Gay PE Teacher Shakeel Ahmed ‘Sexually Abused Former Pupil ‘ As Practice For Future Wife

Homosexual PE teacher enjoyed playing ball games. Only not the type of ball games many others do such as football and rugby. The balls he enjoyed playing with belonged to students he taught at the Birmingham school he worked at. The repulsive pervert took advantage of Islams sex segregation rules. Coaxing a male who would have had little contact with a female into bed under the guise of practicing for his future wife.

Shakeel Ahmed leaves Birmingham Crown Cour

A PE teacher at a Birmingham school has gone on trial accused of sexually abusing a former pupil at a hotel. It is alleged Shakeel Ahmed, 45, also molested another student during football games.Ahmed, of Hugh Road, Small Heath , has denied two charges of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust and sexual assault

.Rebecca Wade, prosecuting at Birmingham Crown Court, said: “The prosecution case is that the defendant abused the trust placed in him in his capacity as a teacher and ultimately abused two teenage boys.”She said the victim had left school but later bumped into the defendant and they had exchanged numbers. They met on a number of occasions when Ahmed would be “over familiar”, hugging him and kissing him on the cheek, said Miss Wade.Birmingham Crown Court, where the trial is taking place.

The court heard that on July 19 the defendant had allegedly offered to take the victim to Manchester for a football tour and to watch a film. But Miss Wade said the victim was “surprised” that Ahmed had only booked one room with a double bed at their hotel. When they went into the room the defendant began to take his clothes off and lay down on the bed and asked the victim to undress too, she said.“He was in a state of shock at what this man in whom he had placed a significant amount of trust and respect was doing,” she said.“He felt trapped so he did what was asked of him and took his clothes off.”

Miss Wade said Ahmed had then asked the victim about how he needed to practice how to kiss his future wife, before giving him a “passionate” kiss. She said: “(he) did not know what to do. He was away from home and barely had any money. He had no phone and had no way of getting help.”Miss Wade said they went into the city for a meal and to the cinema and Ahmed told the victim they were going to “practice” again when they got back to the room but the victim refused .Miss Wade said the victim later told an aunt what had happened to him.

The court heard a second complainant later claimed Ahmed would mark him during football games in PE and touch him indecently. When arrested and interviewed, Ahmed denied sexually abusing either of the alleged victims.(proceeding)

Mohammed Irfan Bajiwala Jailed For Kidnapping And Sexually Abusing Boy Aged 8

Muslim closet homosexual Mohammed Irfan Bajiwala has been jailed for six years. The married paedophile had an unhealthy sexual interest in little boys  and was caught by police after his DNA was found on an 8 year old boy he had kidnapped and attempted raping in the back of his car

Kidnapper jailed for sexually abusing eight-year-old in his car in Leicester

Muslim nonce Mohammed Irfan Bajiwala homosexual Mohammed Irfan Bajiwala has been jailed for six years

Mohammed Irfan Bajiwala

A kidnapper who abducted a terrified eight-year-old boy off the street, and sexually abused him in his car, was jailed for six years and four months.

Mohammed Irfan Bajiwala, a married father-of-two, also behaved indecently towards two other schoolboys, aged 10 and 12.

Judge Simon Hammond said: “What happened to these three boys is every parents’ worst nightmare.

“These boys will never forget what happened.”

Bajiwala (35) used the same ruse when preying on the victims during the day on Leicester’s streets – by asking them to help him find ‘lost’ keys in his black Vauxhall Astra.

The eight-year-old was walking along Mere Road, Highfields, en route to meet his grandfather, at 1.30pm on Saturday May 3 this year.

Neil Bannister, prosecuting, told Leicester Crown Court: “The defendant called the boy over and asked him to look for keys in his car.

“He placed him in the rear of his car, where the boy recalls seeing a child’s seat and a book of football stickers.

“He tried to get out but the child locks were operating and he couldn’t.”

