Soldier Killed At Ottawa’s War Memorial, Killer Named As Michael Abdul Zehaf Bibeau

Sickening reports from Canada about a soldier being shot dead at Ottawa’s war memorial. It comes just two days after two Canadian soldiers were run over, one of them killed, in Quebec by a Muslim convert with jihadist sympathies. That suspect, 25-year-old Martin Couture Rouleau, was shot by police, and later died.

Today’s tragedy bears all to familiar similarities to the killing of Drummer Lee Rigby with the victim targeted because he was a soldier. Unconfirmed reports say the killer was  Michael Abdul Zehaf Bibeau, born in Canada in 1982. One source says he sometime dropped the name Michael and went by Abdul Zehaf Bibeau. No surprises that it is a very Muslim type of name…….but surely he can’t be Muslim because  Islam is the ‘religion of peace’ isn’t it????

Ottawa shooting kills Canadian soldier at War Memorial

National Post

A soldier was fatally shot at the National War Memorial Wednesday morning before a single, masked suspect was shot dead in Parliament. In the midst of the chaotic situation, authorities said they were seeking multiple shooters, but while police continued their search into the afternoon, they declined to say whether they believe the gunman acted alone.

“One shooting victim succumbed to injuries. He was a member of the Canadian Forces. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his loved ones,” Ottawa police said in a statement.

The soldier has been identified by the National Post as Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, 24, a reservist based out of Hamilton, Ontario.

FacebookNathan Cirillo was killed by an unidentified gunman at the National War Memorial on Wednesday.

“Today a member of Hamilton’s own Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders was killed while performing the duties of a sentry at the National War Memorial,” Hamilton Mayor Bob Bratina said in a statement.

Two others were injured in the attack, one of them a security guard at Parliament’s Centre Block. Both are in stable condition.

One male gunman has also been confirmed dead.

Sources told The Canadian Press that Kevin Vickers, the sergeant-at-arms for the House of Commons and 29-year RCMP veteran, shot the gunman within Parliament.

A gunman opened fire at the National War Memorial, wounding a soldier, then moved to nearby Parliament Hill and wounded a security guard before he was shot, reportedly by Parliament’s sergeant-at-arms.

CBS News said the gunman has been identified as Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, a Canadian born in 1982, citing unnamed U.S. government sources.

The RCMP and Ottawa police have not made a statement on the gunman’s identity.

“This is an ongoing joint police operation and there is no one in custody at this time,” is how Ottawa police and the RCMP described their joint investigation.

At an afternoon press conference, police said they could not yet confirm if the gunman who shot the soldier is the same as the one who was killed in Parliament.

Gilles Michaud, RCMP assistant commissioner, called it a “dynamic, unfolding situation.”

Police have been tight-lipped with information, leaving politicians to be the first to break news Wednesday.

“Gunman at Parliament’s Centre Block has been shot and killed,” Conservative MP Bernard Trottier tweeted at 10:30 a.m. Tory MP Bob Zimmer also reported the same.

Police expanded their perimeter throughout Wednesday afternoon and have confirmed there were shootings in two areas, the National War Memorial and in Parliament. Police said there was no shooting at the Rideau Centre, as was reported earlier during the chaotic situation.

Around 1:40 p.m., a security alert warned that all buildings in the Parliamentary precinct were still on lockdown.

“This means stay in your office, with the doors locked and away from the windows. If your door does not lock, find a way to barricade the door, if possible,” read the alert, circulated by email. “Do not open the door under any circumstances. Security Services has the required keys.”

Police asked citizens to not tweet the locations of the officers involved as the RCMP describes the situation as “ongoing.”

Ottawa Civic hospital received two new patients at about noon, one with gunshot wounds and the other with unknown injuries. Both were reported to be in stable condition.

The hospital would not comment on the condition of the soldier.

British Muslim Extremist Killed Fighting Jihad In Syria

Muslim extremist Abu Layth al-Khorasani is one less potential home grown terrorist we now have to worry about ever returning to the UK to use his new found jihad skills here. He left Britain to join other blood thirsty Islamists in the Syrian jihad. The British jihad leader was shot dead by those he had hoped to kill. If you live by the gun you die by the gun, that’s karma. Khorasani can now enjoy his 72 virgins in paradise promised by Allah to those martyrs killed fighting for Islam.

A British Muslim who went to Syria to fight with a notorious gang of jihadists has been shot dead.

Abu Layth al-Khorasani is thought to have been leading a British battalion of the ISIS, or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.

He is believed to have taken on his name after arriving in Afghanistan but originally came from a town in the Midlands.

His killing was revealed by a British comrade known as Abu Hafs, who said he fought in the same battle.

He said: “May Allah accept our brother @khorasani_ MashaAllah Beautiful brother that left this dunya Insha Allah hes now a Bird in jannah ALLAHO AKBAR.”

Islamist scholars believe jihadists live in the afterlife as birds.

Asked about how he died, Hafs added: “i dont really know when cuz we attacked from different sides.”

There are thought to be 600 Brits fighting in Syria.

Brothers Akram and Mohamed Sebah, of Holloway, North London, also died while fighting there last month.

ISIS has been blamed for extreme violence against other Islamist groups, Kurds and President Bashar al-Assad’s brutal regime.

MI5 is concerned about radicalised Muslim jihadists coming home to Britain trained by ISIS in weapons and bomb-making.

National security expert Margaret Gilmore said: “It is one of the biggest threats to national security this decade.”

Al-Khorasani posted his last tweet near the northern town of Al-Raii on Thursday.

Heavy fighting there between rival Islamist groups was reported there on Sunday.

Darul Ihsaan Centre aka Jimmy’s Gym In Birmingham Is Terrorist Recruitment Hotspot

Its been reported that there is concern Darul Ihsaan centre in Birmingham, known locally as “Jimmy’s gym over radicalising influence on the Muslim’s who train there. This is after it emerged 2 different Muslim terrorist groups who were at advanced stages of planning an attack on innocent Brits used the Muslim only gym. 2 of the Islamic jihadists even worked at the gym. The Islamic chanting, beards only policy and the black flags of jihad on the gym walls should set alarm bells ringing on their own as to the gyms nature and the possibility of more sinister goings on that just pumping iron.

