Two tier justice strikes again as three racist Muslims involved in a pack attack on an anti mega mosque protester in Bolton receive the almost standard suspended sentence.
Rizwan Umar, aged 28, of Rawson Road, Heaton; Yasin Marviadi, aged 24, of Witney Close, Halliwell and Zakir Chana, aged 24, of Martindale Gardens, Halliwell all admitted affray at Bolton Crown Court regarding the incident at the William Hill bookmakers on Halliwell Road on June 29 last year.
The victim of the attack had previously been cleared of violent conduct at Bolton Crown Court when a jury unanimously found Mr Handley not guilty in relation to the same incident. Mr Handley told the court that he believed it was a “racist attack” against himself — and that he had begun to be targeted because of a picture which had been posted on Facebook.
He had been accused of being a racist on a Facebook page named Exposing Bolton and Manchester Racism, and his address and telephone number had also been published. This is a common tactic of the communist far left making false accusations against people who oppose Islamization, posting their personal details in the hope that they get targeted as a result.
Umar who has previous convictions for violence, was sentenced to 10 months in prison, suspended for two years and ordered to do 90 hours unpaid work plus pay £1,000 prosecution costs and a £100 victim surcharge.
Still no jail despite already having convictions for violence!!
Chana was sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for 12 months and ordered to do 40 hours unpaid work, pay £750 prosecution costs and a £100 victim surcharge. Isobel Thomas, defending Chana, said he had been fasting that day.“His patience was in short supply and it was out of character for him. He deeply regrets his actions,” she said.
So now fasting for religious reasons making you volatile is a valid excuse for committing racist attacks???
Sentencing of Marviadi was adjourned until July 15 to allow for medical tests to be carried out. Judge Stead told him that if he is deemed fit, he will be ordered to do 70 hours unpaid work. Defending Marviadi, Mr Fryman said the defendant, who lives with his parents and cares for his disabled mother, had no previous criminal convictions and was deeply remorseful.
So Marviadi claims to be unable to carry out the unpaid work through medical reasons despite being able to fight and care for his disabled mother. No doubt receiving some kind of carers allowance in the process despite claiming to be unable to work himself
In another statement read to the court police officer Lee Ganley said:
“The behaviour of the Asian males was disgusting. “They were openly swearing when there was children around, which didn’t seem to stop them. “Their behaviour was intimidating, and it was impossible to reason with them.”
