paragraph in particular highlights problems that I am concerned about as well.

I want to discuss underpinning religious marriage with civil law marriage. Some men are choosing not to marry through the civil law process, because it makes divorce simpler and does not enable a woman rightly to claim her share of the assets at the time of divorce.

There is also an opportunity for men to marry a second wife, because the first sharia marriage is not recognised in law.

We have to ensure that the rights of women are protected. I therefore concur with Inspire’s call that all sharia marriages be simultaneously registered as civil marriages, thus offering much-needed protection to women.

I believe that, sadly, the word ‘sharia’ has more negative connotations than positive images in our country. Only by exploring why will we begin to address those concerns.

Unlike the far Right, I do not believe that Islam is evil. We should not underestimate the level of distrust and sometimes fear that exists.

It is our responsibility to challenge the wrongdoing and allay those fears

Sharia Courts A Threat To UK Justice System, says Keighley MP Kris Hopkins

You cant fault Keighley MP Kris Hopkins when it comes to standing up and saying his piece regarding Islam. Where many other MPs will stay silent for fear of being branded racist Or even worse as in the case of his neighbouring MP down the road in Bradford, George Galloway who goes out of his way to defend and appease Muslims. Mr Hopkins is kind of man you would be happy to represent you in parliament,  the total opposite of the traitor Galloway. He is 1 of the very few members of parliament who has been a constant vocal opponent of the Muslim grooming gang epidemic happening in the UK. Once again Hopkins has stood up to the intimidating bully that is Islam, writing to Justice Secretary Chris Grayling asking him to block any efforts to incorporate any kind of sharia law into British justice.

Sharia courts a threat to UK justice system, says Keighley MP

6:00pm Sunday 14th April 2013 in Keighley

Sharia courts have been described as “courts of convenience” by Keighley MP Kris Hopkins, who claims they threaten the integrity of the nation’s justice system.

The MP was speaking after the Bradford Council of Mosques revealed it was in talks to start up a local Sharia panel that would offer advice and deal with legal issues within the Muslim community.

It led to Mr Hopkins writing to Justice Secretary Chris Grayling to block any such move.

But the Council of Mosques has accused the Tory MP of misquoting its comments to suit his own purpose and says it has no intention of replacing the national court system.

Bradford Council of Mosques has called for Sharia councils to be better resourced and recognised at Government level.

Council president Mohammed Mushtaq says it is consulting with Imams and Muslim scholars to create a “robust and transparent framework” to make any Sharia council as effective as possible.

In his letter, Mr Hopkins said: “There can only be one set of laws in this country and we must not countenance the concept of different ethnic groups setting up their own court rooms of convenience.

“As the Cabinet Minister with responsibility for our judicial system, I trust you will use your offices to protect its integrity by rejecting any approaches to recognise or give any credence to Sharia courts, which have neither jurisdiction nor legitimacy in this country.”

A statement from the Council of Mosques said: “Mr Hopkins has gone for popular soundbites misquoting our press statement. This could be either that he does not fully understand the issues involved or that he has deliberately chosen to eschew the debate to suit his purpose, whatever that may be.”

Mr Mushtaq added: “Mr Hopkins’ intervention is misguided and unhelpful. He has attempted to mislead people by misquoting our statement.

“We do not talk about ‘Sharia Courts’. ‘Courts’ have a very specific role in the British legal system. No one is talking about establishing a parallel competing court structure.

“Council for Mosques’ statement talks about Sharia councils which, as advisory bodies, give information and guidance to individuals on religious matters.”

A spokesman for the Department for Justice said Sharia courts did not supersede regular courts and there were no plans for this to happen anywhere in the country. Source