Apparently police sources say they are working with its management to reduce the risk of radicalization there. It would be an better idea if they closed the place down

The Daily Telegraphs sub heading below says the gym is used as a “recruiting ground for extremists”. Surely that is a bit of an understatement and should say “recruiting ground for terrorists at gym used by extremists”  If simply speaking out against Islam and peacefully protesting gets you branded an extremist. These men were 100% terrorists

Fresh concerns over radicalising influence of gym used by Islamic terror group

A Birmingham gym fuelled fresh concerns it is being used as a recruiting ground for extremists after being associated with a second terror gang.

The Darul Ihsaan centre, known locally as “Jimmy’s gym”, was used by members of the Jihadist group that planned to attack the English Defence League.

Two of the gang, Mohammed Saud and Anzal Hussain, also worked there, and the six met in the building the night before the planned attack.

The same gym was used by at least four members of a separate terror cell which planned to attack the UK with eight suicide bombers.

Earlier this year those four admitted travelling to Pakistan for terror training and will be sentenced at a later date.

While the gym is not directly linked to either plot, police sources say they are working with its management to reduce the risk of radicalization there.

Fundamentalists seek out the gym because they play Islamic chanting rather than music, ban women and offer halal body-building supplements.

The Darul Ihsaan gym’s website, which does not even carry its address, says: “This centre was much needed in our local community, due to the disgraced state of the youth.

“They are losing their Islamic identity and moral foundations which is central to the teachings of Islam.

“It is our duty as Muslims to try to guide and support them and others from all walks of life back to the deen (way of life) of Islam.”

In its mission statement, it adds: “By the Grace of Allah we aim to provide a centre free of fitnah (trials and tests) which may enable the youth to come back to the correct way of behaviour and conduct, embodying that of a true Muslim.

“Through providing a very intimate one to one mentoring approach we hope that will (inshaa Allah) achieve our goal.

“We offer to educate the youth and let them know how far they have strayed away from Islam i.e. inappropriate attitude, swearing, wearing of earrings and chains, non-Islamic hair styles and dresscode.

“We encourage attendees to adopt the important, forgotten and ignored pillars of Islam especially the salah (prayer).”

However, a posting on an extremist website in 2011 claimed the gym was “full of wanabee mujahideen [holy warriors]” who committed “credit card and insurance fraud and other despicable acts.”

The gym, then known as Chic Physique and located on Foremans Road, was the site of the shooting of Azmat Yaqub in 2004, in a row over another man’s love affair at the Birmingham Central Mosque.

It has since moved to a two-storey warehouse off Baker Street, with a boxing and martial arts area on the ground floor and weights room and prayer area on the first floor.

Inside, the walls carry an inscription in Arabic and songs called Nasheeds were playing on the PA system.

Time For The UK To Wake Up And Smell The Coffee To The ‘Real Extremists’ As Another 11 British Muslim Terrorists Jailed

Over the last couple of months i have noticed an ever increasing amount of  biased articles in both the mainstream media and online attacking those who speak out and expose the true nature of Islam. The English Defence League have been the target of many of these reports, continently being falsely branded as EXTREMISTS ,although others such as Casuals United and even March For England have suffered the same. Like a genital wart outbreak in a brothel spreading like wildfire. Clueless leftists are crawling out from under the rocks they’ve bin hiding  chatting bullsh*t demonizing anyone who is remotely patriotic or criticizing Islam. From the usual communist groups such as Searchlight, Hope not hate and the SWP’s street thug front group UAF.  To the Islamists Tell Mama and various other Muslim apologist websites. Leftist media outlets like the Guardian and all the Mirror owned local newspapers. Self-appointed experts like Matthew Goodwin and the 1001 Muslim appeasing think tanks.Their all going on with themselves trying to kid the public about the supposed threat posed bv ‘right wing’ extremists. Often making links to  mass murderer Anders Brevick as though the EDL and every other group or individuals with anti Islam views are plotting similar atrocities on British soil.  Concerned citizens about the negative effects of Islam  YES, extremists NO

The people of Britain seriously need to open their eyes to the whats going on around them. Stop listening to the scaremongering by the far left like those mentioned above. They all have their own agenda for silencing Islams critics  and keeping Islamophobia in the spotlight. It keeps them in well paid jobs, it keeps their funding coming in and justifies their very existence. It sells their books and newspapers. This is why they steer clear of  talking about the real extremists who pose a very real threat to the people of Britain. Extremists from ‘the religion of peace’. Muslim extremists who live in the UK yet given half the chance they would be happy to see you, your family and everybody you know that is non Muslim blown to a million pieces by a bomb in the name of  Allah.

Until the EDL and other patriots start going to terror training camps or plotting to blow up scores of innocent Muslims. Lets drop the extremist label and start concentrating on the real extremists, the Muslim kind who pose a very real threat to British people’s safety. Lets be honest outside of the uncivilized Muslim world. Britain is the epicentre for Islamic terrorism. What is worse is that most of the Islamic wannabe jihadists are classed as British despite hating everything about Britain, its people and all it stands for. If it wasnt for the fine work that our counter terrorism police and mi5 have been doing the Uk would have been victim to numerous terrorist attacks by ‘British Muslims’.

This last month alone has seen several Muslim terror cells appearing in court which is very disturbing and makes you wonder how many other Muslims living in the UK there is that have yet to be captured. Yesterday saw 3 Muslims including white convert Richard Dart jailed for terrorism. Just over a week ago saw 4 Muslims from Luton found guilty and sent to prison for plotting terrorist attacks. At the start of the month the trial of 4 Muslims who planned on blowing up an EDL demo in Yorkshire began. Then today 11 hate filled Islamofascists from Birmingham were sentenced to between 18 years and 40 months

Eleven men have been jailed at Woolwich Crown Court, ending one of the largest ever counter-terrorism operations in the UK.

The investigation in Birmingham, known as Operation Pitsford, uncovered a cell of would-be suicide bombers who were trying to recruit others to their cause.

