Police Warn That Over 1000 Children At Risk Of Grooming In West Midlands With 70 Active CSE Investigations

West Midlands police have warned that more than 1,000 children are at risk of being groomed for sex in the West Midlands. Currently in the West Midlands, an area with a high concentration of Muslims. There are 70 ongoing criminal investigations with 113 suspects and at least 70 victims known.

muslim grooming gangs target british schoolgirls. islam allows sex with children

West Midlands Police say the number of children at risk has increased by 11 per cent with 52 deemed to be ‘entrenched’ in sexual exploitation.

Homes, hotels, parks and fast food outlets are cited as places where exploitation takes place. In total 1,059 children have been identified as at risk of sex exploitation.

It comes after a number of sex grooming scandals across the country that have centred on vulnerable white girls and typically Asian and Muslim male offenders.

But West Midlands Police Chief Constable Dave Thompson said the ethnicity of suspects in the region was of ‘all backgrounds’

Havent we heard that old chestnut before about the offenders were of ‘all backgrounds’ somewhere before ? A bit of deja vu there from when police in Newcastle first started making arrests as part of the Operation Sanctuary investigation. The police chief there was quick to claim that the offenders were from all backgrounds. Which technically was a half truth, as we found out after reporting restrictions were finally lifted that the child abusers came from various countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Turkey and Syria. But the one thing they all have in common is that they are all Muslim nations!! So don’t hold your breath waiting for an equal amount of Christians, Jews, Sikhs, etc as the number of offenders who just so happen to be Muslims as this is never going to happen. Especially in a heavily islamized area like the West Midlands.

Meanwhile reports of child abuse have increased by 77 per cent over the last three years to 21,352 cases in 2016/17.

The figures were revealed in a report entitled ‘Hidden Crime and Reporting’ produced by Assistant Chief Constable Alex Murray.

The document also looks at domestic violence, honour-based crime, and modern day slavery.

All of which are relevant problems in the male dominated world of Islam

Addressing child sexual exploitation, Mr Murray said:
“Any location could be vulnerable. Anywhere there are children or anywhere hidden and inconspicuous. West Midlands Police identify and disrupt locations that are vulnerable to the potential for child sexual exploitation, especially with the increase in online abuse and grooming, historically safer places can now contain risk as children may have significant unrestricted time with internet enabled mobile, computer and gaming devices for example in education settings and their own homes.

“WMP highlight potential locations and based on the information and intelligence a decision is made around tactics to disrupt any activity at the location.Over 50 locations across the West Midlands Police region have been identified and will be considered for disruptive action as a result of intelligence or information relating to child sexual exploitation.”

“Officers who own child sexual exploitation investigations are all trained detectives and undergo serious and complex suspect and witness interview training. The newly formed Detective Academy enables detectives to complete advanced training modules giving them the skills to develop a strong investigative mind-set.West Midlands Police is committed to early intervention and the prevention of harm to children. Using data from police and social care, child maltreatment has been profiled across the region. Working alongside family support, health and partners from the voluntary sector, we will work jointly to intervene early and support families to prevent harm to children.”

“In addition, the force has begun trials in Dudley of early information sharing with schools when their pupils have been exposed or subject to domestic abuse allowing teachers to provide crucial support.”

As Kafir Crusaders Muslim grooming map shows, for an area with such a large % Muslim population, grooming gangs scandals have been far less than you would have expected. Chances are when this one goes boom and arrests start getting made it will be of atomic bomb proportions that could eclipse in scale the recently revealed rape jihad in Newcastle

Newcastle Rape Jihad :Another Muslim Grooming Gang On Trial From Operation Sanctuary Investigation

Only weeks after 18 members of a Muslim grooming gang in Newcastle were jailed for child sex crimes as part of  Northumbria Polices ‘Operation Sanctuary’ investigation. A new Muslim grooming gang court trial is taking place. In the dock are  Soran Azizi, Palla Pour, Ribas Asad, Heiman Mohammed and Saman Faiao Obaid , who are charged with a catalogue of child sexual exploitation offences. The Muslim paedophiles are said to have purposely targeted white British schoolgirls for their campaign of child abuse.

The Muslim sex predators on Tyneside mirrored other cases of grooming gangs that operated across the rest of the country such as Rochdale and Rotherham. Two towns which have seen mass scale abuse against  vulnerable white schoolgirls by Islamic sex gangs while the rest of the local Muslim community turned a blind eye. Newcastle could quite possibly become just as big scandal as the two towns have seen.

Vulnerable under-age girls and young women were allegedly sexually exploited and abused by a group of older men who passed them round “almost as commodities”, a court heard.

Prosecutors say girls as young as 13 and 14 became “in thrall” to the men, who allegedly controlled them and lured them to properties where drugs and alcohol were made available to them.