Bajiwala drove off with the boy a short distance to a nearby pub car park, at the Charny Inn, Spinney Hill Road.

The defendant got out and by chance saw a man he knew and they had a brief chat.

Mr Bannister said: “The boy tried to signal for help but the man left.”

Bajiwala got in the car and told the child to lie down on the back seat, before unsuccessfully trying to remove his trousers.

He then simulated sex with the clothed child, before dropping him off in the vicinity of Hartington Road, near Spinney Hill Park – and giving him the book of football stickers.

In a victim impact statement, the boy’s father said his son was “frightened and upset” and is now wary of strangers and reluctant to go out.

Bajiwala left his DNA on the boy’s trousers which led to his arrest.

Police linked the defendant to two similar earlier incidents.

At 1pm on Sunday March 30, a 12-year-old boy in Constance Road, north Evington, was approached by the defendant, who asked him to help him look for keys inside his car.

As the boy bent over on all fours leaning, in through a rear passenger door, the defendant exposed himself and began simulating sex, rubbing himself against the boy’s buttocks.

The victim ran off..

Some days earlier, a 10-year-old making his way home from school along Mornington Street, off Uppingham Road, was also stopped and asked to help look for keys.

On this occasion the defendant had his young daughter in the back of his car, and told her to get out and she remained nearby.

As the boy bent over to search under the driver’s seat he felt a “nudge-like push to his back.”

He backed away and went home to tell his mother.

Sentencing, Judge Hammond said Bajiwala presented a risk of danger to the public.

He said: “He targeted young and vulnerable children because they were on the street alone.

“A significant degree of planning was involved and he used the same system.”

Bajiwala, of King Edward Road, off Uppingham Road, Leicester, had an additional seven years extended onto his licence period, following his release.

The court heard that although he had no previous convictions, Bajiwala received a police caution in 2008 for common assault upon an 11-year-old boy, whilst on duty as a bus driver in London.

He got out of the cab and sat next to the boy – his only passenger – and kissed his cheek, before making an excuse to go on the top deck, where he asked the child to sit on his knee, but the boy refused.

Stephen Lowne, mitigating, said it was “a tragedy” he was not prosecuted for a sexual offence in relation to the boy in 2008, instead of being cautioned for a lesser offence, as he may have received treatment “and we might not be here today.”

He said Bajiwala was a victim of sexual abuse as a child, at a boarding school in India.

Judge Hammond said Bajiwala may have been a victim as a child, but said: “It doesn’t mean he has to go and do it to someone else years later.”

Mr Lowne said the kidnap offence was of a short duration, no violence was used, and the boy was returned to a familiar street afterwards.

He said: “He apologises for what he’s done and acknowledges he’s got a problem and has done wrong.

“He’s amenable to treatment to prevent anything like this happening again.

“He’s ashamed and embarrassed.

“He knew what he was doing but felt unable to help himself at the time.”

The defendant admitted sexual assault and kidnapping the eight-year-old, sexually assaulting the 12-year-old and attempted sexual assault of the 10-year-old.

Bajiwala will have to enlist on a sex offender register for life and was made the subject of a sexual offences prevention order, banning future unsupervised contact with children under 16.

Afterwards, Det Sgt Dave Speight said: “Understandably, these incidents left the victim’s extremely upset and shaken.

“Bajiwala went out and purposely targeted young children on several occasions.

“By pleading guilty he spared the victims the ordeal of giving evidence in court.

“There is a possibility that there are other victims out there who have not come forward and spoken to police. I would encourage anyone who believes they, or a member of their family, have been a victim to come forward and contact us.

“It’s not always easy to come forward and report such crimes but please be assured that your concerns will be taken seriously. We have specialist officers and access to a number of agencies who can guide and support you throughout the process.”