Irfan Naseer (left) and Irfan Khalid recruited other men to be part of their plot

Irfan Naseer and his co-defendant Irfan Khalid had received training from al-Qaeda contacts in Pakistan. They had recorded martyrdom videos there before returning to the UK.

Although the court heard that Khalid was committed to the cause, it was Naseer who was the man with the skills and he was secretly recorded explaining to others about how to make a bomb. In one recording, he talked about making eight bombs. In others he indicated he planned to be a suicide bomber.

The pair recruited other men to pose as legitimate charity workers on the streets of Birmingham and they collected thousands of pounds from unsuspecting members of the public.

Naseer played the key role in sending four other Birmingham men to Pakistan to receive training.

Irfan Khalid told one member of the inner circle about how he had recorded his martyrdom video in Pakistan, in which he said he boasted that his attack was “another 9/11” and “revenge for everything”. Naseer was sentenced to life with a minimum of 18 years after being found guilty of five counts of preparing acts of terrorism. Khalid was found guilty of four such counts and given 18 years, with a further five on licence.

Ashik AliAshik Ali provided a safe house as plans developed

The third key member of the conspiracy was Ashik Ali. He had not been to Pakistan but provided a safe house as the plans developed. The trial heard that he was helping to plan the early stages of the bombing campaign and he had been involved in fraudulent fundraising by posing as a charity worker. He had also helped to recruit others to the cause.

In his police interview he said that his plan would have been to wear a suicide bomb vest, have a gun and shoot people. He was sentenced to 15 years, with five on licence, after being found guilty of three counts of preparing for acts of terrorism.

Ahmed was heavily involved in the group’s plans to con local people in Birmingham to hand over cash by posing as charity collectors for a legitimate Muslim charity. He drove a car that was at the centre of the investigation after it was successfully bugged by MI5.

Ahmed convinced Irfan Naseer and Irfan Khalid that he could take the thousands being raised in charity donations and make more money by speculating on the currency markets. He lost £9,000 – and then lost the trust of the others. He was the first of the men to plead guilty, and was given a 12-year sentence, with a further five on licence.

Hussain was a potential recruit and he pleaded guilty to helping with the bogus charity work. He was seen collecting money on the streets of Birmingham and helping to bank it.

However, his precise role beyond helping to collect cash remains unclear. In one bugged conversation, the leading members of the group expressed doubts about Hussain’s resolve to commit acts of terrorism, even though he knew why they were collecting money. They said he had not performed a special period of prayer and reflection that they hoped would lead the potential recruit to sign up to all of the cause. He was sentenced to four years.

Ishaaq Hussain, Shahid Khan, Mujahid Hussain (top row, left to right), Naweed Ali, Khobaib Hussain and Rahin Ahmed (bottom row, left to right) were also jailed

Ashik Ali tried to recruit his older brother, Bahader, to the cause. Although he helped with the bogus charity work he apparently had not signed up to the idea of a bomb plot. However, on one critical night in the conspiracy, as the police and MI5 were closing in, Bahader Ali was present at an important conversation with the ringleaders in which he was trying to find out more about the jihadist training they had received abroad. He also pleaded guilty to encouraging others to prepare acts of terrorism and was sentenced to six years.

Bahader Ali,19, (left) and Mohammed Rizwan, 34
Bahader Ali (left) and Mohammed Rizwan were sentenced to four and six years respectively

Another man who pleaded guilty. He was also present during a critical meeting in which he learnt more about the ideas and experiences of the leading members of the group. Rizwan was planning to go to Pakistan with his wife, and Woolwich Crown Court heard that he wanted to look into receiving training in a jihadist camp. Although he may have been identified as a recruit for a bombing campaign, he had not reached the point where he was at the centre of the cell, because the leaders were not even clear whether they wanted or needed him. In mitigation, his barrister told the court that he had resisted being recruited. He was sentenced to four years.

Irfan Naseer organised for these four young men to leave Birmingham and attend a militant jihadist camp in Pakistan, deep in the mountains four hours from Islamabad.

But immediately on their arrival at the camp in August 2011, they began to have second thoughts. By the time they had managed to get together – they had arrived in two pairs – they had decided to try to leave. They spent a night making urgent phone calls, with limited mobile phone battery life, back to their families in the UK. They had lied about their plans. Ishaaq Hussain had told his family he was taking part in a period of traditional prayer in a mosque in southern England. The families immediately organised their return to the UK, with the help of relatives in Pakistan. The families were furious about what had happened and went looking in Birmingham for the people who had played a part in persuading their sons to go to the camp. All four were sentenced to 40 months.

Islamberg, USA . The Muslim Only Town Where Residents Learn Guerilla Warfare Tactics

jihad training for muslims living in islamberg

Islamberg, located in rural upstate New York, is a 70 acre  underground-bunkered paramilitary Islamic compound. Here within the compound lives a Muslim only community. The majority of these are black  american born males, hardened criminals who converted to radical Islam whilst serving time in state prison. It is also the headquarters of Muslims of the Americas, the International Quranic Open University  and the United Muslim Christian Forum. Islamberg is the best known among 35 such compounds, ranging in size from 25 to 300 acres, that already dot 22 states across America. Evidence suggests these Islamic compounds and the convicted criminals who live their are participating in jihad training and using crime to raise funds

many of the muslims living their are convicts who converted to islam in new york state prisons such as rikers island, Attica Correctional Facility or sing sing

Islamberg and the other ‘Muslim only towns’ and these organizations are led by a radical cleric in Pakistan named Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani. He is the leader of Pakistani terrorist organization Jamaat al Fuqra . Muslim shoe bomber Richard Ried allegedly was heavily influenced by the group and its leader Gilani.

Jamaat al Fuqra is the Pakistani Islamic group responsible for a string of murders, bombings and other terrorist acts across the world, including in the USA. Its chapter in America calls itself, “Muslims of America” (MOA), and actively recruits at mosques and prisons, where African-American inmates are especially targeted.

