Muslim rapist Aymen Smaili came to the UK on a visitors visa from the Middle East, had no fixed abode and raped a stranger leaving a Cardiff nightclub. Why oh why are filth like him granted entry visas in the first place allowing them into the country to ruin peoples lives.
Unbelivably the Islamic sexcase even had the nerve to ask his victim for her name and number after raping her.
A man has been jailed for five and a half years for a sex attack on a young woman on Cardiff’s Queen Street.
Aymen Smaili, 35, followed the woman as she left a busy nightclub after a night out with friends. The defendant – who was in Britain on a six month visitors visa from the Middle East – had been loitering outside the Live Lounge in Cardiff city centre and spotted his victim as she left. The woman, who is in her 20s, began walking home alone in the early hours of the morning when Smaili followed and raped her.
The Live Lounge just off Cardiff’s Queen Street
Prosecutor David Pugh said: “The victim had drank three shots of vodka before entering the night club and was ‘fairly drunk’ by the time she arrived.”Whilst at the nightclub she drank very little, just one glass of rum and coke and did not finish it.” She and her friends left the nightclub at about 2.30am and they asked if she was okay to walk home alone, to which she replied:’Yes’, as it was only a short walk.”Smaili saw her walk by him and then followed her.”
The court heard Smaili approched the woman after she left the nightclub but she couldn’t understand what he was saying because of his strong Arabic accent. She tried to walk away but Smaili followed her and put his arm over her and pushed her against a wall.
The court heard the woman was “frozen” as he raped her just in a lane off the main Queen Street shopping area in Cardiff in September. The victim statement said that the she was ‘frozen’ because of what he was doing to her, was ‘really scared’, and had ‘tears in her eyes’.After the attack, Smaili asked for her name and phone number, to which the victim gave fake versions of both.
She told police: “This makes me feel dirty, and I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin.”I feel contaminated. I just want to scrub it all away. I don’t feel clean.” Judge Michael Fitton QC said to Smaili: “You waited in my view to see if anyone was going to go with her, and it was about a minute before you moved after her.”At that stage, in my view she was particularly vulnerable.”I give you full credit for your guilty plea, so reduce your sentence to 66 months.”
He pleaded guilty at his first given opportunity in October, which reduced his sentence from eight years and 3 months.Smaili, of no fixed address, must serve half of the sentence before he is eligible for release and must also register on the sex offenders list.
A man from Cardiff has been charged over alleged sexual offences against children said to have been committed at a mosque in the city.
Mohammed Haji Saddique, 80, from Cyncoed, taught at the Madina mosque between 1976 and 2006.
The alleged offences involve four girls and are said to have happened at the Madina mosque between 1996 and 2006.
Charges include eight assaults of a girl under 13 by touching and seven indecent assaults on a girl under 14.
Mr Saddique was charged at Cardiff Bay police station and has been released on police bail. He is due to appear before Cardiff magistrates on 16 December.
Det Insp Rob Cronick said: “Despite today’s charges we are still continuing our investigation and ask anyone who believes they have information which will be of assistance to come forward.
“There are a number of support agencies available to anyone who wishes them to be their point of contact if they have any concerns.”
“I want to reassure anyone who is thinking of getting in contact with us or any other support agency that all information will be treated in the strictest confidence and that you will be listened to and supported.”
Police in South Wales have finally got round to appealing for information on 2 males described as ‘Asian'(we all know what that means) responsible for a sex attack in Cardiff city centre back in August. Its only taken them almost 3 months to release pictures of the two perverts who carried out the assault.
Chances of somebody remembering seeing these two people on the exact date in question some 3 months ago is now very highly unlikely unless they happen to have a photographic memory complete with date and timestamps in the bottom corner.
Police want to speak to two men in connection with alleged sexual assault
10 November 2016 at 2:34pm
Police in Cardiff are appealing for information following an alleged sexual assault which occurred in the city centre on 12 August, 2016.
A woman was walking to her car which was parked on Penarth Road, when two men began following her.
