Fokrul Islam Jailed For 2005 Rape After Border Agency Took Dna Swab

Justice has been a long time coming, but for the victim of Muslim rapist Fokrul Islam it will be more than welcome. I cannot begin to imagine how she must  of felt being the victim of such a horrific attack. Let alone that the Muslim beast responsible was still out there somewhere for 9 long years. She will no doubt be scared mentally for the rest of her to some extent. Lets hope Islam being where he belongs in prison and justice finally prevailing helps ease her pain.

Lowestoft rape: Fokrul Islam jailed for 2005 attack

5 January 2015 Last updated at 18:46

A man has been jailed for nine years for dragging a woman off the street and raping her in the back of a vehicle ten years ago.

The victim, who was in her 30s, was attacked while walking on Raglan Street, Lowestoft, in January 2005.

Fokrul Islam, 38, from Nevendon Road, Wickford in Essex was found guilty of rape last year at Ipswich Crown Court.

Suffolk Police said the woman reported the attack at the time and this helped secure DNA evidence.

Islam was arrested after he was stopped by the UK Border Agency while travelling from Belfast to Liverpool last year.

Det Con Darren Winchester, from Suffolk Police, said: “Islam’s DNA was taken when he was stopped by the UKBA in March 2014 and from that he was identified as a suspect after his DNA matched that taken from the victim in 2005.

“The victim showed immense courage by reporting the rape very quickly and that ensured police were able to secure vital evidence.”

5 Pakistani Illegal Immigrants Arrested Working In Kaka Cash And Carry

Police and Border Agency officials swooped on Kaka Cash And Carry in Manchesters huge Trafford Park Industrial Estate. There they arrested 5 Pakistani Muslim illegal immigrants who had long outstayed their welcome. Apparently they all face deportation back to Pakistan now. If they actually do get  sent back remains to be seen.

The five, described by Home Office investigators as Pakistani men, were held at Kaka Cash and Carry on the Severnside Trading Estate in Trafford Park.

Five men were arrested at a cash and carry warehouse in Manchester today following an immigration enforcement operation.

The five, described by Home Office investigators as Pakistani men, were held at Kaka Cash and Carry on the Severnside Trading Estate in Trafford Park.

Checks on the immigration status of all staff were made.

The Home Office said the five men had overstayed their visas and did not have the right to work in the UK.

They are currently being detained and face removal from the country.

The Home Office said the business would be served with a civil penalty notice for employing the illegal workers.

A fine of up to £50,000 could be imposed.

Assistant director Alison Wray, from the Home Office’s north west immigration enforcement team, said: “The message to employers who choose to use illegal labour is clear. We will catch you and you will face a heavy penalty. Illegal working is not a victimless crime. It defrauds the taxpayer, undercuts honest employers and cheats legitimate job seekers out of employment opportunities.
“We are happy to work with businesses to let them know what checks need to be made on staff, but those who break the law should know that they will face heavy fines.”

Muslim woman plays the victim and starts legal proceedings against interrogation at airport

A Muslim woman who was stopped and questioned at the airport under anti terrorism law has started legal proceedings claiming that her human rights were violated. The Muslim woman was prosecuted after she refused to cooperate with the police and wouldn’t  answer their questions regarding the reasons for her visit to France. Now she is playing the victim in the whole thing like Muslims so often do despite pleading guilty to the charge of wilfully failing to comply with her duty under Schedule 7 to answer questions.

Sylvie Beghal claims that being asked questions without a lawyer present under Schedule 7 violated the right to liberty (Article 5), right to a fair trial (Article 6) and Ms Beghal’s right to protection for her private and family life (Article 8). Under Schedule 7 anti terrorism laws a lawyer would not of been able to advise his client during questioning anyway and she had a legal duty to answer. Ultimately it was the woman’s stubbornness being awkward refusing to answer that resulted in her arrest .Now she is acting hard done to and putting  the whole schedule 7 laws at risk challenging the legality of an essential weapon in fighting terrorism.

If a person had nothing to hide then why would they object to a few questions if it helped keep our nation safe from terrorist attack. The only people who have anything to gain from those laws getting scrapped would be the Muslim terrorists who hate this country so much they want to slay as many innocent men, women and children as possible.