And Syed Mubarak Ali Shah Gilani is the man whose Al Qaeda links Daniel Berg, the Wall Street Journal reporter, was investigating and on his way to interview in Pakistan as arranged in 2002 when he was betrayed and eventually beheaded. Pakistani police arrested Syed Mubarak Ali Shah Gilani after Berg’s murder.

Islamberg has a makeshift mosque, a shack that is modestly named, “International Quranic Open University.” and occasionally holds public relations events to project a non-threatening image to the non-Muslims outside.

Away from their eyes, however, Islamberg, which is located near the reservoir that supplies most of New York City’s drinking water, and the other MOA compounds in America train recruits in firearms usage, bomb making and guerilla warfare , as Syed Mubarak Ali Shah Gilani declared in a recruiting video that was not intended for non-Muslim audiences:

“We give [our recruits] specialized training in guerilla warfare. We are at present establishing training camps. You can easily reach us at Open Quranic offices in upstate New York or in Canada or in South Carolina or in Pakistan.” – Syed Mubarak Ali Shah Gilani

In 2001, ATF Special Agent Thomas P. Gallagher testified in court that “Individuals from the organization [Muslims of the Americas] are trained in Hancock, N.Y., and if they pass the training in Hancock, N.Y., are then sent to Pakistan for training in paramilitary and survivalist training by Mr. Gilani.”

In 2009, Clarion Project National Security Analyst Ryan Mauro obtained a Muslims of the Americas tape showing women at Islamberg receiving guerilla warfare training while dressed in military fatigue. The trainees were seen marching in formation, practicing hand-to-hand combat, learning to use knives and swords and firing guns into a lake. Only the first two digits in the on-screen date could be seen, indicating it was made in 2000 or afterwards

In 2012, a former high-level Muslims of the Americas member that lived at Islamberg for two years described widespread abuse, forced marriages and brainwashing at the commune. He said that almost all of the children are privately schooled and are illiterate. He said that he saw a 50-year old woman tied to a tree and beaten for violating the strict moral code.

US imam calls on Muslims in US to wage jihad

In Britain we have The East London Mosque where Islamic hate clerics spew their extremist views to radical followers. The Mosque is well known for being a breeding ground for Muslim extremists and wannabe jihadists and its links with dubious Muslim individuals and Islamist front groups.

In the USA they have their own equivalent of the ELM in Arlington, Virginia.

US imam calls on Muslims in US to wage jihad

The controversial imam of a prominent mosque in Arlington, Va., has urged immigrant Muslims in the United States to wage war for Islam.

“The enemies of Allah are lining up. The question for us is, are we lining [up] or are we afraid because they may call us terrorists?” Shaker Elsayed told a crowd of Ethiopian Muslims during a lecture at T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Va.

“Let me give you the good news: they are already calling us terrorists anyway. Whether you sitting at home, watching TV, drinking coffee, sleeping or playing with your kids, you are a terrorist because you are a Muslim.”

“Well, give them a run for their money. Make it worth it. Make this title worth it, and be a good Muslim,” said the Cairo-born Muslim.

“Muslim men when it is a price to pay, they are first in line. … They are the first in the community-service line. They are the first in jihad line,” he declared to applause.

At the end of the imam’s incendiary speech, a representative of the Ethiopian group walked to the podium and declared the speech was not calling for jihad.

“Just a disclaimer,” the emcee said. “Imam Shakir, he’s not advocating for armed struggle in Ethiopia. He’s just simply giving us a lesson. We’ll just continue with our non-violent struggle until these guys who are in prison [in Ethiopia] who did not bow down for this repressive government … are free.”

Imam Johari Abdul-Malik, the press secretary for the imam’s Dar al-Hijrah mosque, did not respond to messages from The Daily Caller.

“If Dar al-Hijrah were like most American religious institutions it would fire Elsayed, but it’s not like most religious institutions,” John Rossomando, a researcher at the Investigative Project on Terrorism.

“The mosque operates as a front for Hamas … [and] has the distinction of being connected with more terror plots than just about any other mosque in America,” he said in a statement to TheDC.

Ethiopia is a majority-Christian country and has defended itself from encroaching Muslims armies for more than 1,000 years. Currently, Muslims in Ethiopia’s Ogaden region complain that the central government has not given them autonomy.

“Ethiopian muslims are protesting against perceived government interference in their activities … [and] observers fear the latest move by the government would spark protests by muslims in the Horn of Africa country,” said a website run by Badr Ethiopia, an Ethiopian Muslim group.

The group cites the controversial Council on American Islamic Relations as an affiliate.

Elsayed’s comments add to his history of controversial statements that match orthodox Islam, but which clash with American culture.

In 1990, for example, The New York Times quoted him saying that the murder of a radical Jewish nationalist in New York was legal under Muslim law.

The murder of rabbi Meir Kahane “was not a violation, in the sense that Kahane adopted a position against all Arabs and Muslims,” said Elsayed, according to the Times.

According to numerous Islamic leaders, Islamic law endorses the use of war to expand the rule of Islam. The law, dubbed Shariah, also endorses the killing of Islam’s critics, including poets Christian preachers, and it allows only grudging recognition of non-Islamic governments.

For orthodox Muslims, civilian law is subordinate to Islamic requirements.

That provision has been implemented, at least in part, in Egypt’s new 2012 constitution. The constitution was mostly written by legislators in the political party created by the international Muslim Brotherhood organization.

Cairo-born Elsayed is a citizen of the United States. The mosque’s name, al-Hijrah, refers to the Islamic strategy of using migrants to gradually expand Islam into new territories.

Before and after the Sept. 11 atrocity, the mosque employed Anwar al-Awlaki as an imam.

Awlaki was a U.S. citizen, born to immigrant parents in New Mexico. He fled the country in 2004 but was successfully killed in a 2011 drone-attack. While overseas, he was tied to several jihadi attacks, including the November 2009 murder of 13 Americans at Fort Hood by a Muslim soldier in the United States Army.

The Arlington mosque is also closely linked to Brotherhood-founded organizations in the United States, including the Muslim American Society.

The federal government has investigated numerous Muslim groups in the United States, and has jailed or deported many Muslims who aided jihadis.

