This is another of those moments when you cant help but wonder what was running through this Muslim perverts mind at the moment he decided that it would be a good idea to molest a teenage girl on the bus.

There can’t be many Muslims in Salford walking around who have a face full of warts. Surely its only a matter of time before the police come knocking on his door. Did he seriously think he will not be recognized and arrested at some point in the future?? Or did he just not care and the chance of a grope outweighs the risk of jail ??

Pakistani Immigrants Living In Salford Guilty Of Rape And Keeping Deaf Slave In Cellar

An evil unscrupulous family of Pakistani immigrants have been found guilty of keeping a deaf girl as their slave for over 10 years at their Salford home. The Ashars brought the deaf girl to the UK from Pakistan when she was aged 10 as their slave, keeping her locked in a dirty damp cellar. The victim was made to cook and clean for the wicked family and taken to the houses of other Muslims to do their housework also.

Ilyas Ashar treated the girl in the way Muslims have treated their slaves though out history right back to Mohammed dreaming the cult up. He saw the slave as not only there for domestic reasons but also as his sex slave. Taking it as his entitlement to repeatedly rape her. Its like some horror version of Cinderella but without the Prince Charming and happy ending.

The Muslim duo not only kept her as a slave in the UK, which has been outlawed for decades, they even had the cheek to claim state benefits in her name for themselves at the taxpayers expense. In an ideal world they both will rot in prison for the rest of their lives and their house seized to repay the state back what they have fraudulently claimed

Eccles pair guilty of trafficking servant girl

A couple who trafficked a 10-year-old girl to the UK who was repeatedly raped and kept as a domestic servant for nearly a decade have been convicted.

Ilyas and Tallat Ashar brought the girl, who is deaf, from Pakistan and kept her at their home in Eccles, Salford, where she slept in the cellar.

Ilyas Ashar, 84, was also found guilty of 13 counts of raping the girl, now in her 20s, who was found in 2009.

The couple will be sentenced at Manchester Crown Court on 23 October.

Tallat Ashar, 68, was found guilty of trafficking and benefit fraud at an earlier trial, as was her husband.

This can now be reported after the lifting of reporting restrictions, following Ilyas Ashar’s conviction for rape at a retrial.

Sign language

The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was only found after trading standards officials visited their Cromwell Road home investigating allegations of illegal activity.

She was found in the cellar, which was described as “sparse, cold and damp”.

Police said the girl cleaned and cooked at the house, and was taken to other houses belonging to the family to carry out domestic chores.

Details of the victim’s ordeal only emerged after she was taught sign language, enabling her to be interviewed by police.

Thousands of pounds in benefits were claimed in the victim’s name and a number of bank accounts were set up using her details, police said.

The couple’s daughter, Faaiza Ashar, 46, was also found guilty of benefit fraud at an earlier trial.

Judge Peter Lakin warned Ilyas Ashar to expect a “substantial prison sentence”.

‘Mystery and concern’

Ch Supt May Doyle, from Greater Manchester Police, described Ilyas Ashar as “pure evil”.

She praised the victim for being “remarkably courageous” in coming forward and giving evidence against him.

Ian Rushton, from the Crown Prosecution Service, said the victim was “one of the most vulnerable” they had ever encountered.

“When she was first brought to the UK she was just a child,” he said.

“She was unable to hear or speak and had no formal sign language through which to communicate, no family or friends to turn to, had never been to school and had no knowledge of this country’s culture and society.

“She was used as forced labour by the Ashars – ill-treated and exploited financially and repeatedly raped by Ilyas Ashar. We have been determined to bring them to justice for this catalogue of abuse.”

The passport used to allow the girl into the UK claimed she was 20, and it was a matter of “mystery and concern” how immigration officials at Heathrow did not spot the difference in age.

Hannah Flint, from Stop The Traffik, said: “It is vital that proper training is provided for police, border agencies, teachers, lawyers and other employers to help them spot the signs of human trafficking.

“When she first came in, and that was over 10 years ago, a lot of lessons have been learned since then but more still needs to be done – it’s not consistent across the country.”

Eccles servant girl: ‘Butterfly coming out of a chrysalis’

A couple who kept a ten-year-old Pakistani girl in their house as forced labour for nearly ten years, during which time she was repeatedly raped, have been found guilty. Four years after the girl was discovered, social services staff say she has made a remarkable recovery.

When investigators found a woman who was kept as a domestic servant and forced to sleep in a cellar in Salford, Greater Manchester, she had no way of telling them what had happened to her.

The deaf woman, found in 2009 and now in her early 20s, could only express herself using facial expressions, through drawing pictures and her body language.

It was only through weeks of support from a tutor that details about what the young woman had been through started to emerge.

At the age of 10, she was trafficked from her home in Pakistan by Ilyas and Tallat Ashar and worked for the couple for the next decade.

Sue Lightup, head of Salford City Council’s social services department that has taught her sign language since her discovery, said her progress was like “a butterfly coming out of a chrysalis”.

‘Disability a shield’

Mrs Lightup said: “You can see the difference from someone who couldn’t speak, read or write, lip read, could only communicate in informal gestures to someone who has learned to sign and grown in confidence to become a strong person, strong enough to give testimony in court.

“It’s a contrast to someone who scuttles to sit on a stool in a corner of a kitchen.”

The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was repeatedly raped by Ilyas Ashar, 84, at his home on Cromwell Road, Eccles.

Ilyas and his wife Tallat Ashar, 68, used her to cook and clean at a number of properties they owned. She slept in the basement at night, despite there being spare bedrooms at the property.

Benefits were also claimed in the victim’s name, which the woman did not receive.

She was only found after trading standards officers searched the property while investigating allegations of illegal activity.

Adult services at the council worked closely with Greater Manchester Police to make sure she was able to be interviewed by police about her experiences.

Greater Manchester Police have paid tribute to the young woman for disclosing the “horrendous ordeal” she went through.

Det Insp Nicola Fagan said: “The family exploited her in every way using her disability as a shield to get away with what they were doing.

Ashar cellarThe cellar where the girl slept was described as cold and dark

“Within three months, she went from not being understood to giving interviews about serious issues against her, which shows how bright she is.”

She was discovered on a camp bed in the cellar of the house, a space described as cold and dark with a small amount of furniture.

‘She has blossomed’

After just three months of teaching, the woman’s communication skills had improved sufficiently for her to be interviewed by police.

Officers spoke to her seven times, during carefully planned sessions involving a sign language interpreter.

After the woman was taken from Ilyas and Tallat Ashar, the couple protested vigorously about the decision.

They contacted the police, Salford City Council and a local MP in attempts to get her back.

Now, after the successful conviction of the couple, Mrs Lightup said the woman has just grown and grown.

She said: “She has blossomed. It’s been a revelation and a joy to see how she has developed as an individual.

“She is a vulnerable person, so we still have responsibilities for her, but as an adult she can also make her own decisions.”