MUSLIMS TERROR RISK AT AIRPORT

Muslim woman in legal challenge to interrogation at airport

A Muslim woman is seeking a legal declaration that her human rights were violated when she was prosecuted after refusing to submit to an interrogation under anti-terrorism laws at an airport.

Mother-of-three Sylvie Beghal was stopped and questioned, even though she was not “suspected” of being a terrorist.

Police officers said they needed to speak to her regarding her “possible involvement” in acts of terrorism.

In what is believed to be the first legal challenge of its kind, Mrs Beghal’s lawyers argued this week at London’s High Court heard.that the entire process of stopping and questioning people “without reasonable suspicion” breaches the European Convention on Human Rights.

They said it was significant that Mrs Beghal had no right of access to a lawyer while being questioned and was being put under direct compulsion to provide information.

The court heard she indicated she would answer questions after the arrival of her lawyer, but the police chose not to wait.

When her lawyer arrived after her questioning had finished, the officers did not seek to ask her any more questions in the lawyer’s presence, three judges were told.

Mrs Beghal, a French national living in the UK, arrived back at East Midlands Airport with her children on January 4, 2011 following a visit to Paris but was not formally detained or arrested.

She was stopped at the UK Border Agency desk but refused to co-operate with questioning by Leicestershire police officers acting under powers given by schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (TACT).

Mrs Beghal asked to consult with a lawyer and for an opportunity to pray.

After being given time to pray, police officers told her she could telephone her lawyer after she was searched. The prosecution initially accused her of physically resisting the search.

At 9.30pm she was taken to a room for an examination under Schedule 7 and asked to provide reasons for her journey, where she stayed in Paris, whom she had met or visited and how her travel was funded.

She was also asked whether she had a criminal record and about her knowledge of the French-Algerian community in Leicestershire, her use of vehicles, the languages she spoke and her current and past employment.

She failed to provide answers to most of the questions, indicating she would only answer questions after her lawyer arrived.

She was subsequently charged with wilfully obstructing a search, assaulting a constable and wilfully failing to comply with her duty under Schedule 7 to answer questions.

The first two charges were eventually dismissed in December 2011 after the Crown Prosecution Service offered no evidence and Mrs Beghal pleaded guilty to the third charge.

She did so after District Judge Temperley, sitting at Leicester Magistrates’ Court, refused her request to stay the charge as an abuse of process, and the case was referred to the High Court.

Ms Beghal’s counsel Matthew Ryder asked three senior judges – Lord Justice Gross, Mrs Justice Swift and Mr Justice Foskett – to rule Schedule 7 “incompatible” with the human rights convention.

Mr Ryder argued Schedule 7 violated the right to liberty (Article 5), right to a fair trial (Article 6) and Ms Beghal’s right to protection for her private and family life (Article 8).

Mr Ryder also argued the prosecution was an unjustifiable interference with Ms Beghal’s “right to free movement” within an EU country as an EU national.

Louis Malby, appearing for the Crown Prosecution Service, told the judges that Schedule 7 empowered officers to question a person entering or leaving the country if they “appear to be a person who is, or has been, concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism”.

Any person being questioned was under a legal duty to give the officer any information in his or her possession that was requested.

Arguing that Mrs Beghal’s rights had not been breached, Mr Malby said: “The ability to stop and examine passengers at ports is an essential tool in the protection of the public from terrorism.”

Mr Malby said Mrs Beghal was given an opportunity to consult with a solicitor in advance of questioning, and it was agreed that a telephone consultation took place.

But a solicitor would have had no purpose at the actual questioning, other than as an observer to ensure proper procedure, as Mrs Beghal was under a legal obligation to answer the questions put to her.

Reserving judgment, the judges said they would give their ruling at a future date.

Iraqi Paedophile Was Failed Asylum Seeker Who Avoided Deportation,Caught Grooming 13 yo Girls

Yet another massive fail by the UK Border Agency after a Muslim immigrant who was refused asylum, avoided deportation to be caught grooming 13 year old schoolgirls on Facebook. Mahdi Mohammed an Iraqi immigrant was refused asylum when he first arrived in the UK. Somehow he managed to avoid being deported even after being arrested and appearing in court for grooming a 10 year old as long ago as 2005. You can help wonder what are the Border Agency playing at. This man is clearly a danger to children yet somehow he remained in Britain to re-offend and groom young girls again. Other instances of failed asylum seekers from uncivilized Muslim countries, who like this sicko have managed to avoid deportation and then gone on to commit crimes of the very worst kind keep popping up. How many more Muslim paedos like him are roaming Britain freely when they shouldn’t even be here.