But Rossomando and other critics say the government has done too little to stop the Brotherhood from building a network of mosques, schools and advocacy groups in the United States.

The government has also done too little to shield immigrant Muslims from the brotherhood, and to integrate into U.S. society and culture, critics say.

“The Obama administration has willingly turned a blind eye to the extremist statements by the leadership of the nation’s top Islamist groups,” he said.

Muslim Community Knew About Jihadist’s Plans But Kept Silent Instead Of Reporting To Police

A group of wannabe jihadists from Birmingham have been found guilty of plotting a terror attack  bigger than 7/7 on innocent people in Britain .  If they had brains they would be very dangerous. Thankfully they didnt have one brain between them and catalogue of  errors prevented them getting that far and saw them arrested instead. Their cock ups and stupidity almost read like the script of a comedy movie. Except it’s not at all  funny despite their stupidity, its disturbing . Make no mistake about it, these Muslims were deadly serious about carrying out their attack plans and committing inhumane atrocities. The barbaric murder of hundreds if not thousands of innocent people on British soil.

The Islamic radicals were born and bred in Britain not newly arrived immigrants from Afghanistan or Iraq who could try to justify their planned attack by saying British forces had wiped out their families back home or something along them lines. They have no excuses to even contemplate mass murder of British people let alone try to put plans into action. The only cause is the teachings of ISLAM !!

British Muslims are no different to Muslims in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi or anywhere else. Just because they were born in Britain they don’t see themselves as British. Not even as British Muslims, just Muslim. They despise everything about us non-Muslims and our infidel lands. So much so that they want to see British men, women and children slaughtered.

The police are saying despite at least 4 Muslim families had stopped a family member going to Pakistan with these men upon finding out they was going there for jihad training at terror camps.Lets face it if it got back to 4 Muslim families about their plans it must have been pretty much common knowledge amongst Birmingham’s Muslim community. Yet still not 1 single person from the Muslim community had tipped off police about it. But why would they because to them its Muslims versus the World. Those that didn’t tip-off the police are your so-called ‘moderate Muslims’ that we keep getting told about by leftists saying not all Muslims are extremists or terrorists. No maybe they are not participating in it themselves. But their doing nothing what so ever to stop it. By failing to report it their effectively aiding and abetting those terrorists. Like the Muslim grooming gangs that were common knowledge in the Muslim communities. They would rather bury their heads in the sand than report fellow Muslims for wrong doing.

Three young British Muslims plotted attack ‘bigger than 7/7’ in Al Qaeda-backed atrocity in shopping centres and stations with team of eight suicide bombers after terror training in Pakistan

  • Irfan Naseer, 31, Irfan Khalid, 27, and Ashik Ali, 27, wanted ‘to rival 9/11’
  • Ringleaders spent years travelling to Pakistan for ‘terror training’
  • Al-Qaeda backed group made videos to play after they blew themselves up
  • Terror cell raised funds by posing as bogus charity workers in street
  • Plotted ‘spectacular campaign’ from makeshift bomb factory in council flat
  • Eight suicide bombers would have claimed more lives than 7/7, police say
  • But deadly plan was discovered after bugs were planted in Birmingham flat
  • Police then found explosives in Midlands when plot was at advanced stage

PUBLISHED: 13:06, 21 February 2013 | UPDATED: 17:22, 21 February 2013

Three British Muslims have been found guilty of planning a terrorist attack to rival the 7/7 Tube bombings by packing eight rucksacks with explosives to cause mass casualties in the UK.

Irfan Naseer, 31, Irfan Khalid, 27, and Ashik Ali, 27, all from Birmingham, were today convicted of plotting the ‘spectacular campaign’ designed to claim as many lives as the 2005 London Underground bombs that killed 52 innocent people.

Inspired by hate preacher Anwar al-Awlaki’s online sermons, the trio led an al-Qaeda backed plot to set off bombs and other deadly weapons in crowded shopping centres and railway stations across Britain.

But the three, who called themselves the Four Lions after the black comedy film, only failed because of their own bungling.

The group had set up a sophisticated fraud by pretending to be Muslim Aid charity street collectors, duping legitimate supporters and at least one mosque into giving them thousands of pounds.

However, they then lost £9,000 by making catastrophic investments, tried to secure huge loans to compensate and then failed to destroy evidence of their plotting that police then found in their Midlands safe house.

Judge Justice Henriques said: ‘You were seeking to recruit a team of suicide bombers to carry out a spectacular bombing campaign, one which would create an anniversary along the lines of 7/7 or 9/11’.

The bomb plotters had the means, the will and the know-how to carry out mass murder in the biggest terror attack on the British mainland ‘in a generation’, detectives said.

Six other men have already admitted or been found guilty of being part of the terror cell, it can also be revealed today.

The friends had been going to Pakistan to train how to make bombs and use weapons since March 2009.

By 2011 they were being watched by MI5 and police, who had bugged their car and headquarters.

The investigation, known as Operation Examine/Pitsford, grew to be the 450-strong counter-terror unit’s largest ever, resulting in 12 arrests and smashing one of the most serious terror bomb plots of recent years.

In one chilling warning, Naseer was covertly recorded saying of the UK: ‘The only thing you will achieve is suicide bombers on your streets, spilling so much blood you’ll have nightmares for the rest of your life.’

Khalid even boasted that the attack was ‘another 9/11’ as ‘revenge for everything’.

As well as planning a series of suicide bombing, the cell was also heard talking about the possibility of mixing poison into creams such as Vaseline or Nivea and smearing them on car handles to cause mass deaths. The trio even pondered welding blades to a truck and driving it into people.

The three principal drivers behind the plot were men who initially sounded an unlikely trio to carry out such an atrocity.

Irfan Naseer, 31, was an overweight, unemployed pharmacy graduate – with the nicknames Chubbs and Big Irfan – who according to his own mother was ‘a mummy’s boy’.

The father of Irfan Khalid, 27, said a medical condition would have made it unlikely he could have taken any practical part in carrying out the attack, while Ashik Ali, 29, was registered partially sighted.