Five men – Soran Azizi, Palla Pour, Ribas Asad, Heiman Mohammed and Saman Faiao Obaid – are accused of offences including rape, trafficking for sexual exploitation, sexual activity with a child, paying for the sexual services of a child and supplying drugs.

They all deny the charges – which span seven years – and are standing trial at Newcastle Crown Court.

Prosecutor Anne Richardson told jurors: “The case involves allegations of sexual exploitation and trafficking of young women and girls in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.

“The alleged offences occurred over a number of years, namely between 2007 and 2014 and those who make these allegations are, for the most part, immature and vulnerable people.

“It is the Crown’s case that these personality traits were exploited by the defendants and that each of the young women were lured to various houses and flats where drugs and/or alcohol were made freely available to them.

“It is perhaps easy to make assumptions based on their relative youth and their somewhat unusual lifestyles but, in due course, when you have heard all the evidence, you may consider that they were young, naive women who were in thrall to and under the control of these, for the most part, older and more wordly-wise defendants.

“It is not always apparent to someone that what they are engaged in is, in fact, abusive and the law exists to protect those who cannot or do not want to protect themselves.

Palla Pour, Saman Obaid and Heiman Mohammed

“In return, the Crown would say, these complainants were expected and encouraged to provide sexual favours and services, not because they wanted to do so, or through their own free and unencumbered will, but because they were beholden and in thrall to these men.”

Miss Richardson said the defendants are associated with each other and the police investigation allegedly showed they have links through the evidence of witnesses and admissions made in police interviews.

The alleged victims, three of who were under 16 when the exploitation is said to have begun, are not associated with each other.

Miss Richardson told jurors: “The charges each defendant faces are sometimes jointly charged with one or more defendants, sometimes a defendant faces a count alone.

“Some defendants are charged with offences which relate to the same complainant.

“It is important when considering the evidence to look at each count and each defendant separately before reaching your verdicts.”

The court heard the victims had all experienced difficulties with their upbringing and childhood.

Miss Richardson said: “All of them, on the Crown’s case, were vulnerable people who were exploited by these defendants.

“On may occasions the sexual acts they performed with some of these defendants were entered into on a consensual basis, due to the lure and promise of reward in the form of drugs and/or alcohol.

“The Crown suggest this was because they felt compelled to return to the defendants’ houses due to their addiction to alcohol and drugs and the hold the men had over them.

“Other times the sexual acts were forced upon them, without their consent, and on still further occasions, these complainants were so intoxicated with drink and/or drugs that they were totally incapable of giving consent at all.

“The Crown’s case is these complainants were effectively passed between some if not all of the defendants, treated almost as commodities.

“It is right to say some complainants continually failed to extricate themselves from the situation in which they found themselves, even believing they were in a relationship with a particular defendant.”

Azizi, 28, of Byker, Newcastle, is accused of rape, sexual activity with a child and trafficking within the UK for sexual exploitation.

Pour, 25, of Longbenton, North Tyneside, known as “Pablo”, is accused of four counts of sexual activity with a child, paying for the sexual services or a child, causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, supplying a controlled drug and knowingly permitting premises or suffering his premises to be used for the supply of drugs.

Asad, 29, of Cruddas Park, Newcastle, is accused of sexual assault, paying for the sexual services of a child, two counts of conspiracy to facilitate the prostitution of a child with Obaid, supplying drugs, causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and sexual activity with a child.

Mohammed, 26, of Newcastle, known as “Luqman”, is accused of sexual activity with a child, paying for the sexual services of a child and supplying drugs.

Obaid, 29, of Byker, is accused of sexual activity with a child, paying for the sexual services of a child, two counts of conspiracy to arrange or facilitate the prostitution of a child with Asad and supplying drugs.

Miss Richardson said: “The Crown allege conspiracy charges against Asad and Obaid. The charges are to reflect the agreement which the Crown submit to you was in existence between these men that (two) young girls would be incited to become prostitutes, and did so in expectation of gain for themselves or others.

“The gain does not have to be financial and in this case the gain consisted of sexual favours and possibly the supply of controlled drugs, in other words an agreement to sexually exploit these young girls, using alcohol and drugs, with the expectation that sexual favours would be provided in return.

“Those who facilitated the sexual exploitation of these young girls shared a common purpose and that was to incite them to prostitute themselves in return for payment with drugs and/or alcohol.

“The Crown suggests that the defendants against whom there are conspiracy charges were well aware that the meetings where this was occurring were part of a regular scheme to incite these girls into prostitution.

“The two defendants involved in the conspiracy did not carry out the same role. Their roles varied from supplying the intoxicants taken at the premises to actually participating in the sexual activity with the young women at those premises.”