Paedophile Algerian Illegal Immigrant Sex Attack On Girl Aged 8 At Tourist Attraction

If there is one thing that makes my blood boil more than a Muslim paedophile, its a Muslim paedophile who is an illegal immigrant to the UK and shouldn’t even be here to commit such horrific crimes. Vile predatory animals such as Algerian illegal resident Ouldkount Belabbas. When he sexually assaulted an 8 year old girl in Madame Tussauds, the Muslim nonce had already been living under the radar in Great Britain for 13 years. He has managed to earn money illegally to keep himself either in black market jobs or by crime. Both of which hits hard working Brits in the pocket.

The Muslim only claimed asylum following his arrest, therefore should have no entitlement to staying nor to the taxpayers pot to fund any subsequent appeals. The authorities should have a 1 way ticket booked for him back to Algeria for the day of his release not considering his asylum application. The home office need to grow a set of balls instead of constantly pandering to criminal Muslim asylum seekers

  • He led her to corner not covered by CCTV and began sexual assaulting her
  • Eight-year-old had been allowed into shop alone to buy a secret present

  • Belabbas believed to have lived in the country illegally for around 13 years
  • Claimed asylum shortly after being arrested in effort to avoid deportation

Predator: Ouldkount Belabbas sexually assaulted an eight-year-old girl in Madame Tussauds' gift shop

Predator: Ouldkount Belabbas sexually assaulted an eight-year-old girl in Madame Tussauds’ gift shop

An Algerian illegal immigrant who sexually assaulted an eight-year-old girl while she shopped for her mother’s birthday present at Madame Tussauds has been jailed for five years.

Ouldkount Belabbas, 42, kissed and led the child away while she was deciding how to spend her pocket money in the gift shop at the world famous London tourist attraction.

The ‘highly predatory’ paedophile is believed to have lived in the country illegally for 13 years prior to the offence but shortly after being arrested claimed asylum in the hope of avoiding deportation.

After pinning the child in a corner of the gift shop, Belabbas began touching her chest until a group of Venezuelan tourists stopped him, Southwark Crown Court heard.

Sentencing, Judge Alistair McCreath said: ‘This defendant had been, in the time preceding the commission of these offences, in the habit of going to Madame Tussauds.’

Lesley Jones, prosecuting, told the court that since his arrest, Belabbas had applied for asylum.

She said: ‘He is an Algerian national known to the immigration authorities. At the time of his arrest he had not made a claim for asylum and had failed to sign with the immigration authorities.

‘He apparently has now made a claim and that is being considered,’ she added.

However, Barry Kogan, defending, said his client intended to return home after serving his sentence.

He said: ‘The fact of the matter is, this man has been in this country since 2001. He has no convictions recorded against him for anything of this nature – either violent or sexual.’

He added: ‘Once he has served his sentence, and he has already served several months, he wants to return to Algeria.’

‘He realises that his life is not well here and he wants to return to his home country where his mother and sisters are.’

CCTV evidence showed Belabbas had spent a ‘significant period’ of time in the waxwork museum’s coffee and gift shops, with no apparent purpose on August 5 last year.

Describing the moments before the attack, the judge said: ‘The victim asked her mother whether she could go into the gift shop.

‘She didn’t tell her why, but her planned motive was to buy a small present with her pocket money to give to her mother on her forthcoming birthday.’

It was at this point that the Algerian, who was living illegally in the UK under the name Xavier Garrero, saw his opportunity and approached the schoolgirl.

No reason: CCTV evidence showed Belabbas had spent a 'significant period' of time in the waxwork museum's coffee and gift shops, with no apparent purpose on August 5 last year

The judge continued: ‘He approached her and engaged in conversation, he offered her praise.

‘He probably kissed her in some way that was not sexual, but was designed to encourage her to believe the he was a harmless person, someone rather like a father figure.

‘He took the degree with some minor degree of force from the main body of the gift shop into part of it that was little more than an alcove. He took her into the corner of it which was not fully covered by CCTV.’