There were calamitous moments as they worked on their murderous plot.

They tried to raise money through bogus charity collections but ended up losing thousands playing foreign currency markets and had to apply for loans.

And a note setting out the requirements for their homemade explosives was supposed to have been burned in a pan, but the process produced so much smoke it was never properly destroyed.

Senior investigating officer Detective Inspector Adam Gough said the men were ‘the real deal’ and, if successful in detonating their devices, would have perpetrated ‘another 9/11 or another 7/7 in the UK’.

It was Naseer’s training in chemistry – and later training at a Pakistani terror camp – which gave him the know-how to draw up a blueprint of a viable improvised explosive device.

No precise targets were discussed by the three men but Mr Gough said the attack would have involved ‘eight exploding rucksacks in crowded places’, while Ali hinted in a police interview that ‘soldiers’ might have been the target – while later claiming he made this up.

It is also unclear when the attack was planned, although the group made references to ‘five months, a year, and two years’, Mr Gough said.

While driving the men were heard comparing themselves to Formula One drivers.

Prosecutor Brian Altman said: ‘They pretended they were going really fast taking over cars, saying there were no cars in front or behind them.

‘They had just taken over Jenson Button and Nigel Mansell where is he?

‘Then Khalid says: ‘It’s the four suicide bombers driving around ready to take on England. Oh my God take them out.’

Mixing in street slang with jihadi rhetoric, they justify their plot by saying Westerners deserve to be ‘terrorised’.

Naseer says: ‘They wanna have sex like donkeys on the street, they wanna club, act like animals and why shouldn’t we terrorise them, tell me that?

‘You think about it, if someone came in your house, yeah, and started dancing and throughout the night and started basically having orgies and smoking drugs and stuff…you would terrorise them, innit.’

Naseer later anticipates killing 2,000 people in nailbomb attacks, outlining his plan as: ‘Boom, boom, boom everywhere…kill.’

Police believe it was the most significant terror plot to be uncovered since the 2006 conspiracy to blow up transatlantic airliners using bombs disguised as soft drinks.

Naseer was today found guilty of five counts of engaging in conduct in preparation of terrorist acts, Khalid four, and Ali three, all between Christmas Day 2010 and September 19 2011.

For Naseer, from Sparkhill, Khalid, from Sparkbrook, and Ali, from Balsall Heath, this included planning a bombing campaign, collecting money for terrorism and recruiting others for terrorism.

Naseer and Khalid also travelled to Pakistan for training, and Naseer helped others travel to the country for the same purpose.

Prosecutor Brian Altman QC told the jury: ‘The police successfully disrupted a plan to commit an act or acts of terrorism on a scale potentially greater than the London bombings in July 2005, had it been allowed to run its course.

‘The defendants were proposing to detonate up to eight rucksack bombs in a suicide attack and/or to detonate bombs on timers in crowded areas in order to cause mass deaths and casualties.’

Naseer and Khalid both travelled to terrorist training camps in Pakistan between 2009 and 2011 to learn about bomb-making, poisons and firearms.

They raised £12,000 for themselves in this way, but were forced to apply for tens of thousands of pounds in loans after losing more than £9,000 of the money playing foreign currency markets.

In a reference to the black comedy film, Ali also told his estranged wife Salma Kabal: ‘Oh, you think this is a flipping Four Lions. We’re one man short.’

Mr Justice Henriques told the trio that they will all face life in prison when they are sentenced in April or May.

Speaking to Naseer, he said he had been convicted on ‘overwhelming evidence’ and that he will face ‘a very long minimum term’.

The judge said: ‘You are a highly skilled bomb maker and explosives expert. Your mindset was similarly manifest.

‘You sought to persuade others that a terror plot here in this country was by far preferable to fighting jihad abroad.

Anwar al-Awlaki

The three men convicted today were obsessed and influenced by the hate-preaching of one man.

US-born terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki (pictured) was one of al-Qaeda’s top generals, encouraging attacks on the West and also recruiting young Muslims to carry them out.

Awlaki, who was born in New Mexico, had become the lead figure for al-Qaeda and the offshoot al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula in the years after Osama bin Laden went into hiding.

The CIA went on to assassinate al-Awlaki in a drone attack because he was known to have preached to the 9/11 hijackers and even booked their aeroplane tickets.

His videos were found across Britain in terrorist homes and in an extreme bookshop used by the 7/7 attackers.

Before his death, he was believed to be responsible for persuading Nigerian terrorist Omar Farouk Abdulmuttalab to conceal explosives in his underwear which he tried to use to blow up a Detroit-bound plane on December 25, 2009.

He also played a role in the 2009 Fort Hood massacre and the failed plot by Faisal Shahzad to detonate an SUV filled with explosives on May 1, 2010.

‘They put up black curtains at the house, and they made reference to their concerns they might be under surveillance.

‘We could hear them – and we heard them discussing the ‘martyr’ (July 7 bomber) Mohammed Sidique Khan, and they discussed how much chemicals they would need.

‘Naseer referred to “seven or eight in different places – boom, boom, boom”.’

By September 16 2011, the three men were ‘experimenting with chemicals and home-made explosive’, said Mr Gough, and the police acted.

There was a fear that they might try to test a device, putting members of the public at risk.

Late on the night of September 18, officers swooped on the men’s car when it drove along a suburban street as they were heading out to get takeaway food.

All three were arrested, and in the next two hours 14 warrants were carried out on addresses across Birmingham.

Among the addresses raided was the group’s safe house, where further evidence of the men’s attempts to make a bomb was recovered, including a sports injury cool pack which Naseer had mistakenly believed would contain ammonium nitrate – a key bomb-making ingredient.

A partially-burned note written by Naseer detailing how to make what an expert witness said during the trial would have made a viable bomb was also recovered.

Mr Gough said: ‘Naseer had told Ali to burn the note but it wasn’t done properly, and Naseer later admitted he had written it.’

The note detailed the chemicals, the amounts and mixtures of how to make explosives, although they never got as far as creating a bomb and carrying out their threats.