Jailed: Mahdi Mohammed was sentenced to 27 months in prison after he groomed two schoolgirls for sex via Facebook

An Iraqi-born paedophile, who has been jailed for grooming 13-year-old girls for sex via Facebook, avoided deportation in 2005, it has been revealed.

Questions are now being asked about why the UK Border Agency allowed Mahdi Mohammed to seek asylum in Britain after he first appeared in court charged with inappropriately approaching girls as young as ten back in 2005.

This week Mohammed, 33, was jailed for 27 months after he admitted sexual activity with a child, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, attempting to sexually touch a child and possessing indecent images at Peterborough Crown Court in Cambridgeshire.

Judge Nic Madge described his crimes as ‘sophisticated offending,’ plying schoolgirls with mobile phone top-up vouchers. When he was caught he blamed them for ‘making themselves available’ to him.

Claire Matthews, prosecuting, said Mohammed was seen hanging around a playground in Peterborough where he met two 13-year-old girls on a number of occasions.

He gave them mobile phone top-up vouchers, offered to take them home, and tried to put his hand down one of the girl’s trousers.

He also showed the girls pornographic TV channels and encouraged them to take part in sexual activity.

He sent indecent Facebook messages to one of them and even posted a memory stick to her home and asked her to put pictures of herself on it.

He also sexually touched a 15-year-old in another park and had 19 indecent images of children on his computer.

Lawrence Bruce, defending, said: ‘He came to the UK in 2000, having fled persecution from Saddam Hussein in Iraq.

‘Admitting guilt publicly has been a very difficult process, and has involved the loss of faith, character and reputation.’

After reading a letter from Mohammed, Judge Nic Madge said: ‘The letter is disturbing in two senses.

‘Firstly, the account of treatment of your family in Iraqi Kurdistan, but also allegations that young girls were making themselves available in a sexual manner to you.’

Mohammed first appeared at Peterborough Crown Court in September 2005 when he admitted using inappropriate language towards young girls in the city.

He was sentenced to 80 hours of community punishment and a 12-month rehabilitation order and also got an ASBO banning him from approaching young girls for five years.

At the time, the court was told that Mohammed’s application for asylum had been refused and he would be returned to Iraq.

But the Border Agency confirmed today that he was granted leave to stay in Britain shortly after the case and was legally here when he committed the latest offences.

‘Appalling case’: Conservative MP Shailesh Vara, said serious questions needed to be asked about why he was allowed to stay since 2005

They refused to say why Mohammed had been allowed to stay in the country.

Shailesh Vara, Conservative MP for North West Cambridgeshire, said: ‘This is an appalling case.

‘Serious questions need to be asked as to why despite the asylum application having previously failed, the UK Border Agency allowed him to stay.

‘The sooner this man is deported the better.’

Tory MP for Peterborough Stewart Jackson added that it was ‘appalling’ Mohammed had not been deported in 2005.

He said: ‘This is a shocking case and is typical of the previous government’s lax and dangerous policy of unrestricted immigration.

‘This man should have been removed from the UK in 2005 and the fact that he wasn’t is appalling.

‘I will be writing to the Immigration Minister to ensure that he is permanently removed from our country after his prison sentence is served.’

The Border Agency said that Mohammed would now be deported at the end of his prison sentence.

Slapped Wrist For Muslim Groomer, Spends 1 Day In Prison As Alternative To Paying Fine

British 2 tier justice strikes again as Muslim man from Huddersfield who groomed and sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl was given the extremely soft punishment of a £185 fine and £15 compensation plus costs. However the Muslim sex case Atif Siddique was allowed to serve one day in custody as an alternative. BUT that’s not all…if your eating i suggest you stop for a second to save choking……..The 1 day in prison he is going to or has served as an alternative to paying  the fine will be like a day trip to him, nice change of scenery as he is currently being held by the UK Border Agency!!  This would suggest he is yet another illegal immigrant sex offender who has offended when they shouldn’t even be on British soil. All to common these days, were in the middle of a jobs shortage you would think the Border Agency would create a few new positions if their struggling to work properly. Get 20 people off the dole and form a team to go and round all these illegals up and pack them off back to where ever they came from.