It’s alleged one of the males grabbed her arm, asking her to kiss him, and the other touched her chest.
She resisted them and they ran away.
Officers have trawled CCTV and have releasing these images of two suspects they want to speak to
Male 1 – Asian, 5ft 9, late twenties, with a stocky build, and hair that is short but floppy and longer on top.
At the time of the incident he was wearing a light or beige sweatshirt with a zip that comes about a third of the way down, navy jeans or chinos, and boat two-tone boat shoes.
Male 2 – Asian, in his late 20s, 6ft 1, with a skinny build, and short, shaved black hair.
At the time of the incident he was wearing a navy t-shirt with an Armani logo on the front and dark jeans.
Just like the prophet of Islam who he was named after. Cardiff resident Mohammed Amin was a sexual deviant of the worst nature with an unhealthy twisted interest in pre-teenage girls. The Muslim paedophile knew full well that his behaviour was wrong having previously been jailed for sexual activity with the same child. He served his 6 month sentence and was released where he immediately resumed his sick pursuit of the child.
Sending filth like this to prison is a waste of time. It acts as no deterrent and they return to the streets showing no remorse or realising the error of their ways. The only solution is treat them like the wild animals they are. Give them a needle and put them down like you would do a dog with rabies
Mohammed Amin sentenced to 15 years in prison at Cardiff Crown Court for rape and sexual activity with a child
Mohammed Amin was sentenced to 15 years in prison at Cardiff Crown Court
A rapist who took advantage of an 11-year-old girl and seduced her by throwing notes through her bedroom window has been jailed.
Mohammed Amin, 27, was sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday after pleading guilty to raping his young victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The court heard how Amin was jailed for six months last year for sexual activity with the same girl but this was on the basis he had kissed her and had inappropriately contacted her on Facebook .
The truth was he had coerced his victim, who was aged 11 and 12 at the time of abuse, into a sexual relationship which lasted around 18 months, the court heard.
The abuse came to light after the girl confided in a member of staff at her school.
Relationship was inappropriate
Prosecutor Ieuan Bennett said the girl was interviewed by police and said she and Amin had become “boyfriend and girlfriend”.
He added: “It appears the defendant realised the relationship was inappropriate because he told her not to tell anybody else about the it as he might go to prison.
“She explained they would sometimes go in his car to Cardiff Bay for a day out and she would go to his flat almost every day.
“It seems the kissing started almost on the first day of them becoming friends.
“He wrote her notes and threw them up through her bedroom window. One said ‘Will you go out with me?’.”
Lied about age
Amin initially lied about his age, saying he was 22-years-old, but later admitted to being 26-years-old.
The girl told him she was 14 but she later admitted to being 11-years-old early on in the relationship. She said Amin’s response was: “I don’t care”.
The girl’s mother called the police after she saw Amin and her daughter through his bedroom window.
When asked by police why she didn’t tell them sooner about the more serious accusations, the girl said she didn’t want Amin to go to jail but over time she had come to realise the effect the relationship had had on her.
When he was arrested during his initial prison sentence, Amin denied anything other than kissing the girl on the lips.
He later pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault against a child under 13, two counts of rape of a child under 13, two counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and one count of sexual assault of a child under 13 by penetration.
Defence barrister Susan Ferrier said her client had accepted his guilt which prevented the case from going to trial.
She added: “Perhaps it took some time to have full comprehension about what was taking place and why it was taking place.
“It was a relationship the defendant stopped and a relationship the defendant regrets.”
Broke into sobs
Amin broke into sobs as Record Jeremy Jenkins sentenced him.
The judge said: “You took advantage of a young complainant and bombarded her with notes and letters.
“You knew or must have been aware of her age and vulnerability. She was half your age.
“You have taken away her childhood and her innocence.”
Amin, of Bedford Street, Roath , Cardiff , was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment.
He was also made subject of a sexual harm prevention order until further notice and was ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register indefinitely.