The men deny all the charges and the trial continues

Mainstream Media Silence On Chelmsford Muslim Grooming Gang Trial

Another Muslim grooming gang trial taking place at Chelmsford Crown Court with mainstream media silence.

In the last month or so, Muslim grooming gangs have been on trial from Rochdale , Dewsbury, Bristol and Rotherham. All have been relatively low  key in the  mainstream media until the Islamic paedophiles trials have finished. Little on going reporting of the case other than from local press sparing the public knowing the sordid details and from knowing the truth.

Such as how the Muslim grooming gangs were openly racist. Purposely targeting British non Muslim schoolgirls as young as 12 years old. How they plied the children with drink and drugs, verbally and physically abused the girls, forcibly raping and sexually abusing the minors. Then when the Muslim paedo had got his gratification, passed the girls on like they were some kind of halal meat

Sex abuse gang ‘plied teen girls with drugs and alcohol before farming them out to be raped and abused’, court hears

A SEX abuse gang plied vulnerable underage girls with alcohol and drugs before “farming them out” to be raped and sexually abused, a court heard.

Mohammed Rostami, 37, and Amin Kaveh, 35, both of The Renown, Shoebury, are standing trial alongside three other Iranian men.Chelmsford Crown Court heard their alleged victims were as young as 13 when they were first exploited for sex.Christopher Paxton, prosecuting, said: “To these defendants, these vulnerable young girls presented opportunities for sexual exploitation, farming them out for sex within a tight-knit group or just having sex with them for their own gratification

.”The case involves three female victims, one who was already working as a 16-year-old prostitute in Southend when she met drug dealer Kaveh as a client. She was hooked on mephedrone and ended up ‘working’ from Kaveh’s flat for up to four hours a day – sometimes being paid with up to 10g of the drug. The court heard another victim was just 13-years-old when she began being abused in Chelmsford in 2006.Rostami began a sexual relationship with her after getting her hooked on cannabis and cocaine, and is alleged to have raped her between August 2007 and August 2009.He then forced her to have sex with other men.

When he lost interest in the teenage girl, he passed her to Mehdi Zare, 32, of Lupin Drive, Chelmsford – who raped her and also forced her to work as a prostitute. The court heard Kaveh used violence and threats against a third victim to rape her and force her into having sex with dozens of other Iranian men.On one occasion Kaveh is alleged to have forced the 15-year-old to take drugs by threatening to “push her face” into a pile of white powder, before sexually assaulting her. The court heard the gang would drive the girls around Essex and London to be abused.

Child Sexual Exploitation Report Reveals 310 Girls And 40 Boys Victims In North East England

A recent report into child sexual exploitation in the North East of England has revealed a massive grooming epidemic in the area with over 350 child victims of abuse. 40 of those children being young boys.

The report by Dr Christopher Hartworth and commissioned by Northern Rock Foundation has been investigating child sexual exploitation in the North East and Cumbria since 2006. The paedophiles doing the grooming came from all ethnic backgrounds but acknowledges that the majority of offenders were ‘Asian’ or ‘Middle Eastern’ which as we know basically means Muslims.

“our research has found that the perpetrators of exploitation come from all ethnicities including White British and Asian, with the former in the greater numbers”

So Muslims who represent maybe 8% of the UKs population are committing far greater numbers of grooming / CSE offences than white Brits who make up probably 80% of the population meaning the Muslim nonces are massively over represented. Yet still we keep getting told by Muslim apologists and communist do gooders that it is not a huge problem within Muslim communities and come out with the old excuse Jimmy Saville isnt a Muslim.

It revealed that the main perpetrators responsible for the repulsive sex crimes are takeaway owners and staff, delivery drivers, taxi drivers and car wash workers………..Yes you guessed it all of which are 9 times out of 10 Muslim males

“There were a reports from across the region about the connections between exploitation and Asian males, mostly those from South Asia and Iraq/Kurdistan. There were reports concerning a range of different circumstances from Pakistani people that work in and owned take-aways, taxi drivers and Kurdish men working in car washes. Exploitation by Asian males often takes the form of the boyfriend model of grooming. This relates to a common method of grooming where generally a young female is deceived into believing that she is in a mutual relationship of love with an older male, who then goes on to exploit the female, in conjunction with other abusers. There was also organised grooming, with the same males associated with different young White British females who were then passed on to other groups in other areas.”

You can read the full indepth report here

Below is the Newcastle Chronicle article on the report findings:

The shocking scale of sexual exploitation of children across the North East is laid bare in a disturbing new report.

Obtained by ChronicleLive, the report reveals the depraved lengths abusers will go to in order to groom and exploit our vulnerable young people.

