Police think a missing convicted sex offender could be in Greater Manchester. Dilshad Miah is another Muslim who has benefited from Britain’s 2 tier justice system receiving a 19 days suspended sentence for sexually assaulting a female. When they do catch him he will be back on the streets in less than a month. Its a joke!

Appeal: Police hunt missing sex offender
Detectives from Lancashire are asking for the public’s help in tracing a missing sex offender.
Dilshad Miah, 32, had been living in Burnley but police believe he could now be in Greater Manchester.
Miah was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in November 2013 and was given a 19 days suspended sentence and placed on the sex offenders register until December 2020.
He is described as short at around 5ft tall, proportionate build with brown eyes and short dark hair.
DC Andrew Ashworth said: “Miah is a registered sex offender who has failed to notify the authorities of his whereabouts. If anybody knows where he is currently or has been in contact with him recently then I would urge them to contact police.
“Sex offenders are managed in the community by police and partners, a system which aims to prevent them from committing further offences. If they do not comply with the obligations of their licence or notification requirements, then we will take positive action to locate them, as we are doing in this case.”