In one chilling warning, Naseer was covertly recorded saying of the UK: ‘The only thing you will achieve is suicide bombers on your streets, spilling so much blood you’ll have nightmares for the rest of your life.’

The men had been under MI5 surveillance, and the bugged recordings painted a picture of incompetence as they plotted their attacks.

The plot hit a snag when, Rahin Ahmed, the cell’s chief fundraiser, who admitted the charges, lost more than £9,000 of the group’s cash they raised in a bad investments on the money market.

His fellow jihadists ordered him to sell his Honda Civic to make up the loss.

Rather than sell his car, he turned to payday loan firm Yes Loans to make up the missing cash, but was left empty-handed when the firm ruled he did not meet their criteria.

They then suggested setting up stalls around the country selling cakes and perfume and do door-to-door collections to raise cash.

They also applied for bank loans worth £33,000 from two different branches of Barclay’s on the same day but were again unsuccessful.

The charity whose name was misused by three men to raise money for terrorism insisted today that it has improved the security of its street collections.

Irfan Naseer, 31, Irfan Khalid, 27, and Ashik Ali, 27, all from Birmingham, were part of a group which collected £13,500 that was supposed to be for Muslim Aid.

However only around £1,500 of the cash actually went to the charity, while the rest was intended for the group to fund terrorist atrocities.

Today Muslim Aid said: ‘We welcome the conviction and sentencing of the individuals who were not Muslim Aid volunteers but used our name and property to collect funds illegally for their intended criminal activity.

‘We would like to reassure the public that we have taken steps to improve the security of our street collections and branded property. We encourage our donors to check the credentials of collectors when they are approached for donations.’

The charity uses funds to support anti-poverty projects around the world, including supporting elderly people and the homeless in the UK.

On another occasion they decided to make a bomb out of a cold pack used for sports injuries, believing it contained ammonium nitrate.

They rowed over who should buy the pack – with Naseer, nicknamed Chubbs, refusing as he was too fat to be a believable athlete.

Ali went in his place but in the end there was no ammonium nitrate in the pack they brought.

When they did get round to making a bomb, Ali managed to spill chemicals on his hands, saying ‘I’ve done my fingers man, is it dangerous if you get it on your fingers? It’s like acid, innit?’

Naseer, drawing from his experience at terror camp, replies: ‘Yeah, it’s painful man. You won’t die, it’ll make you ill a bit’.

Realising the trail of evidence, the men attempt to destroy their paperwork.

But, said Mr Altman, they ‘did not make a very good job of it’ as police found it largely intact in a rubbish bin in Ali’s kitchen.

Eleven men and one woman have been charged over the alleged plot. Some have since pleaded guilty while others await trial.

The six that have admitted terror offences, who are also from Birmingham, are Rahin Ahmed 26, from Moseley; Mujahid Hussain, 21, from Yardley; Naweed Ali, 25, Ishaaq Hussain, 21, Khobaib Hussain, 22, and Shahid Khan, 21, all from Sparkhill.

Salma Kabal, 23, of Alum Rock, Birmingham, will go on trial later this year, accused of not alerting the authorities to the plot.

Also facing trial are Rizwan, of Ward End, Birmingham, and Bahader Ali, of  Sparkbrook, Birmingham, who deny involvement with the terror cell.

Naseer and Khalid. bearded savages looking on top to the max dressed as taliban

Nobody in the bomb plotters’ own community tipped the police off with their concerns, despite finding out they were sending young men to terror training camps in Pakistan.

At no point during the 18-month investigation by the West Midlands counter-terrorism unit did anyone in Birmingham’s Muslim community inform on the behaviour of Irfan Naseer, Irfan Khalid (together right) and Ashik Ali, raising questions over the health of relations between officers and community leaders.

This was despite the fact the families of four other young men recruited from Sparkhill all intervened to bring them back home the moment they found out the real reasons for them travelling to Pakistan.

Detective Inspector Adam Gough, senior investigating officer, said the extended families of the four men had ‘become aware’ of why they went to Pakistan but, in any case, ‘did not tell us’.

Ishaaq Hussain, Shahid Khan, Khobaib Hussain and Naweed Ali were told to tell loved ones they were studying at madrassas if asked.

Police and security services were aware the four were travelling but decided against stopping them to preserve the surveillance operation (below) and because evidence-gathering was in the early stages.

According to detectives, none of the men received any terror training as they left the camps after a day.

Mr Gough said: ‘We know pressure was applied to them to come back.

‘Shahid Khan virtually ran home. Three of the four came back almost immediately, while the fourth stayed with his family in Pakistan.

‘We know that they did reach a training camp.

‘But it is a success story in that the families did bring those people back and it shows the vast majority of the community abhor terrorism in the same way we do.’

Community engagement – under what the police call the Prevent programme – is supposed to form a cornerstone of the UK counter-terrorism policing strategy.

Prevent aims to respond ‘to the ideological challenge of terrorism’ by ‘developing partnerships’ with communities, thereby preventing people being ‘drawn into terrorism’.

Training camps: Khalid and Naseer were caught on CCTV going back and forth to Pakistan to receive instruction on plotting their attack on Britain

Assistant Chief Constable Marcus Beale, who is responsible for counter-terrorism at West Midlands Police, said: ‘The families were trying to do their best to get them back and stop them getting into trouble, rather than get in touch with us.

‘I agree it would have been really good if more could have been shared with us, and we could have dealt with it in a different way.

‘In terms of community engagement, would I like them to come forward more? Yes, I would.

‘Do I think they (the Muslim community) were being disruptive – no, I do not.’

Mr Beale also said he believed the two local charitable organisations on whose behalf the three men had masqueraded to raise money “were duped, rather than being complicit’.

He added: ‘We want to help make sure they (the charities) are not quite so easily duped in the future.’

Some of that money scammed from charities was actually gambled away by another member of the group, Rahin Ahmed, who was given the task of playing the financial markets to try to increase the group’s cash reserves.

He previously admitted engaging in conduct in preparation of acts of terror, encouraging acts of terror, collecting money for terrorism and assisting other to travel for training in terrorism.