Detective Inspector Dinlle Francis, of South Wales Police , said: “This sentence sends out a clear message, sexual exploitation is an abhorrent crime and we are committed to working with our partner agencies and families to prevent and tackle sexual exploitation in all its forms.
“I want to thank the victim in this case for their bravery in coming forward.
“It is because of their courage that this man has been found guilty of serious sexual offences against children and potential victims are now safe from him.”
The imam of a Cardiff mosque has been relieved of his duties by the Mosque council after he quite rightly voiced concern about an unnamed extremist Salafist being invited as a guest speaker at the mosque. Cardiff has become something of a breading ground for Islamic terrorists and jihadists after radicalization by Salafist Muslims.
Salafi is the hardcore branch of Islam that idiots in the UK like Anjem Choudary, Abu Walaa, Abu Hamza etc all follow and wish to force on the British people. Saudi Arabia is a good example of Salafist Islam in action, often this is called Wahabbism.
The Mosque chairman Mohammed Bashir Ahmed who is clearly a closet extremist denied the imams claims saying he resigned of his own will. Then quite bizarrely played the Muslim tactic of taqiyya (lying for Islam/Allah) by first claiming the committee didn’t invite the extremist speaker, he was invited by others.Which if that was so why do they need a mosque council then??
Then he even had the audacity to claim that he does not even known what a Salafist is. This is find very puzzling as Salafi is one of the main branches of Islam, something that all Muslims would be aware of. Yet Mohammed Bashir Ahmed is not just a random Muslim, he is in charge of the Mosque.
Welsh mosque at centre of extremism row after Imam claims he was forced out after objecting to a speaker
The Jalalia Islamic centre’s chairman denies all the allegations made against the institution in Cardiff
Wales’ high profile Jalalia mosque is at the centre of an extremism row after the Imam resigned.
In a letter leaked to Wales Online, the Cardiff mosque’s religious leader, or Imam, Mohammad Bashir Uddin claimed his position became untenable after he objected to a Muslim speaker he regarded as extremist, and a follower of the Salafi strand of the religion.
This is the branch of the religion followed by Nasser Muthana, Assel Muthana and Reyaad Khan – the Cardiff terror suspects who left to fight in Syria.
“People don’t understand the relationship between Salafism and terrorism,” Mr Uddin said.
Salafism has been accused of restricting women’s rights and music, teaching that democracy is a sin and that anyone who leaves Islam must die.
“The impact of Salafism is very dangerous for the Muslim community,” Mr Uddin, who follows the more liberal Hanafi sect, said.
“It creates confusion in Islam. It makes children enemies of their parents. Boys and girls think their forefathers are enemies because they do not follow it.
“They tell their fathers, ‘Dad, what you do is wrong, please don’t do it any more’ and dad says, ‘No, we have to do this, Islam does not forbid us to do this thing and we will do it.’
“Sons then tell fathers, ‘No, it’s not good’ and there are clashes in families. Father-son relationships are broken.”
Mr Uddin feared Salafism was spreading confusion.
“It will have a negative impact,” he said.
“I have concerns about Salafism and about what it teaches youngsters.
“Their teaching is very attractive to youngsters. The way they teach them, they give very convincing arguments.
“I think they will be more inclined to fight abroad because of Salafism.”
In 2010 Jalalia mosque, in the Riverside area of Cardiff, made headlines after leaflets were distributed outside warning Muslims who voted would burn in “hellfire.”
Extremists from the Islamic far right and from the communist far left once again joined together in a protest that ended in violence. Both sides united by their racist views and an immense hatred of Jews and Israel took to the streets to support the terrorist state of Palestine.
Chairs and tables are thrown and restaurant diners flee as trouble flares during Gaza protest in Cardiff
Police say they made two arrests for public order and assault offences after violence erupted in popular Mill Lane
Trouble flared at a march in Cardiff as hundreds turned up to protest against the ongoing violence in Gaza.
In ugly scenes, as protesters passed the city’s Mill Lane – popular with diners and drinkers – chairs and tables were thrown at them by people drinking outside in the bars.