Huddersfield man groomed 14-year-old girl

A HUDDERSFIELD man, who groomed a 14-year-old girl and then travelled to Croydon to meet her and assaulted her in a hotel room has been spared jail.

Atif Siddique, 24, of Bulay Road, Thornton Lodge, told the girl before arranging an illicit rendezvous that he was only four years older than her.

He denied, but was convicted of sexual assault, and was fined £185, with £400 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

However, Siddique, currently being held by the UK Border Agency, was allowed to serve one day in custody as an alternative.

He was convicted at Croydon Magistrates’ Court of sexually assaulting the girl between May 5 and June 30, last year.

Denying he was telling the court “a pack of lies” Siddique insisted his intentions towards the girl were honourable and he intended to marry her when she turned 18.

He told police after his arrest: “She told me she was 15 years-old, but I was not confident about that. We kissed and cuddled in the hotel. It was a mutual thing.”

Siddique encouraged the victim to skip school and travelled down to Croydon on three previous occasions for dates, including a trip to the cinema.

After meeting him face-to-face the girl did not believe he was telling the truth about his age and Siddique confessed he was 24.

They had previously communicated online on Skype.

“I booked the hotel at her request,” he told the court. “If I knew kissing and cuddling was a crime I wouldn’t have done it.”

They spent three hours in the hotel room and the victim told the court she and Siddique “french kissed and cuddled.”

Siddique was also ordered to sign on the sex offenders register for five years.

UK Border Agency officers swoop on ‘sham’ wedding with Polish Bride and illegal immigrant Pakistani groom

Deport them both!!!. He has no right to be here and she has lost any rights she might of had by trying to get this Pakistani into Britain illegally.

Sham marriages like this are rife up and down the country. Bout time the police and border officials pulled their fingers out and get the problem dealt with. This bust was a result of a tip off. Lets face it you dont have to be a rocket scientist to get lists of every planned wedding in advance. Looking through them for say any non UK national getting wed. That would be a good start for looking into further. If they also happened to be from Pakistan and the bride was from another EU country like Poland. Then alarm bells should ring

Do you take this man…? We’ll have him! UK Border Agency officers swoop on ‘sham’ wedding and arrest groom in suit, bow tie and buttonhole

  • Officers arrest Pakistani man just moments before he says ‘I do’
  • He does not share a language with Polish bride-to-be and needs a translator
  • Border officials were tipped off that the relationship may not be genuine

PUBLISHED: 19:48, 19 November 2012 | UPDATED: 11:05, 20 November 2012This is the dramatic moment a bow-tie wearing bridegroom was arrested by police as he was about to say ‘I do’ in a sham marriage.

The grey-suited man was about to marry his bride, dressed in white and carrying a bouquet of white blooms, when stab-vest wearing police and border officials stormed into the register office in Slough, Berkshire.

The officers from the UK Border Agency dramatically stopped the ceremony as the 40-year-old ‘groom’, from Pakistan, was set to marry a 33-year-old Polish woman, even though the couple could not speak the same language and needed translators to communicate with each other.

Still dressed in his suit, bow-tie and with a flower in his buttonhole, the groom was arrested for being in the UK illegally, having overstayed his visa.

The Border Agency was also tipped off that his relationship may not have been genuine.

The operation was carried out with the full co-operation of the superintendent registrar who was to have overseen the marriage ceremony at the register office.

The blonde bride, wearing her white gown and clutching her bouquet of white roses, was questioned by officers before being released.

Her would-be husband has been detained and today faced deportation from the UK.

‘We are working closely with registrars across the Thames Valley to clampdown on sham weddings and civil partnerships,’ said UK Border Agency assistant director Paul Smith.

‘Where there are suspicions that a relationship may not be genuine we will investigate and, if necessary, intervene to stop it happening.’

The Border Agency said that a sham marriage typically occurred when a non-European national married someone from the European Economic Area as a means of attempting to gain long-term residency and the right to work and claim benefits in the UK.

‘We take attempts to take part in sham marriages very seriously and work with the UK Border Agency to identify suspected sham weddings and ensure those concerned are dealt with appropriately,’ said a spokesman from Slough Borough Council.