On one occasion, Ahmed – an unemployed law graduate who was a community worker with one of the charities – lost £3,000 when he left his computer screen for five minutes to boil a kettle.

He tried to recover some of his losses, but in total lost £9,000 of the £14,500 invested.

There was talk in the group of acquiring a shop, as a front for a bomb factory at the back of the premises, but Ahmed lost too much money and the idea had to be dropped.

Mr Beale said the police do not know how much money the group collected.

Muslim Terrorist Wins Appeal To Stay In UK Because He’s Suicidal

Like its not bad enough having 1 Muslim terrorist (Abu Qatada) dodging deportion and facing justice. Here’s another Islamofascist thats avoiding being deported to Algeria by the stupid leftist human rights laws that are destroying this nation. The unnamed Muslim who even agrees he poses a threat to national security out  is on bail, free to walk the British streets which are full of potential infidel targets and all that he despises. His appeal win is because he claims he is suicidal and may kill himself if he’s deported. SO WHAT!! ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM ONCE HE IS GONE!!

I dont like to hear of anybody dying especially killing themselves but lets put this into some kind of perspective.  He is a criminal and needs to face justice. With proven links to major terrorist organizations, he has helped terrorists by fundraising for their killing sprees and fixed them up with fake documents. He admits he is a threat and hates this country and its people.

Whats best he gets deported and kills himself in Algeria ? Or he stays here claiming benifits and legal aid whilst others more deserving lose out. Until he decides he is going to kill himself anyway and decides to strap a bomb to himself and do it somewhere crowded and takes 50 innocent people out with him. Its a no brainer.

Suspected terrorist wins appeal

12:17pm Friday 25th January 2013 in News

A suspected terrorist from Algeria with links to supporters of al Qaida has won his appeal to stay on British soil – over fears he may kill himself if deported.

The North African fanatic, who does not dispute posing a threat to national security and is currently free on bail, is believed to have provided travel arrangements and fake passports to terrorists.

But in a blow to the Home Office, a special immigration court has allowed the 43-year-old to remain in Britain amid concerns his human rights will be breached because he is likely to commit suicide once returned to his home country.

In the same judgment, Mr Justice Mitting – who recently upheld hate preacher Abu Qatada’s appeal to remain in Britain – told six other Algerian terror suspects they must leave the country.

But the senior immigration judge warned that despite his ruling there was “no end in sight” in removing the men, who are also free on bail and include two fundamentalists linked with an alleged 2003 plot to commit mass murder using the poison ricin.

The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Siac) decision comes shortly after a devastating terror attack on a gas facility in Algeria, which claimed the lives of dozens of hostages and pushed UK counter-terrorism efforts in North Africa to the top of the agenda at Westminster.

The Algerian who won his appeal – who cannot be named for legal reasons and was referred to as “G” – claimed asylum when he was caught entering the UK in 1995 on a fake passport.

A previous open judgment revealed he did not dispute the Home Secretary’s case that he poses a risk to national security.

He is a suspected active supporter of various international terror groups including Groupe Islamique Arme (GIA), an Islamist organisation that wants to overthrow the Algerian government and replace it with an Islamic state, and the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat, which is now known as Al Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb.

He is understood to have supplied passports to terrorists and been involved in fundraising and providing travel to extremists undertaking jihad and terrorist training.

But the terror suspect was diagnosed with a major depressive disorder and is said to rely heavily on his wife.

He made a serious suicide attempt in 2005 when he was found hanging in his cell in HMP Belmarsh.

Medical experts concluded that medication would not help mitigate the suicide risk – only round the clock supervision could do that.

As a result, Mr Justice Mitting said: “We must look at the totality of the psychiatric evidence in the round. We are persuaded by it that the risk that G would commit suicide, especially after arrival in Algiers, is very high.

“It may be containable in the UK but no special arrangements have been negotiated with Algeria to cope with it.” He concluded that the UK would be in breach of Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights – that no one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment – if he were deported in his present condition.

The six suspects ordered to leave the country claimed they would be at risk of torture or poor treatment if returned to Algeria.

The men include a regular visitor to the Finsbury Park mosque, who sided with hook-handed hate preacher Abu Hamza, and a senior member of an Afghanistan training camp.

But Mr Justice Mitting said the court was “satisfied that the Algerian state’s assurances can be relied upon” in the case of these men.

He added that the relations between Algeria and UK are strong and the North African country has a good record with other men who have previously been deported.

However, in a sign that the six men are expected to continue to fight deportation through a series of appeals and in European courts, Mr Justice Mitting warned that after seven years of litigation there was “as yet, no end in sight”.

He said: “The objectives of the appellants and of the secretary of state – respectively, to be able to live free of restrictions and permanently in the UK and to deport the appellants to Algeria – are nowhere near attainment.”

British Embassy staff in Romania were targeted by a suspected al-Qaeda terrorist brandishing a sword.

The Iraqi, named as Karim Friad, was pounced on by police as he brandished the nine-inch blade near the building’s gates in the capital, Bucharest.

Romania’s SRI intelligence service are understood to have had the suspect under surveillance for days after he entered the country, according to The Sun.

Sources told the paper his mission was to kill British or American officials.

A spokesman for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office confirmed the incident to MailOnline, saying: ‘We can confirm an individual was detained by the Romanian intelligence service.

‘This matter is now for the SRI. We would like to thank the Romanian authorities for their help.’

The man was watched earlier near the US embassy in Bucharest but appears to have been put off by the layers of security round the complex.

He headed for the less secure British compound yesterday morning but was arrested by undercover SRI agents the moment he posed a threat to staff

No British or foreign embassy workers were hurt and ambassador Martin Harris was never in danger.

Friad was being quizzed by anti-terrorist specialists last night.

The source said: ‘His intentions were known the moment he entered the country — to kill American or British citizens at the embassies.

‘He was put under 24-hour surveillance in case he led police to other terrorists inside Romania.

‘He was being so closely watched that he never posed a serious threat but he had to be seen to commit an offence before he was arrested.

‘It shows the Islamist terrorist threat to Britons abroad remains very real.’