Witnesses saw chairs and tables being thrown into crowds as the protest passed by.
Placards were also apparently used as weapons as anger erupted on the busy street, which is packed with bars and restaurants.
Videos posted on YouTube and Facebook showed men throwing chairs into the crowd.
South Wales Police said around 1,500 people took part in the march while the disorder broke out on Mill Lane and St Mary Street in two separate incidents.
A 22-year-old man, from Caerphilly, was arrested for assault and a 33-year-old man, from Pontypridd, was arrested for affray.
Police said neither of the men were from the rally group.
Both men have been bailed pending further enquiries and police are speaking with witnesses and examining footage from the event.
Chief Inspector Dan Howe said: “The police were there to ensure the safety of everyone involved and the vast majority of people behaved in a calm and sensible way, however extra officers attended to provide reassurance to the community.
“Unfortunately not all of those in Cardiff yesterday afternoon were well-behaved and violence broke out with a small minority which disrupted an otherwise peaceful demonstration.
“Disruption was kept to a minimum and the rally went on to conclude peacefully and we are grateful for the support we received from the local community.”
Newport councillor Majid Rahman said the marchers heard confrontational chanting as they made their way past Walkabout on St Mary Street before violence erupted on Mill Lane.
“A lot of marchers were injured but because there was no police presence, the people who hurled glasses, tables and chairs got away with it,” he told BBC Wales.
“South Wales Police were poor – it was a lack of presence.
“When I got back to City Hall, I saw two police officers then a van of police officers turned up, but by then it was too late because we were back safe at City Hall.
“The response was inadequate, it was poor and they need to answer for this.”
South Wales Police defended the way it handled the march.
Chief Inspector Dan Howe said: “This was an alarming and violent incident. It was, however, an isolated occurrence.
“While a protest in the previous week drew smaller numbers, and passed without incident, Saturday saw a larger scale event which also coincided with a busy Saturday afternoon in the city.
“Officers in Cardiff police this scale of event regularly and the violence that occurred is an exceptional occurrence, but one that needs to be examined.”
The force said they are reviewing the events and that a “robust investigation” was under way into how the “violent events” arose.
Marchers unconnected with the violent scenes told why they were there.
Tariq Mohamed, 36, from Barry, said he was marching to show his solidarity with the people of Palestine.
He said: “We need to protect the innocent people who are being killed every day. It’s not about race or religion. It’s all down to the Government. They need to do something. They need to stop the oppressor and protect the oppressed. That is what today is all about.”
Israel’s incursion into Gaza has killed more than 1,000 Palestinians, including at least 192 children.
Efforts by international powers to broker a complete end to the violence have so far proved fruitless, with Israel’s defense minister warning Israel may soon “significantly” expand the ground operation in Gaza.
Kimberley Chambers, from Cardiff, said she was protesting against the “obliteration” of Palestinians.
The 29-year-old said: “Every time I watch the news all I hear about is the Israelis who have been killed. They are the ones who are being given millions of pounds to slaughter Palestinians. It’s an unfair war. It’s not right. There needs to be more awareness. That’s why I am here.”
Project manager Shamim Rahman, 42, came from Newport to participate in the march.
He said: “It is very bad now. It is so sad for humans to do that to each other. Young children and women are being killed for no reason. It must stop.”
Unite, the biggest union in the UK, has branded the killing of young people as “deplorable”.
A statement of solidarity with the Palestinians stated the retaliation from Israeli settlers and the Israeli authorities was “utterly disproportionate and unjustified.”
Further events against Israel’s military operation in Gaza were underway in other towns and cities across the UK yesterday including Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Newcastle. Over 45,000 people gathered to protest in London.
Anyone who was in the vicinity of Mill Lane or the Retro Lounge in Cardiff on Sunday afternoon and witnessed the incident or has any information in connection to it, is asked to call South Wales Police on 101 quoting reference number 1400271933.
Surprise surprise….Another pillar of the Muslim community jailed for sex crimes against a child.