‘The whole of the evidence satisfies me beyond any doubt whatever that while he had her pinned into the corner, he sexually assaulted her,’ the judge added,

Branding the Algerian national a ‘dangerous’ offender, the judge said he needed to be given an extended sentence for public protection.

Belabbas, of no fixed address, was found guilty of one count of sexual assault of a child under 13, and one count of abducting a child.

He must serve five years in prison before being released and serving eight years on an extended licence.

A Home Office spokesman said he was unable to comment on whether Belabbas would be deported.

He added, however, that any individual from outside the European Economic Area that has been sentenced to more than year in prison while their asylum is pending is eligible for deportation after their term has been served.

Although the Home Office issues automatic deportation papers to all non European convicts sentenced to more than a year in prison, hundreds of the orders are challenged on human rights grounds.

A series of cases have emerged in which criminals including killers and rapists have successfully claimed deportation would breach their human rights, to the fury of Conservative MPs.

Belabbas fled Madame Tussauds after the group of Venezuelan tourists stopped him assaulting the girl, but returned a few days later and was arrested.

The judge said: ‘This was not in any sense a chance encounter… Whatever he may have been doing on previous day with whatever motivation, on this day I have no doubt at all that he was where he was, doing what he did, because he was in a manner that was highly predatory awaiting the arrival, if it were to happen, of a child who he could make his victim.’

He added: ‘This child has been significantly harmed by what happened and there is at least a risk that that harm will persist as she grows up and matures. It is to be profoundly wished that she can overcome it.’

The judge praised the child for the ‘immense fortitude’ she had shown in giving evidence during the trial.

In court Lesley Jones, prosecuting, read a statement the victim’s mother had prepared on behalf of her daughter, saying she had since lost confidence and become unable to leave her mother’s side.

Ms Jones continued: ‘She [the victim’s mother] said, she [the victim] is wary of men and men of particular ethnic origin, which wasn’t the case before this incident.’

The now 10-year-old’s mother also provided a statement to the court.

Ms Jones said: ‘She says she feels blame, guilt and anger and upset as a result.’

‘She also says that she felt ashamed and embarrassed that this had happened to her daughter when she was in her care.

‘She says it is hard to put her trust in people, and the world, because her trust has really been rocked to the core.’

Defending, Barry Kogan said the abduction committed by his client only resulted in the child being taken ‘a few yards’ from the ‘chocolate section of the gift shop over to the marbles section’.

While accepting that Belabbas had still not admitted his actions, he added: ‘He was at the time down on his luck.’

‘He had been badly assaulted in the spring and had to have operations on his face. He had lost his job – he had been working on the market, he was having to sleep rough.’

Alongside his five year sentence, Belabbas was made subject to a sexual offences prevention order until further notice.

The order states he must not contact children under the age of 16, must not engage in conversation with children under the age of 16, and must not work in an environment where he would come into contact with anyone under 16.

Hither Green kebab shop worker Ali Tok found guilty of sex assault on 11-year-old girl

A SYDENHAM worker at a Hither Green kebab shop has been found guilty of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old schoolgirl while she waited for her order.

Ali Tok, aged 50, of Allwood Close, was convicted of sexual touching of a child under 13 by a Woolwich Crown Court jury on November 7.

Tok was working behind the counter at the shop in Leahurst Road when he invited his young victim to come and sit in the back of the store on February 7.

He told her he loved her before sexually assaulting her, which left her scared and in tears, the court heard.

Tok, who denied the charge, claimed in a police interview that his young customer had dropped her food and his face had brushed hers as he helped pick it up.

He was arrested at the shop after the girl went home and told her mum what had happened and she called the police.

Detective Inspector Jim Pryde, from the Met Police‘s sexual offences, exploitation and child abuse command, said: “The young victim has been extremely brave and there is no doubt this assault has rocked her confidence and trust in people.

“With the support of specially trained officers, she has seen her attacker convicted and this sends out a strong message to anyone who sexually abuses children that they will be pursued and brought to justice.”

Tok will be sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court on November 29.