The Child Sexual Exploitation Report reveals:

  • 310 girls, between the ages of 12 and 17, are the victim of exploitation in the North East and Cumbria
  • 41 boys have also been the victims of sexual exploitation
  • Reports of exploitation involving taxi drivers, takeaway workers, pizza delivery drivers, and men working in car washes across the region
  • Young people taken to parties where they are plied with alcohol and sexually exploited by multiple men
  • Girls with learning difficulties being “preyed upon” by former prisoners.
Dr Christopher Hartworth who has written a report on child exploitation in the North East
Dr Christopher Hartworth who has written a report on child exploitation in the North East

The report, from the Northern Rock Foundation, was compiled by Dr Christopher Hartworth, from Newcastle, and looked at exploitation across the region.

He said: “We found that child sexual exploitation takes place in all of the areas in our region; in all areas where there are looked after children, child poverty, a night time economy, a city centre, mixed demographics, there will be the exploitation of children for sex.”

County Durham is deemed to have the highest number of sexually exploited children with 52, while North Tyneside had the lowest, with 12.

According to the report, children are exploited in a number of ways, such as:

  • The boyfriend model: Reports were made of girls being deceived into believing they are in a mutual relationship only to be groomed and “passed on to other groups”
  • Peer-to-peer grooming: The report found evidence of young people being taken to parties where exploitation then takes place
  • Street-based exploitation: This concerned reports of young men and women being sexually exploited outside of pubs and clubs in the region
  • Off-street exploitation: This included reports of a small number of young people who were reported to be working in brothels.

The report also identified a “currency exchange” in which young people were plied with things like alcohol, drugs, money and other gifts as part of the exploitation.

A graph showing what youngsters at risk of sexual exploitation in the North East and Cumbria were offered by potential abusers
A graph showing what youngsters at risk of sexual exploitation in the North East and Cumbria were offered by potential abusers

The report said gifts can include a range of items, including clothes, mobile phones and jewellery.

The types of drugs used as “currency” ranged from cannabis to cocaine, with the most common drug being mephedrone or MCAT.

The report goes on to identify the different locations and venues in the region where sexual exploitation is taking place.

It states: “There were reports of children and young people attending houses where there were a number of older males.

“The children were given alcohol and other substances, commonly MCAT, and sexually abused.”

One specialist child support worker said: “Once a girl arrives at a party it can be almost impossible to leave, she gets trapped by ‘her friends’ and the men.”

The report also highlights connections between takeaway workers and child sex exploitation.

There were reports in all local authority areas in the region who were known to be exploited by people who both owned and worked in takeaways. There were further reports of exploitation being carried out by pizza delivery drivers.

Connections are also made with some car wash workers in the region.

Dr Christopher Hartworth
Dr Christopher Hartworth

It states: “Young people were exploited by people that worked in individual car washes and also some appeared to be moving people between areas via the car washes.”

One young persons’ housing worker said: “Children are passed around by their boyfriends/pimps. There was a 16-year-old girl from Middlesbrough who used to travel with her boyfriend up to Newcastle.”

Dr Hartworth believes an all-encompassing approach is now needed to help tackle these issues.

He said: “The job is to make services in the community – health, youth and the community services – be able to identify and help those involved.”

Northumbria Police said they take matters of child exploitation very seriously and work tirelessly to ensure all reports are fully investigated and offenders are brought to justice.

A spokesperson added: “There has been an increase in people reporting child sexual exploitation and we absolutely welcome this and actively encourage it.

“More people have the confidence to report these matters to police and partners and victims of either historic offences and ongoing abuse are coming forward knowing now that police will believe them.

“We also have to thank the improved vigilance and awareness of the public. They are the eyes and ears of our communities and with their integrity, they are reporting suspicious behaviour allowing us to take action quickly.

“We have an excellent network of support together with our partners to be able to provide the best possible care for victims and complainants. The welfare of victims is our main priority and we will do all we can to ensure their are fully supported.

“We are also very much carrying out covert and intelligence-led operations to tackle offenders and let this be a warning to these people that we are watching and will take action.

“Across the force, we also do a lot of prevention work to help people of all ages understand what CSE is and how to spot the signs of it. This can be crucial in early intervention before a child becomes vulnerable to offenders.

“Anyone who suspects any sort of child abuse or sexual exploitation should report it to police immediately. It may be nothing but it may also be the call that prevents another child becoming a victim.”

‘Prison rule’

The report author received a number of reports of associations between girls and “schedule one” offenders – these are offenders who pose a risk to children and have spent time in prison.

It was reported that some offenders, while in prison, would get names, addresses or phone numbers from fellow prisoners.

The rule between the prisoners was then if ‘boyfriends’ are in prison, then the girls are free to be contacted. Addresses are then passed between prisoners.

A young persons’ housing worker said: “The girls with learning difficulties get preyed upon and exchanged between offenders, when one goes into prison another one comes to become their ‘boyfriend’.”