I had to read this story twice just to make sure i hadnt read it wrong the first time due to the amount of alarm bells that started ringing in my head by the time i had finished reading it. Leaving me with lots of unanswered questions.
Firstly it says Mohammed Rafique came to the UK from Pakistan as an illegal immigrant eight years ago. So how can someone whos not meant to even be in the country rise the position of a Muslim community leader in the first place? Is it theres that many illegal Muslims in the country protected by the other Muslims wall of silence that to them it was nothing out of the ordinary? How did he manage to stay under the radar for so long especially if he came here on the back of a lorry with little belongings or money. Unlike the British Muslims who reap the rewards of the benefits system he would be unable to claim disability or income support like the rest.So some elements of the Muslim community must of been supporting him and keeping him out of the authority’s way…surely. After being charged by the police in 2008 he then did a disappearing act whilst on bail which would suggest major incompetence from the police. Why was a paedophile given bail anyway, and who in the right mind would give a paedophile illegal immigrant bail. Doesnt take a genius to word out his a prime candidate for doing one.
Peter De Feu, defending, said Mohammed Rafique is a “very religious man”. Well in my eyes thats where the problem lies with the fact he probably was a religious man.But just because someone is religious it doesnt automatically make them a good person especially if that religion happens to be Islam. He tried to be a true Muslim and practice Islam in the way the Muslim role model Mohammed did 1500 years ago. In his own twisted mind he believes that women are little more than slaves and forcing himself upon an 8 year old is totally acceptable because thats how Mohammed acted in his lifetime
Girl sex assault teacher is jailed
9:00am Saturday 22nd September 2012 in NewsBy Thom Airs, covering Court. Call me on 01865 425422
A “VERY religious man” who sexually assaulted an eight-year-old girl while teaching her the Koran has been jailed, four years after going on the run.
Mohammed Rafique came to the UK from Pakistan as an illegal immigrant eight years ago, Oxford Crown Court heard yesterday.
The 55-year-old had been trusted by the girl’s family to teach her to read the Islamic holy book every night at their house in Cowley.
But during the incident in June 2008, he stripped the girl and sexually assaulted her.
He fled after the attack and appeared on Crimestoppers “most wanted” list for of years before he was caught this July.
Rafique pleaded guilty to one count of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 at the crown court yesterday.
An alternative charge of attempted rape was dropped.
Judge Hall jailed him for four years and told him it was “disgraceful behaviour and a thorough breach of trust”.
The court heard Rafique left a wife and five children in Pakistan to come to Britain in 2004. Prosecutor Jonathan Stone said he was “considered by the family, and indeed locally, to be a learned religious man”.
He said on June 24, 2008, Rafique grabbed the girl tightly by her arms, pulled down her trousers and underwear and forced her on to a bed. The defendant’s semen was later found in the girl’s underwear.
Mr Stone said the victim ran screaming from the room and immediately told her mother.
Reading from the case notes, Judge Julian Hallsaid: “There was a bit of a ruckus with various members of the community turning up.
“When the policing arrived I think the defendant was bleeding.”
Mr Stone said: “‘Head’ and ‘radiator’ were referred to in the statement.
“Mr Rafique refused to leave and told the parents ‘It’s your children, they don’t respect anyone’.”
The defendant initially told police he had hit the girl for not reading the Koran but denied any sexual contact.
Peter De Feu, defending, said his client is a “very religious man” who paid an agent to smuggle him into Britain.
Rafique, of no fixed address, will automatically be considered for deportation.
Det Sgt Sarah-Jayne Beedall, who led the investigation, said: “The victim has been very brave in speaking to police about her ordeal and I hope that the result today will go some way to giving her some closure.
“Rafique has tried to evade justice for some time since leaving the Oxford area while on bail. We believe he has been in various locations around the country until he was traced in Cardiff earlier this year following an appeal on Crimewatch.
“Rafique portrayed himself as a community leader during his time in Oxford and took advantage of his position of trust to attack a young girl.”
